I recently switched to a platform from another provider, and immediately felt the difference in service! We are not talking about the price, we are talking about the quality of work and technical support. I especially want to note that the client is tied to the center at the location and will be helped by a professional with deep knowledge of programming and networking, and not an agent from the other side of the world, poorly trained, but polite, with a knowledge to copy/paste answers, who in reality cannot do anything and will only open a ticket at your request :)).

Unbelievable support. What lies beyond Exceptional? HA is THAT. I have been with them almost 2 years. The product keeps getting better, faster, the tech support is spectacular, I'm just blown away every time and I have used support a lot. I wish wish my company could be as incredible as host armada. Never seen such amazing support. Like ever. If I had a few hundred million bucks i think id try buy this company. Don't even think about those cheap services. You ALWAYS get what you pay for. I don't even care what HA charges me, its no longer relevant in my decision making after experiencing this company as part of my "team". Thanks HA for just being epic.

There is Nothing fto dislike. Everything about HA is beyond i could even imagine creating in a hosting company. They put everyone I have used in 30 years to shame, hosts AND all othe rocmpanies.

I dont even want to think about running our agency clients on anything else if HA is not by my side. I'd just rather go fishing. I count on HA for everything technical, super fast everything. Their tech support respons before I can even receive the email of my ticket lodged. Unreal.

I have found Host Armada provides very good malware protection and technical support. Every technical query I have had they have been able to immediately answer via their live chat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends!

They were able to successfully help me to upload my sites locally to their server and walk me through how to access them easily as well as installing wordpress.

Their quick replies (They do not send an automatic acknowledge and their quick replies are really from their technical support) and technical clarifications.

Nothing at all to be honest. I love their services and how their support act when I am having a technical problem. All are set in Hostarmada. You can ask questions to their support and they will surely answer you.

Before, I am using a hosting company that is very slow. But when I started using hostarmada, I sticked to them for about 2 years now. Not just because of their hosting but because of their support. I have big trust in Hostarmada and if you are a business owner, you will know who you should trust.

I like their customer support. It's amazing. They replied within a minute. And they solve our problem. Their services are also good. The website speed is excellent. Not only that, daily backup is so helpful. It is worth it.

Till now, there are no dislikes about their service. But the price is a little bit higher. However, it is worth it to pay. Otherwise all of the things are very good except the affordibility.

First of all, their support team. Whenever I face any technical problem in my dashboard or in my website, They help me through live chat support or ticket. Resolve my issue within 10-15 minutes mostly. Sometimes, It will take 2-3 hours, not more than that. This benefits me too much because it cuts down my headache of website down..

Their customer service has been exceptional. I have transferred over from another hosting provider who really could learn a thing or two from HostArmada.

I wish I could just speak to them on the phone or video chat as sometimes chat is just not personal enough.

HostArmada! What else can I say except that this is the best hosting company ever. I have to migrate all of my sites from this company, let's call them (B)!? Which was a problem from the start. I had purchased three years of service from them this year 2023, which I had to cancel for peace of mind. My websites were slow and trying desperately to sell or upsell me services like security and backup space, which come with a HostArmada with excellent customer service. Wait for it, you get malware scanning and removal for free, as well as the best lightning-fast website setup ever, with no need for expensive external plugins. The practice of some hosting companies that you are on the shared hosting/server, at least in my case from my previous hosting provider, they log your website with around 350 in comparison to 10 from HostArmada. I hope they keep it like this. my PageSpeed is 99 my GTMetrix is A

none for now! but they should be able to incorporate on the dashboard the website you are migrating to the dashboard. It's not as if they do not have these functions it only applies to domains from Hostarmada. they do have softaculous that does those functions from your Cpanel. I am just being picky for seamless and minimal windows to open to get to WordPress, and this is not a minus for me.

Hostarmada's only biggest downside is it's high renewal charges but it's quite fair because such services come with a price and they also provide some renewal discounts to its users.

Hostarmada provides the best support within a minute with almost 100% uptime. After using it's services my website's speed got much faster than others which helps us in ranking and user experience.
