The product is very flexible and easy to support the process automation with workflows.
I would like more templates avalible to speed up the processes automation with Pipefy.

The easiest way of customizing it, to adapt to your process needs. Can feet to any kind of process, being very horizontal tool. We can even verticalize it, using the portal feature, and have one big pilar of your business.
Should be easier to integrate to other platforms, because you need to use a their part resource. You should be used mainly on fast communication between people nowadays, if possible to integrate with WhatsApp, Telegran, and so on. Also we should have more alternatives of creating and editing reports. Many of those issues are being addressed, but not available now.
To address the problem of human repetitive work. We can easily use that App to assure the use of standard procedures, in other to have more accurate planned tasks. Also decrease human erros, when you need to use different sheets filled all the time. To capture information without erros, with public start forms are a must. The possibility of work with database helps organize information, and use whenever you need.
You can automatize almost everything. Using with Zapier, things get really easier.
The usability isnt the best, they have improve a lot this year. And its a expensive software.

UI can be improved more to appear less daunting to a new user - in the creation phase, fields addition sections - specifically. Colour accents to seperate different types, and such - may help.
The problem we were trying to solve was to make the whole team stick to a standard workflow, and reduce the overhead of managing processes. It is easy to implement and end users in the organization can use it effortlessly once they understand the basic concept with minimal effort

Reports aren't good enough. It doesn't have good options to customize it. And, Pipefy doesn't have a large community to trade experiences.

Pipefy has created a really intuitive and easy way to help us manage our daily processes handling lots of customers and cutomizing every step to create our very own process management tool.
Sometimes the mobile app has less features than one would want but it´s understandable, otherwise the experience would be too complex.
Pipefy helps our team manage our processes with customers more effectively. It is a highly customizable tool for Business Process Management and Workflow Management. We have used it in lots of integrations with Zapier which makes it a very "automatable" tool. It also provides a nice overview of our processeses at an organizational level. People in operations are also very happy with its intuitive interface and new employee onboarding are now shorter. The main problem Pipefy has solved for us is being able to control every detail of our business processes in a replicable way that everybody can understand, from management to operating people.
The best thing in pipefy, is that you don`t need any IT guy to create a process management. The UX/UI of Pipefy is very good, making easy of user adapt to use the platform.
Pipefy for early stage companies can be a few expensive, starting with plans in $12 per user, when you do the math 12*(number of employees) you be a little bit surprised, and for companies in Brazil, we have another problem, the Dolar, so the math be 12*(number of employees)*6 (6 is the Dolar price in Real today). Sometimes we had some issues with automations on pipefy, like very huge delays between the trigger and the execution of action.
All our process today are managed with Pipefy. The main issue that pipefy solved is that all the team can manage the process without request to IT team to create new Field, or edit any Step on the pipes, leaving the It team free for work in what really matters to your business.
The first thing I like most about pipefy is her concern for the customer, even those who do not use their business version have great service and assistance. Second, the connection it makes to different pipes and the way it is possible to manage them is incredible. Another positive point that stands out a lot is its integration with other tools, especially with google
I believe that a point to be improved on the platform is its calendar and its mobile application, although they are useful they can still improve for a better version.
The team connection, the ease of managing tasks, extracting reports and automating functions are the most used in my company. Mainly the email templates tool for contacting customers

pipefy in a large application that has a large number of tools that helps to manage much better teams and our company. It is incredibly useful for carrying out development projects as you can keep track of activities, tasks, and other workflows. It has an interface in which you can customize workflows and thus know what stage of the project I was at and which we should pay more attention. You can also keep track of the bugs presented by the application, in an organized way which increases considerably the efficiency to solve the flaws within the application. It also has a helpdesk with which you can keep track of incidents, and be able to create tickets in each of the requirements of our customers, and what is more interesting is that all these tools are worked under the same platform so it is not necessary to be changing application.
I think that although it has several tools, in what has to do with the user interface still leaves much to be desired, as it becomes complicated to work with the different tools. Besides, it still lacks other functions so that we can move to this tool.

Creating customizable Pipefy templates to the point of making them interactive is great for brainstorming with multiple teams for meetings with process building objectives, these processes can even be connected to each other so that certain assignments can be independent of each other employed separately, along with a simple implementation of other tools and a well-worked platform support staff.
The design of systems for customer feedback has a decadent design, leaving the customization of limited templates and to some extent, with templates, which would lack to be customizable, commissioned to launch new products, the calendar does not provide information that is relevant to us, the information is scarce. It is necessary to add more features that can make Pipefy an indispensable tool.
We solved several aspects of problems that we had, the system of chat and messages is quite fast, with this we have streamlined the management of documents of greater urgency and early completion, the follow-up work is always useful and important to consider to be aware of the time spent on a project and the estimate of how long we took the process of completing those jobs in established times with which we can take time to work on details of improvement after everything is properly completed on time.
Its really helps in reducing unwanted costs that we spend due to different types of software's that we used for different process,Now all at a single place makes it so easy to do things.Its really helps us back in doing so.
I dint found any series issues so far.But i have a recommendation to develop an android app to quick view of each on the drive

We really like the Pipefy templates. These are very customizable and interactive. A clear example of this are their templates for team brainstorming, and for scheduling meetings. Another template that we like a lot is basic training. Do not like being able to import tasks from external spreadsheets. It's very comfortable.
We do not like the customer feedback system, because it does not have a good list design. We do not like your template to create product launches. Your inbox is not very configurable, and tasks can not be prioritized. We do not like your informative calendar, because the boards do not show enough information about the project in terms of crucial data of the same (only shows the basics).
Pipefy has helped us a lot with the work portfolios, from which we can now follow up better. It has also been beneficial the comfort with which we can adjust our workspace (invite or remove team members, being their access limited to our convenience). Its integrated CRM has made our communication much easier, so our services are more automated.

- Since there's no centralized global approval workflow, changes across the team can't be approved all at once. - It also seems like I can't add multiple people to one workflow instance either. - This makes it difficult to manage approvals and keep everyone on the same page. - As a beginner, one of the things that would be most helpful is to see our demonstration videos or pictures. It would give a better understanding of what is possible and how to go about achieving certain looks. Unfortunately, there are no such resources currently available.

I don't dislike anything about Pipefy as it's suitable for our organization's workflow management pipeline. We can automate recursive tasks in our business process and effectively establish rules for automation, integration tools, and have a coherent platform for our customer strategies.
Pipefy is beneficial in providing an automated framework for our IT enterprise incident management. We can actively update the real-time status of our third-party agents and direct their responses straight to our process workflow pipeline. It is also quick to deploy thanks to its pipe templates, with which we can easily create our own application platform without any coding necessities.
Pipefy allows anyone to easily create and manage workflows, including automation for all the essential workflow functionalities, such as autocomplete, connections, and notifications. The user interface is clean and easy to use, the functionality logical and consistent. With databases and pipe-connections, amazing features can be crafted for every specific workflow. Missing functionality and integrations with other apps and software can easily be implemented on our own thanks to an amazing GraphQL API.
There are a few missing features, such as calculated fields. Luckily, with the GraphQL API, one can augment nearly every missing element. What cannot be augmented, unfortunately, is localization. Pipefy supports a limited number of languages and has a few longstanding issues, such as phone fields not listing the preferred prefix. Also, for example, currency fields only support two currencies, and unfortunately, one cannot improve that one using any API.
Pipefy allows me to implement workflows and automatize client interactions to let me focus on what matters. A workflow that used to be chaotic and mixed between different applications, such as Excel, where every employee could change any project's status, is now orderly and cleaned up. Less mistakes happen, the status of every project is known at all times, even if an employee would be lost. Clients get E-Mails consistently and automatically to know the state of their projects, without the possibility for an employee to forget to send the E-Mail.
