Key points: - Easy to use: I use LeadIQ almost daily, and the thing I like the most is how easy it is to use. You only need a couple of clicks to get the information you want.
- Pricing: LeadIQ can get a bit expensive, mainly if you use it for large teams, but it is worth it. - Speed: the process for large lists get a bit overwhelming.
- Generating Leads for Marketing Efforts: Leads are the heart of marketing efforts, and getting accurate information for those leads is also imperative. LeadIQ allows me to use LinkedIn as my main lead source1
The most helpful thing about LeadIQ is finding accurate prospect data quickly and accurately!

The cell phone numbers are accurate on this app as well as private emails. I do love the function of mass exporting into outreach as well as updating salesforce. Honestly, this tool is one of the best ones we used so far.
The pricing. If you get the enterprise versionn which gives you unlimted exporting then it is really expensive to give licenses to all your SDRs. It actually comes out to as much as saelsforce licneses but its worth it.
Looking up cell phone and personal emails. Although its not a great way to outbound to cell phones and private numbers, this is helpful to get ths information and be smart about reaching out with a short valueable message.
1) The speed of capturing the prospect info is pretty good. 2) One thing I like about LeadIQ is that email-id is never left blank. It always provides using some of its algorithms in the form of Unverified, Not Verified or Best Guess and in the end sometimes it works. 3) From the last 2-3 months, I see there is an increase in phone numbers of prospects which is a good thing.
Sometimes it gets stuck with one profile of LinkedIn, when I open the LeadIQ extension for another profile, it shows the previous one even after reloading the link.
When using multiple tools at the same time, there are chances that emails are not available of target leads but this problem is countered by LeadIQ in a good way. It always comes up with an automatic email with good accuracy
LeadIQ helps the Marketing & Sales team to find Leads while working on websites, LinkedIn & other platforms. It helps us to find the title, Region, and company size of the prospect. Dashboard gives complete analytics like, credits used, Credits left, quality of credit and many more.
Wish I could get prospect details from CrunchBase & some other platforms. In uploads, it would be better if they allow us to upload .xls files. It would be best if it notify me of regular follow-ups of prospects.
It helps me to get the best prospect leads with all the details, and it helped me to Identify, Filter and Automate the mailing campaign for the hot leads of my company.
LeadIQ is super easy to use. All I have to do is click on the information and it populates in Salesforce.
Occasionally the leads will not import into Salesforce or will be super slow.

The software provides access to a great number of emails and phone numbers, with a very fulfilling green checkmark for verified information. Even when it's not verified, the best guesses that are provided give helpful formats for testing possible solutions.
Occasionally for the emails to be verified there needs to be a slight adjustment in the domain. However, once it's shifted then they usually come up as verified for many of the contacts.
With this software, I've been able to get a conversation started within companies that wouldn't have been possible. With contact information for even the more fringy prospects, I've been able to make my way to the right contact.

With LeadIQ, I love how simple it is to use with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I also love the integration with SFDC. I manage SDRs and this is key for me to leverage for their workflows
Sometimes LeadIQ will not have the correct contact information available, which can be hard for SDRs to overcome. More mobile numbers available would be nice!

I liked how the chrime extension mirrors search lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I also appreciated how easy it was to tell if someone was already in Salesforce.
I disliked how often the mobile phones (and sometimes direct lines) were in correct. The logic was explained to me this way: if we think we might have a match, we'd rather show you more data rather than less. I understand that point of view, but you end up calling spouses, kids, and other random people connected to the prospect.
1. Easy way to get leads we find in Sales Nav into Salesforce 2. Acquiring contact data (phone & email) I didn't use the campaign functionality because we weren't using a prospecting tool at the time. Most of our benefit was experienced from the chrome extension.

We started using LeadIQ a few months ago and it has been so great. I finally am able to find phone numbers for prospects, which I wasn't able to on zoominfo.
The only thing is sometimes my LeadIQ gliches so I have to remove the extension and re-download it.

Pretty intutive UI, no need for complicated plug-ins, integration with LinkedIn is super useful, and SFDC as well. I use it a lot to build pipeline.

The data accuracy is really strong as well as the ease of use. Used in conjunction with Sales Navigator, outbound sales activities become more efficient and effective.
We always want access to quality data, so there is still some improvement to be made, but compared to other solutions, the ease of use and quality of data is very high.
The occasional incorrect phone number or email, but the benefits far outweigh any negatives. I have been able to find accurate information quickly and create many new opportunities through using LeadIQ.
Accurate provided info, helping us reach out to the best leads possible, works even better than Zoominfo and its integration with Outreach.io is just great

It's super easy. Just click a button and capture the lead, then another click to send it to your CRM. being able to create multiple lead lists in LeadIQ, and capture to those accordingly. That you can capture data from a lead search list in Sales Navigator, not just from the person's profile page. This can increase your prospecting speed massively.
It doesn't have the ability to capture accounts. A database with domains and accounts would be great. We run a 3d tool specifically for this. AI functionality could be improved. IE a better way to figure our email format based on previous inputs
We used to have a very manual way of lead prospecting. The speed I can prospect at with LeadIQ is 3x faster than before. The whole team has saved massive amounts of time, giving us more time speaking and connecting to prospects.
One of the great things about it is how it automatically responds as you cruise through LinkedIn. It brings up whoever you are looking at in the main screen, and when you have a list pulled up, it has the same list next to you. It provides a few bits of information on each person, and you use credits to get more specific information (cell phones, addresses, etc...)
One issue I've had is that there are times when the numbers are incorrect. I appreciate that this is going to happen with any service, but it's frustrating when you are paying for it. But they do provide a place to report bad numbers, you just hope other people are tagging bad numbers as well.
We utilize it to source additional contact information for our sales process. I was unfamiliar with it prior to this job, but it's been a true asset. There are so many ways to find more information out there, so keeping this as a backup tool, or just another way to get the work done is the way to go!
