Technical support. I have called numerous times which seemingly basic questions and tech support has spent hours on the phone with me responding to my satisfaction. Very pleased with technical support. I have had calls drop during a tech session and the tech ALWAYS reaches back out and stays with me until we find a solution.
Hold times for assistance are too long for a tech savvy company. Hold times are also too long for when you want to add a service. I would prefer not to wait for tech service but waiting to spend money is just not an acceptable way to run a business.
I am a basic user of jive - just want a phone that works consistently with limited features. I do not take advantage of any business solutions other than phone, fax and conference calls. I would consider doing more but it would need to be with technical support and initiated by Jive.
Overall connectivity is fine and can be used with slow internet connection as well.
Customer support line takes an hour to connect.
I am able to make and receive phone calls on the go.

Intergrations are half hearted and do not do a great job with listed third parties like zoho

Limitations for a call center environment that handles many individual company phone numbers that need to be segregated. Logging in/out of individual queues instead of out of system.. not feasible for us. Call routing when agent busy and agent presence keep acting up. International dialing complications

Jive is a good quality phone system. It is easy to use and has good call clarity.
Getting the phone set up was more difficult than it needed to be.
I had my phone lines split between three different resources. Being able to consolidate all of the lines through one company and gaining features have been a real asset.
Jive's customer service is good overall. Online bill paying is user friendly.
We experienced an outage recently that lasted for two to three hours.

impressed by a company operations, innovation and quality, only to find that the answers to recruiting talent is a perception vs reality view. Reviews are great, however the Account Representation disappears once the sale is made. Are we not important after that? What are the new offerings? Things to consider? Integrations ? Options? We have no idea unless we stumble upon them.

Phone selection is outstanding. Monthly rates are competitively priced and reasonable. Enjoyed working with Jason Stewart in sales.
Calling Customer Support. They will assign a ticket number that you need to give to the actual techs. It would save time if the techs provided the ticket number so that you do not need a pen to write it down. The ticket system needs work.
Jive helps us communicate with our clients. It is imperative that phone and internet service never goes down, and so far it has not.

Portal can be confusing and not very user friendly. I've gotten to where I just automatically chat with reps. any time I need something done.
Setting up new phones is a complete hassle. Phones we were originally set up with are no longer, so we were sent two new phones. Directions don't work the same, so now calls are dropped, sent without going into voicemail. It should be a more user friendly system. HOWEVER, every time I used the chat tool, the reps were VERY helpful. I don't believe I've received help from anyone that wasn't able to help. GREAT customer support!
How easy it is to create pages. Do not need to hand hold.
That you cannot put iframes in documents.
We needed to get real information on time. It helped to know what was going on in each department.
In the few of months I have been using GoToConect I love the convenience of having my work phone with me via the Andriod app and being able to flip a call quickly and silently to the softphone without the other party knowing. The flexibility and ability to set up how calls are handled is amazing and much easier to use that the previous system we had which cost 5 times as much.
Although I like the Android app, it is very frustrating because it rings 30 seconds to a minute after the softphone and VOIP phone. It will often ring for a call after I have already answered the call on another device. I feel like if I were only using the App phone, I wold miss a lot of calls.
The biggest problem that is solved by GoToConnect is the ease of setup and configuration for a mobile and distributed phone system,
The product works and is great. Phone services are fine.
The sales and service team are not great. Takes weeks to get resolutions on something that took an hour to actually resolve. Sales closes the deal and then never responds ever again.
