Very simple to use. Completely no code, with all the functionalitys that I need to improve the companies process.

Easiness of developing new process / make changes in process is great ! User can own their process and no huge budgets for IT people needed any more. All screens are so user-friendly designed that no training necessary at all. Both development / usage are very simple as its on app name "Keep it simple & smart".
New design is too colourfull, that might be tiring for people's eyes.
The main idea behind the tool is EUD (End user development) . With Kissflow we don't need IT, we just need to know how our process works & who is responsible for what. We just configure that in Kissflow. It's an online tool, so we can easily involve our third party service providers who are part of the process. This is also great positive impact for having all process parts in one place.
All the process can be done with a single click.
Unable to find the data of old data (Older than 6 months) and speed is very slow.
Be it a small requirement of some stationary or a huge process (internal or external) for customers. Kissflow allows keeping track of every step and also shows that it is pending from whose end.
How easy it is to implement and use and also how much we can do with this tool
In reality there has not been anything relevant that has stopped me from doing the processes.
Having different processes in one tool, without using paper, mail. Everything stays in one place.
Its simple to setup and use. I find the support team quite helpful and with a free 20 day support in place you can easily get your processes up and running. There are templates in place that are easily customizable to suit company's needs. Enhance workflow and facilitates easy collaboration within the work environment. Notifications are sent via app and email to the assignee.
I haven't had issues with this platform yet but will update my review once it comes up.

Some of the key advantages of KissFlow is that it integrates with any GSuite environment seamlessly as it is a lightweight application that sits on GCP allowing for easy single sign on access with your email. Also its easily accessible from any of the other google apps and allows you to input files and spreadsheets from google sheets and google drive. Its very easy to use and the UI panels are very self explanatory. Also you're able to cater to what your business needs!
The only issues i've ever had with KissFlow is that at times we have issues accessing old expense reports. At times the repository of old claims will have issues pulling up making it difficult to backtrack some work however after refreshing the portal a few times, it will pull in old expense reports and other forms.
With KissFlow we are able to to allow our employee base to self service themselves with expense reports and other spend reports for accounting to see with pushing more paper to their department. We are also able to extend the application to the appropriate employees as it can be configured within out Gsuite environment. We've realized this also serves as an organization tool for our accounting team to keep tracking of everything they need to process.
What I like best about Kissflow is the option to complete a variety of tasks using one platform.
The difficulty of searching for a requisition.
Kissflow decreases the amount of paperwork which saves time for educators. One significant benefit is that it takes less time to approve and submit requisitions for employees using Kissflow and it keeps a record of each phase of the approval process. Also, since Kissflow can be accessed via the internet, it enables directors to make approvals even when they are away from the office, which keeps the process moving.
Always on accessible from anywhere. I can access all projects from the last 24 months from any web browser.
We have many different headlines for project categories. It would be nice to search them all at the same time.
Any queries with an order, I can access the original order and can verify the scope of works etc.
KissFlow is intuitive and anyone is able to use it. There is little to no coding necessary and the mobile app makes everything easier. Also the 24/7 support helps you with any question you may have. What I like the most about KissFlow would be the amount of uses it has, it's not only a process management tool, but it includes more features such as case management and project management which in my line of work become really handy.
The downside is that some parts of KissFlow are still under development and do not cover all features. Also the languages available are not yet at a hundred percent, some parts of the app are still in english even though i changed the language. However i have been assured this issues should be fixed very soon.
The main use for me is the optimization of processes in my business. The time being and the paper used have been reduced in a noticeable amount and employees feel more in play of what happens around them.
Super good support. All issues were resoled almost immediately, all questions answered in a minute. Tool is great and intuitive. You may fulfill all business requirements with one tool.
It is really difficult to write anything I dislike. Generated PDF includes only visible fields. I think all kind of fields should be included in generated pdf report. But not everyone should be able to generate such document.

Kissflow really empowers the decision-making process. The state of the job request is tracked properly so that users can see the type in the workflow. Also, transfers among various teams can be successfully managed. It really increases the consumer satisfaction, as you know if the operation becomes smoother, quicker and better, clients will be satisfied with your work and will want to remain with you.
I would like if there would be a report manager in some cases. Other than that, I think KissFlow is a great platform.
We use Kissflow for G Suite to automate the business processes of my company in different departments. The technology is used to monitor our product's entire life cycle, from the control of applications that join the queue, to the product design and then its distribution. The idea that notifications and updates will be sent to individuals in the process for accepting or entering users, actually makes it very much easier for us and far more accessible to people's queries.
Very happy with this paperless solution to our most used tasks. Very easy to adapt to specific needs.

It was pretty simple to setup, the sample apps were great. Support was above average, most questions or issues were resolved the same day we asked for help.
These was little to not like. A solid product.
It helped to streamline our approval process for employees to request new equipment and capital expenditures.
Learning to use KissFlow is easy, its user interface is friendly and there is a lot of training material available on the Internet, very useful if you start using this software.
I have nothing to complain about Kissflow is an excellent business process management tool.

What i like the best abput kissflow is the customer support. Whenever we have doubts or need assitant there is always someone avilable in the app and you can even have a conference call or something with the kissflow things to really clarify your doubts or solve the issues you are having with the app.
That workflow are not still synchronized with Google Calendar or other Google apps and that would be really helpful to for process automation
Purchase requirements. Vacations request. Supplier payment requests. New vacancies request.
I love that all of our normal processes are all done in one place, whether that's travel requests, purchase requests or a rebate program we have. It let's us do everything and cuts out having to print and do everything by paper. As a government agency we have to have several approvals for everything we do and Kissflow allows us to automate that, from contracts, to our purchases and everything in between.
I have yet to experience any problems using Kissflow. I know others have mentioned small bugs but I've been lucky and haven't experienced any.
All of our processes require multiple approvals and Kissflow lets us add as many as we need to the approval process, including others in other departments. We also recently were given the task of doing a rebate program and Kissflow lets us go through almost the entire approval process and cutting back on how many spreadsheets we need, how much paper. We can add the public's receipts and information and get their money to them quicker.
