Versatility. All in one for creating effective webinars, in terms of inviting, registering, running, analysing and following up.
Demand is too high and bandwidth is not enough to accomodate everyone's needs. No regular upgrading, no development of new features. In fact I have notised some useful features disappearing. There is a demand in our company for pre-webinar survey. That means the Registration page form needs to be offering more options. For example limiting multiple answer questions to - 3 for example.
Time zones problem. The system does not recognise British Summer Time. GMT here, in the UK, is +1hour in summer. This is confusing for all - presenters and audience. I always want to add more bits to Registration page, like a footer or more words explaining the form questions, specifying the start time for multiple zones, file upload question option in the registration form. Also, some posibility of a side addvert would be good.
ON24 is really comprehensive and with just a little bit of training it is easy to create wonderful presentations.
As a person transitioning in person events to virtual, I would love the option of a virtual background and a better way to do language translations and closed captioning.
We are able to do fully branded programming for our advocacy efforts that translate really well in this time of social distancing and quarantine.
It is very user friendly, from the producer side as well as the participant side.
Once uploaded to the site, PowerPoint presentations cannot be changed in any way. Presenters would like to have the ability to "point" to things on a slides or add arrows on the presentation.
We have been using ON24 to deliver all of our training since the Federal government shut down in March due to Covid-19. Without the webinar platform, we would have no work for any of our speakers, or anyone on our team. It was not a seamless transition to webinars, but it was made much easier by our experience with them for the past 7 years.
The look and feel of the platform is second to none. Fully customisable audience view with simple drag and drop functionality makes it a very good buy and play platform.
There should be clearer instructions on best practices for sound and display. A few out of sync issues which could have been addressed quicker had we been recommended to use a mic.
We have pivoted with demand due to Covid 19 - moving all of our events to online and continuing to deliver optimal experience to our clients.
Ability to customise in an easy straight forward way. Very easy for speakers to record slides and to manage live sections.
There is no fast login for people that have already registered for one of our webinars. Be good to also look more like our site but think this upgrade is in process

I love the ability to really customize and brand the on24 console between images, videos, etc. It allows my org to really add variety to each webinar experience. This has been really important as we are currently running all events as virtual. As we produce more digital events, I am able to really customize each event to provide a new experience for our audience. I have also become more adventurous in trying new on24 features like including a bumper video at the top of each webinar, using speaker camera, utilizing the simu-live event experience, and much more. Also, the customer support is top-notch. I am constantly reaching out to my CSM with questions on how to improve my webcasts, what new features to try, and best practices in hosting a successful event.
I dislike the 2500 attendee cap that is currently in effect.
We are able to continue to share content with our customers and prospects, even though there are no live events. In addition, we are able to reach a much larger audience than we would have in the past. We were able to move out yearly live event, which reached about 500+ industry experts, to a two-hour simu-live event that reached out 3,000+. This was a huge win for us as an organization and it was well-received by our customers and prospects.

ON24 provides a complete webinar experience to keep our audience engaged while providing an extremely easy to use format that is simple for both the attendees and presenters to use. I love the ability to change the appearance to our fit our business, add resources to an event in several formats, customize polls/surveys. The automated email reminders are extremely useful, freeing up my valuable time before the event so I can be fully prepared to present. The resources available to me from ON24, to guide you through any kind of event are plentiful, easy to understand and a great way to host events in ways we hadn’t originally planned. We love the On-Demand option! They offer great support team, and quick to resolve issues.
I wish our PowerPoint slides could have animation within an On24 event. I'd also like to have a pointer feature or the ability to draw on the presentation slides while presentin.
On24 sends out event reminder emails and follow up emails, which saves a huge amount of time for us since we host so many sessions monthly. We also don't have to spend a lot of time trying to help people with tech issues to access/view the event.

I love the ease of using the platform and the ability to easily run webinars globally. I never encountered any issues with running live events.
I wish the tool would accept more animations. The simulive functionality can defiantly improve by extending the length of the video clips to more than 10 minutes which is currently the max.
I am able to easily scale my webinar program. I also love the analytics that can give me a read on the leads that are coming in.
