I have used many of the major platforms (WebEx, GoToMeeting/Webinar, Adobe) and many small ones (AnyMeeting and others) for corporate training, consulting meetings, client showcases, and coaching sessions. I was loving Zoom for the recording meeting and breakout functionality, then started using BigMarker as a webinar platform. Quickly I realized the platform could work for my online meetings, video conferences, webinars, leader-led training and so much more as well. BigMarker has replaced at least three other tools I was using, and saved me money in the long run. Also, they just keep developing and providing more value! I'm amazed at all of the new features and functionality that keeps coming out. Moving to BigMarker is one of the best business decisions I've ever made.

There is so much to learn that it can be a tad overwhelming to get started. The system overall is easy, though, and the support docs and team help.

I do more and more online training, webinars, client showcases, and other types of virtual meetings. BigMarker is my one go-to source for all of these meetings.

Big Marker is a fully fleshed out Webinar application with everything you need to host a successful online event. You can easily hand out materials or present offers during a session and I love the Q+ A functionality. My main use case is their meeting room tool, which allows you to create a custom branded meeting room - perfect for smaller gatherings. Other huge benefits include evergreen webinars and the ability to bundle recordings into paid courses! With the recent addition, of live streaming to Facebook, this is the Webinar tool to get!

Any complaints I have are pretty minor. My main issue is that I would love more control over the design of the landing pages.

Great looking interface, intuitive and easy to navigate. Extensive feature set compared with similar products, especially the automation and Evergreen capability. Interconnectivity options with other systems is fantastic. Love the channel feature too as a way to contain and present my content.

Costs to scale the product are relatively high, but if you are using it effectively to grow your business then it's worth it.

I needed a platform to communicate my message at scale in an automated way. BigMarker does that very effectively.

Have to hit a record button. I would like to select that in advance (when setting up the webinar) and not have to manually do it inside of the webinar.

I love the ease of the automated webinars. I use this feature extensively. I record the first one (live) and then am able to have it play back and slack me the comments and q&a without me having to go teach my courses live every time. This is a HUGE benefit for me.

BigMarker is super simple to use and feature full! No downloading to join a webinar or for meeting spaces. I absolutely love having the Meeting Space to connect with clients on an individual basis or to knock out consulting sessions. This platform allows my business to grow with it; BigMarker is already full of webinar features, but it continues to roll out more features and integrations at lightning speed. Additionally, BigMarker has a well organized Help Center that pretty much has everything covered and if it's not, Chat Support is quick to respond to inquires.

There is nothing I dislike about BigMarker. BigMarker delivers as promised and more!

The ability to quickly connect and share screens with clients in a personalized Meeting Space is just a wonderful time saver. Additionally, having the meeting spaces in the same platform where I can create and produce webinars makes this a great all in one tool. I was going to setup my own payment system for webinars, but I don't have to do that with Bigmarker. With my scheduler I just add my meeting space link from BigMarker and I'm all set, no more fussing with clients trying to troubleshoot and download meeting software.

Its bundle of features compared to similar webinar platform product and price. The most exciting part is regular updates from developer. They are amazing and highly passionate.

Need high speed internet connection. (But, to host a webinar, I actually need a fast internet connection to avoid interruption. So, possible this is my weakness rather than the software itself)

Having looked at the features comparisons between platforms i found bigmarker the most comprehensive, enabling me to deliver a wide range use use cases

While it is a high price its understandable given what it can do

The whole flow from signup to the webinar is much more smooth than other platforms I have used. You have signup, waiting and delivery pages which means you don't need to use another package to collect the signups. The ability to switch between low and high latency allows us to decide the quality of connections our clients will be using and give them the best experience.

The quality of the screen capture could still be improved although it is as good as others.

Customer training and pre-sales demonstrations. One to many is much more cost effective than one-on-one.

As a consultant in Digital Marketing I need to schedule virtual meetings daily with people from different countries, open classes, live and automated webinars to train my clients. For this I used three different service platforms, after trying BigMarker and checking that I could have all the services in one platform, I did it and canceled the others, saving money on the operating costs of my business.

The best thing about this software is that it has many features and functions.

Since there are many features and functions, there is a small little learning curve involved

Connecting with my audience

Meeting rooms work very well along with the customizability options. The bandwidth usage is also very great for those people whom I meet with who do not have high speed internets.

The join a meeting user experience could use some updates and it a little bit clunky.

Stable, usable interface for webinars and video meetings along with RTMP.

It's a browser based webinar platform so there is no software to download or install. The makers of the app have really thought about what features a modern webinar solution should have and they've packed most (if not all) of them in. The rate of updates is also great, with new features coming along every few weeks.

I'm trying to keep people in the WordPress space up to date with new products (plugins and themes) so that they can be aware of some of the latest trends.

Bigmarker has a great UI, it's very easy to use, and takes the stress out of online meetings and webinars. We love that we can collect email addresses for registrants, create good looking landing pages, etc. Bigmarker enables us to not worry about the tech of most systems and just jump straight into what we do best.

It seems that the requirements for your upload speed are a bit high. When using HD for my camera, I had a couple of hiccups. Upload speeds in my area (Southern California) are only 10mbs without paying A LOT to move up to 15mb.

We wanted to put on training workshops for our network with the future goal to begin charging for future ones. So far so good! Many of our viewers have commented how easy the system was to use and it was the best they've used for webinars/conferences.

I love that my attendees don't have to download anything to get started. They can just load the webinar or meeting into their current browser. In addition, there are all the types of webinars you would ever want in a single system, including evergreen and on-demand webinars. You also get meeting rooms! I do meetings with clients on a regular basis and this has been invaluable. I can literally be in a meeting with someone in 60 seconds.

Hasn't really been any downsides yet. They are an Enterprise solution. If I have to come up with a negative, it's the fact they aren't as well known as others so the interface isn't instantly familiar which creates a slight learning curve. But as mentioned before, it's user-friendly, so the learning curve is small.

I mostly use it for client meetings and for that, it has been wonderful. Meetings run flawlessly and because it's so easy to use for my clients, there isn't a lot of wasted time trying to explain to them how to use it. I've done a bit of testing with the webinar side but haven't used it as much. The great thing is, they have training videos - err webinars - to get you up and running fast. I appreciate that they see my time is valuable.

There is nothing I do not like about BigMarker, but I hope the promised german localization of BigMarker will come soon.

Communication with the customer from eye to eye, even if the customer is hundreds of kilometers away and only sits in front of the computer or uses a mobile device.
