Slack notifications and navigation options can be a bit confusing for someone that is accustomed to email. It would be nice to simplify the user interface.

It's also highly customisable to meet all users needs. When it comes to pricing this tool is very fair,any organisation size can use this tool because of the cost effectiveness. I like that it's full featured with features like easy to make video calls, file sharing, adding bots to do the manual tasks which is a brilliant added advantage. I also like how flexible it can be supported by Android, Web, iOS, Linux, and finally Windows. Overall is a recommended tool that has really saved lots of my time while communicating with my remote team on important projects and tasks and hence saves lots of time and money.

It's a perfect tool for everyone best fit even the small teams, it's an easy to start using tool with a very friendly User Interface. I also like the second to none support team which is very proactive and user-friendly. Though the mobile app needs some improvements and I wouldn't mind if they keep on adding new features to make it most standout communication tool there is.

Slack has really been a phenomenal tool that has greatly saved us time and money especially during COVID pandemic where we had travel restrictions, it was easy to conduct our business as usual through communication, video conferencing, live chats and messaging to our clients, customers and employees. I like how this tool enables my team to submit reports quickly and easily. File sharing was so smooth and video conferencing is great. Slack bots helps us with reminders, tasks and scheduling projects which is a great tool.

Slack is everything in I wanted to make my communication with my teammates and customers globally it alsoake file sharing meetings and team collaboration so easy that anybody can do it without much effort. I like how this tool is very flexible I have it on my PC and on my mobile phone that helps me keep a close contact with my team easily. File sharing is a big part of our work routine and slac does it professionally. Integration with other 3rd party applications such as Google Drive and Dropbox is an added advantage. I like I had a chance to have a lot of channels and bots and it seems like the information is safe and well organized.

The support team can be slow on responding to my cases. I wish to be more responsive and helpful in all directions. I hate it when it doesn't offer any project management feature which is very important aspect of every messaging tool.

Slack makes information proficient and puts together communication into various channels. It also helpful in that records are saved and filed for simple access. Overall I really enjoying slack. I like the desktop version over the web version. The desktop version allows quicker access. Also direct message feature is very important that use on my daily basis.

It's easy starting from managing, setting up, and using this tool. I like the audio and video quality as well as screen sharing function which is intuitive and very much of high quality. As a Team Lead Slacks helps me monitor everyone and managing everything effectively. It has boosted our team productivity and communication over the few years we've been using it. The ability to create private channels within a workspace helps me to build a community. This tool is trusted by millions of users as the most iconic messaging app. Been easy to customize it according to my organisation needs. It's also cost effective and no extra cost charges.

Often if a notification is received on one device (i.e laptop) it will not always push to another device like phone. I hate I am not able to customize this tool Design of my channel or change the background colour.

We use Slack for quick and efficient communication across teams and clients. Also I use it frequently for managing access to my Google Drive, for managing cross-team projects through Google Drive also for tracking Jira Tucker and updates. Also I use this tool for teams meetings, sharing files and sensitive information. Sharing screen when required is also an added advantage. It has greatly improved collaboration and teamwork among my teammates.

Assigning multiple channels, how fast it is compared to teams, etc

Sometimes the notifications you get after integrating an app are annoying... you can always turn them off but I'm unaware of a setting to "turn off notifications for all future integrated apps" or something like that. Can't say I looked very hard though :)

Being able to communicate with other companies easily

I love all of the customizable aspects of Slack; the color theme, channel groups, ability to upload your own emojis, and the many available Slackbot integrations!

Sometimes it randomly makes my Windows explorer process freeze up, which I only know because things go back to normal once I force quit Slack. It's a rare occurrence, but has happened more than once.

Slack makes communicating with my team and other teams across my company quick, simple, and fun. I even use it to keep in touch with old coworkers. I'd prefer Slack communication over an email every single time.

Messaging and tagging a person is super simple and complicated. We can set up calls and integrate them with our day-to-day tools used for projects. Even you can connect with people outside your organisation. Create a group of people and have a private chat. I have integrate Wrike with slack and it is super helpful.

I don't think there are anything downsides to using slack. Even people using slack will enjoy the background colour change according to time. Still, the team can think of something better to keep the competition away.

Lots of business problems are being solved, like having an urgent call or screen sharing. Integrate with your project management tool and get notified. Even integrate Google meet.

I like how you can have a group message with others that are at your work as well as how it is set up. It is easy to make an account and use when first getting started.

The only thing I dislike about it is sometime you have to refresh it on your own as it has trouble refreshing on its own

It is solving how buisness and employees contact and connect with one another. Which makes it easier and quicker to get help when its needed at work

Slack helps in quick and effective communication across teams and with colleagues in different countries. Slack is easy to use on a smartphone which lets you work on the go. It makes communication more professional.

In app calling function is bad and there is a room for lots of improvement. Limited users can join a video conference. Only admin can export communication. File search is not upto the mark.

Slack enables us to improve our communication and reach our targets. We used it to communicate and share files with our internal and external teams. It makes communication easy and makes our overall communication professional and effective.

I like how this software seamlessly integrates with almost all other software we use and love at my organisation which absolutely has been an advantage to us because of real updates and information. I like the non complex user friendly features that are so much easy to use. I like how it boost our communication with my teammates and clients while receiving real-time messages through chats and calls which has been so fundamentals and adding to my organisation growth.

During video conferencing sometimes it keeps on freezing while I am using a mobile app I don't know if I am the only one with this bad experience. I hope this will be sorted out fast. Great support which is very user-friendly and robust.

It's absolutely the best tool for remote teams working remotely as it has been providing us with different channels public and private to makes or share our projects easily. It's been easy to manage many projects at a go while saving time and money. Enhances collaboration and communication across all our departments.

1. Huddle feature which enables instant calling without meeting link. Also shows indication that user in on call. 2. Notification show / hide preview (This helps us to hide the message that appears in notification bar). 3. Update your status accordingly. 4. Instantly receives notification / message in phone as per our configuration. 5. You can send messages to yourself.

Sometimes the huddle call goes buggy. For a moment it will say slow internet connection and again it will get better. Sometimes for no reason it gets logged out. (A bit irritating)

To discuss quick things, there is not need to create a meeting link / room. You can instantly join any meeting (almost all required features are supported) and the status of user is reflected. This saves time.
