Amazing raft of features but you don't need to use them if you don't need to. Can also use their landing pages if you want to.
Can be quite a lot of steps to set up a quick webinar sometimes but nothing different from other platforms.

BigMarker makes hosting and attending events fast, easy and reliable! Our speakers and attendees alike found the experience of attending our event to be fantastic, and the interactions between speakers and attendees throughout our sessions reinforced this. Bigmarker's browser-based, mobile-friendly approach made it super easy for my virtual event's participants to join from all over the world, even enabling chat with the speaker via SMS when the speakers couldn't bet at a computer while their talks were streaming.
Some of our recordings were occasionally a little choppy, or slightly out of sync. I've observed that this has improved since our last summit. Breakout rooms weren't available during our first event, but have subsequently been added as a feature.
BigMarker has enabled us to deliver content to a global audience for free without the need for complicated software or steep learning curves. This allowed us to reach people in locations that would normally be unable to attend events like ours, which truly democratized access to the educational content we share.
I like the ease of use that BigMarker offers. Not only for myself as the administrator but also the attendee experience is top-notch. We were thrown into the deep end when in-person events started canceling due to the pandemic. Without BigMarker, we would not have weathered the past 18 months as well as we have.

The one-click link for unique tracking individuals without signing in is the BEST thing ever. This is a huge issue for a lot of our clients, especially financial institutions, and we love being able to solve the problem with using BigMarker.

I wish the tool had better webinar landing pages and was easier to set up. I feel that other tools do have more modern ways of connecting with audiences. Otherwise I am a big fan!
I use BigMarker to connect with audiences out of my local area to introduce them to my services. As a result of Bigmarker, I create warmer leads and make it much easier for my clients to learn the value of what I provide to them.
The ease of creating an event. I haven't used it to its capacity yet, but have plans for the future. The support is good as well.
There were initially hiccups with recordings, but lately the service has been good. I'm down under so there initially was a lot of lag in presenting and hearing attendees properly. I should definitely use it more often now.

How simple and intuitive BigMarker is. I've tried a few other webinar apps, and it's always felt like they were dated and overly complex. BigMarker's got all the same (and more) functionality, but the interface is clean, and it makes sense. Plus there aren't any downloads for attendees, the developers are active and supportive, and
Sometimes there are audio/video issues when someone tries to join from a weird browser or from their phone/tablet. Doesn't happen often, and it can avoided with BigMarker's app (at least on iOS), but it's a bummer when an attendee has a frustrating experience like that.
I use BigMarker for marketing webinars, teaching live courses, and for video conferencing with coachees and consulting clients.

I love the fact that BigMarker is browser-based, no need to download any software to create or attend a webinar, I also love the level of customisation allowed by the platform. Another important feature is the ability to have multiple channels attached to the same plan, this is ideal if you are involved in different ventures.
The only thing that I'm still working out is how to use my Logitech Brio at its full potential with BigMarker. It would be awesome if the 'meeting features were a bit more advanced. The rest of the platform meets my expectations.

We needed to upgrade our account on the fly and the customer service team worked hard to complete this for us. BigMarker provided clear and consistent communication throughout the process. Their support staff were accessible via email, Slack, weekly meetings, and other avenues whenever needed. They were organized and gave us detailed timelines and examples to assist with asset intake, website design, and in-event features (like chat rooms and gamification).
Automatic captioning or transcription of the webinars would be really beneficial and would make the content more accessible to a larger audience. We do have individuals on our team/as part of our membership who are hearing impaired that experienced issues with being able to hear clearly during meetings and the event. It would be great if the platform was more compatible with other browsers, like Safari or Firefox. It seemed like Chrome was the only browser in which our speakers were guaranteed to have success with connecting to video/audio.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were looking for alternatives for offering an in-person educational conference. The BigMarker platform was clean, modern, and easy for our attendees, speakers, and staff to use. We received many compliments from attendees that it was the best virtual meeting experience they've had. Having a smaller staff, it was also really beneficial to have the BigMarker support staff to be able to step in and work directly with speakers and sponsors to help troubleshoot any issues they were experiencing during the event. It was the perfect amount of hands-on assistance we needed.
BigMarker not only provides a reliable, easy-to-use platform for your virtual event... they also supply a knowledgeable team of people to help you prepare, execute, and troubleshoot. BigMarker is there for you every step of the way. In addition, the video quality was outstanding for both pre-recorded and live-streaming. The audience really liked the participation tools like chat, Q&A, and the Lounge.
There is very little that we dislike. BigMarker's policy is to not start work on the project until payment is made. Even if you have a signed contract, waiting for the payment to be made from your accounts payable can hold up the process. Each part of the event is set up as a separate webinar within the larger system, which makes navigating the backend a bit cumbersome if you have a complex event. However, search tools and other sorting has been enabled to alleviate this.
Due to COVID, we could not have our annual meeting in-person like we do every year. BigMarker allowed us to have a virtual conference that impressed our field employees and leaders. We did a lot of research on platforms and BigMarker continued to be at the top of the list. Our employees felt like they received quality information from our conference and were able to interact with each other in a meaningful way, even if it wasn't in-person.
BigMarker has a great tool with a lot of features very useful for webinars and webcast. Best part is that all these features are 100% browser based, so there is not need it software installation.
At the begining, all these features can be overwhelming so it is need it some time to learn the tool .
