Trying to track my brand on social media platforms, where I can response directly and quickly to them nad join the conversation they have about stuff related to my company profile.
Serviceable solution for company like start up to find mention about brand in web. Also is fantastic tool to find key word as reference in social media to promote brand and engage new users.
Sometimes Brand24 shows not relevant content for me from foreign website, it isn't look like safe source.
It's really helpful for start up to find future users and increase reach. Brand monitoring allows get more cotanct to people which would like to use our aplication and build relation with them.
Its utility in superpvising SEO and simplicity in use. Both these things are essential to develop your website or blog.
We are using it for too short to state that we dislike something.
We are learning the "SEO" things for our website and how to get new subscribers for it. The most important benefit is that the number of visits on our website rised.

Brand24 is an excellent and easy to use social media analysis application. The tool provides comprehensive analysis for businesses. It is easy to use. The online training session with the CEO was informative and he was very concerned with making sure my onboarding in the use of the product went well. The company provides excellent customer service. There is always someone online who is ready to answer my questions at any time during the use of the product.
There is nothing I don't like about the tool.
My business is trying to do more in-depth research on the African-American community in the US on topics such as technology usage, government policies, etc.
I started using Brand24 one year ago, so I think I can say I know it quite well by now. I really like the e-mail notofications- there is no need to remember about logging in every day. The tool itself works great, and it looks great. Plus the CEO is a really nice guy.
Paying... I`m just kidding. There is nothing I can complain about. :)
I am a PR specialist and I use Brand24 to find mentions about my clients brands.
I like mobile application which helps me monitor mentions about my brand 24/7 . Configuration to other project where I moniotr phrases in some way connected to my product let me start proactive discussions from where I get usefull insight and sometimes users.
Problems is not in brand24 but personal configuration of facebook users profile. I often want to make some comment above post connected to my brand, which brand 24 gave me but I can't do it.

Brand24 helps us a lot in understanding what users are talking about the brand in real time. It was our first Social Listening app, and it is very useful for measuring the work of Public Relations with earned media and the client sentiment.
I really like the AI reports. I think it would be good for them to enable them for the PRO version.

Brand24 has a user-friendly interface made onboarding quick and easy. Implementing with other Project Managers takes no time at all. Exporting data functionality makes reporting simple. You can easily removing mentions making data more accurate. Customer support is very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Brand24 is one of the only platforms online that offers comprehensive social listening when it comes to TikTok.
Being able to respond within the application itself would be very useful.
Other monitoring tools online don't offer as much of a comprehensive analysis of TikTok as Brand24 does which is really useful when it comes to Social Listening on the platform, especially because it is so popular and thousands of videos are uploaded a day so it is easy to narrow down and analyse.
Thoughtful and easy to use UI. Helpful insights about brand and topics brand would be interested in. Affordable entry point to social listening tools. Great non-profit discount. Easy to use reporting and regular auto-reports. Active customer support line ready to assist even with small accounts
Not a lot of historical data available if that's something your business needs. Definitely not a messaging tool and visiting posts could be better integrated to website (would be nice to look at all of a social post, like tiktok videos without having to open in new tab)
Learning what topics are important to our audience and how they feel about recent news related to those topics. Finding competitors and collaboraters for social media. Saving a lot of time with social media strategy.
Daily reporting right to my inbox and the sentiment tracking tool is amazing!
I wish the product had connectivity with Next Door.
Sentiment ratings have been incredible, as well as sharing call-outs for community engagement with our brand, calling out things that may need to be addressed from a crisis management standpoint, and helping to drive data-driven decision-making.
That must be the Comparison function and the user-friendly interface
Some functions are only on for Enterprise (a bit pricey) and I never tried them

It helps us a lot when it comes to tracking brand mentions from all over the internet. That's why we use it on a daily basis.
Nothing in particular - sometimes mentions are delayed (they show up in the app some time after going live).
We especially value Brand24 when running a PR or marketing campaign to see its effects and buzz around our brand name. Without it we won't be able to track all those mentions that quickly and effortlessly.
After many years of trying many ways to track media hits for my clients and projects, i was always dissaapointed until I discovered Brand 24. It's user interface works! It grabs sources I didn't know existed. It creates reports, and if i ever have a problem -- great customer service!
Sometimes the "reports" were complicated to hand off directly to a client. And, it is pricey (but worth it if you can expense it!)
It consilidates so many sources! It's efficient and always makes me happy to see my clients get lots of hits.
I have been using Brand24 for years and I appreciate the extremely intuitive use of the platform, the precise Insights, the detailed reports with customizable options. Email alerts are very useful and help you not miss a single mention of the brand. I recommend it as a tool to all digital managers, both to monitor brands and competitors. Excellent price-quality.
I would need more detailed filters for exporting reports relating only to some topics about the brand

It is extremely easy to use, clear sections and ways of operation. I also like the real time alerts which is really helpful to know if someone mentioned the brand. Also the customer support is really great. It is also easy to group and filter results. Brand24 is absolutely the best social media monitoring solution on the market.
So far the cons are kinda low. . The pricing is a but too high. Sometimes it also gives irrelevant social media posts. Also cannot customize templates for creating reports.
It is one of the best way to track social media mentions. It also helps to understand who mentions us and we can improve to provide better service to customers.
Brand24 Super easy to set up and so far is the most accurate and all-around inclusive tracking tool I've come across.
The calendar function is kind of broken. You should be able auto set "previous month" etc
Tracking mentions on Instagram and Blogs weren't possible before.
