How easy it is to use. The integration with Linkedin is ideal and makes it super easy to prospect.
The emails are not accurate most of the time. Our team always complains about the quality of their data.
Not knowing our prospects' email address. Without that data, we cannot reach out to them to pitch our product. With LeadIQ, we solve that problem for the most part.
Ability to import directly in to Salesforce
The data is sometimes inaccurate. Seems like a high value is place on personal contact info.
Prospecting
It was helpful to have a quick list diretly from LinkedIn and sync to Hubspot.
The phone numbers are not accurate and the emails are hit/miss
It was able to pull data from LinkedIn into our CRM system, Hubspot
Hands down, their scribe feature, the ability to create 3 email templates from scratch with just the LinkedIn URL is awesome.
The data scraping tool is quite disappointing. Most of the time their phone numbers are inaccurate, and the emails are wrong even when they say it's been verified.
creating emails data scraping for phone #s and emails
Immediate results by the reading of the contact page. Clear and easy to use interface.
No phones numbers available to most contacts.
Immediate screening and recognition of the contact page.
Select campaigns/sequences as you select leads
Low data coverage in the UK, so data capture is low
Better contact compared to 0 lead gen data sources
Emails are almost always right, very organized and easy to use interface
The phone numbers are very sketchy, they often have phone numbers of wives, kids, and anyone else on their cell phone bill. Have used these numbers and have made me seem very unprofessional and slimy to my prospects. Do not recommend using their phone numbers
Finding the right email address and being able to get more information on prospects
The tool itself is user friendly and works well with other sales tools like Outreach/SFDC. It is easy to pass data from the extension to the tools sellers use on a daily basis. The support is also very good with the dedicated CSM we had being very helpful in answering questions and the implementation specialist ensuring the tool worked properly and checked in with us frequently.
The data quality is what makes this tool not a great fit. We found on many occasions that prospects would have multiple phone numbers associated with them and more times then not those numbers belonged to a family member of the prospect. If a seller had the misfortune of dialing one of the incorrect numbers it left a sour taste in the mouth of propsective customers from the jump. The data quality needs to improve greatly for this tool to compete with others in the market.
LeadIQ provided data on prospects including phone and email for sellers to use in their outbound prospecting process.
I like that it automatically imports into SFDC and Salesloft
A lot of the phone numbers and emails are wrong. The chrome interface is pretty buggy. A lot of times you will have LinkedIn pulled up and it won't recognize it in LeadIQ
LeadIQ is where we get emails and phone numbers for our outbound prospecting.
I really enjoy the ease of use. I can find everything I am looking for super easily and it makes the information ready at my finger tips.
I think the credit system is flawed. I don't think it is fair that you have to pay extra for some of the features like finding a phone number.
I am finding the right contacts quicker. No immediate benefits other than that.
its nice to beable to sequece from the extention
accuracy of information is less than other competitors that i have used
LeadIq is the way that we get phone numbers and emails
that it pulled the contacts from LinkedIn and I'm familiar with it
Using the filters from LinkedIn to narrow down searches.
THey currently are not solving any issues. We had to go with a different vendor.
I like the plugin and the ability to curate lead lists in the tool. On top of that the data seems to be relatively clean and consistant. For our teams, it is configurable and easy to set up where leads sync to
The system constantly crashes, it slows down our entire team's computers. On top of that, there are constant sign-outs, slowness within the tool itself and inconsistent lead capture. The ability to update with proper emails and push that data to the CRM doesn't exist when that is a crucial feature
It helps with the retrieval of lead info on Linkedin Sales Nav and allows those leads to be captured in SFDC.
Convenient tool that is pulled up while browsing.
Used credits to find numbers/emails werent there. I tried calling numbers from leadiq and they were non-working/wrong person. I also want to note the unprofessionalism of your organization's worker we had. Kyle was sharing his screen and Jonathan slacked him with inappropriate comments concerning my coworker using vulgar language. This notification popped up on his screen, open for everyone to see.
Really didnt solve many problems with it.
They give you any and all contact info related to the prospect which is good because that is what the tool is supposed to do.
The contact info was either incredibly incorrect- either for the completely wrong person or worse the prospects family member- their wife or children. I called a prospect and the wife picked up and was not only extremely mad but also was very confused how I got her number. It looked extremely bad on our company and we ended up losing the meeting- not great and will not use again.
We were using to find more accurate contact info on our
LeadIQ is easy to use and has a number of great integrations with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and Outreach. The ability to add prospects into a lead or to Outreach creates an ideal workflow when prospecting for leads. The chrome extension is great and again easy to use. The email data seemed to be accurate and we had no issues with the quality of emails.
The reason why I wouldn't recommend using LeadIQ and why our sales organization did not sign up for them is because the quality of data is very questionable. It is unclear where they get their direct dial and cell phone data for contacts. When we had a trial with the tool we had a number of incidents like prospects being unhappy for calling their spouses phone number, children's phones or siblings.
We were evaluating LeadIQ with the hope to replace LeadIQ for better quality email and phone number information for leads and contacts. Although the workflow with LeadIQ, SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator was great, unfortunately, the quality of data was inconsistent and we didn't go with it.
