We are tracking employees time at job sites through t sheets and then importing to quick books enterprise to bull clients for time worked. We are more productive than using time sheets.

The best features for me are the reports. By far, the reporting surpasses competitors and is easy to use; the memorized reports are my favorite feature.

I'm not too fond of some of the cosmetics of Quickbooks. It can be confusing to navigate at times, but there is always more than one way to accomplish a task in QBD!

We have used QBD for a number of years now, I have always found Quickbooks Enterprise to be beneficial with record-keeping, A/R, A/P, and for keeping good notes on customer accounts.

This software is very user friendly ! As you make your entries , if you have any issues or questions they have a helpful "guide" you can access and also over the phone help! Also, makes calculations with ease, especially when consolidating end of month - their reporting options are stellar!

Honestly, Quickbooks is the best accounting program I've used and really have no complaints. For a beginner all of the options may seem overwhelming. It with their helpful techs available and guides - makes accounting a breeze !

End of month reconciliation of the books is always a challenge but Quickbooks really makes it easy - the reporting has made a huge difference and has saved ma a lot of time not having to calculate Certain numbers with the P&L's I would normally have to do myself

I really loved the fact that all the tax and payment info was so easy to understand. Also, the forms are all in one place and I can download them whenever I want.

I didn't like the fact that we have to ask our employers to change our banking info.

The multiwindow allows you to have more than one functionality at the same time, for example having the account and the reconciliation window so you can adjust if there's any mistake. Also, the option to sound/ask every time you change any transaction because you can be completely sure that you modify the right one with the right information. the most important and useful thing is the linked accounts, so if you move money from your checking/regular account to your savings account you'll just have to record the information once and it will appear in both accounts.

That you can not mark transactions from the account, so if you need to mark the ones that are linked to another account or the ones that you have doubts about where they should be you need to do it from the reconciliation window, but if you already reconciled the month you can't mark anything else. Also, the online banking bug that downloads the bank statements more than once for the same account, or the issue that did not recognize some transactions as categorized when you use the QBO files, it's complicated at the moment of categorizing and reconciled since they keep appearing into the "Bank Fees" section.

There's so much that I like, but the inventory control, reporting, ease of creating new reports, and the fantastic search function!

Share reports are shared with everyone. I wish it had the ability to share a custom report with just one user instead of the whole team.

Being able to drill down on a transaction to get to the root of the problem, if it exists, is one of the best functions ever. And honestly, nearly every other accounting software that I've used don't have this capability.

It is an easy to use program if you know accounting. The basics are simple to teach and learn. More in depth features make it a good program for experienced users.

Lack of connection with jobs on the payroll side. There could be better/more reporting options in regards to jobs.

All accounting functions are doable with this software. You don't need any additional software to keep your books and all associated documents. Great for small to midsize as you don't need to upgrade every year either.

I really like the flexibility of correcting mistakes.

You cannot email contacts directly from the contacts area.

I am correcting items my client could not reconcile with bank statements, credit cards and etc.

QB is tailored for the need of small and medium-sized companies. Reports can be prepared fast, easy, and in real-time. The menu is easy to navigate even for people not having prior experience working with it.

Payment and invoicing/billing tools do not work outside of the USA.

Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise works great for a single-entity company wanting advanced financial features and ease of use. It is very user-friendly, and the cost is commensurate to what you get. You can track and handle many items with QB Desktop Enterprise, including inventory, sales estimates, purchase orders, etc. Reporting is customizable and you can find or create the reports that you need. You can also attach receipts to your expenses, which is great for auditing purposes.

Quickbooks products, including Desktop Enterprise, are not suited for multi-entity companies. It is still the same has having many separate entities and company files, and the only thing it will do is pull reports from many selected companies together, but this does not help with inter-entity transactions which need to be doubled-entered. Also, after many years, we began to have issues with our file degrading, and more and more our balance sheet would be out of balance, requiring a rebuild. To be fair, we had a really large file at the end.

Quickbooks worked great for financial tracking, for invoicing, with its own payroll solutions, and for tax reporting. The multi-user functionality helped us with the need for many people to be working in it at one time.

When we are looking for a powerful tool to manage the finances of a company and have all the accounts up to date and be able to live in peace of mind, we talk about QuickBooks desktop the best version of an accounting program that is not online and you can take it physically with you to all part in a safe way and wherever you want to take it with a laptop can organize and update your finances easily and quickly

I think this tool is very powerful and there is very little bad to talk about it because this tool meets all the standards of a company that wants to keep finances up to date quickly, safely and in a physical device, if I think it should be integrated with other tools or app such as the online or cloud version to make the life of a business easier
