My #1 love of Trainual is the onboarding tutorial and that you have actually access to humans who will answer your questions and give you guidance. I've used a lot of online platforms for work management and Trainual's onboarding blows each one of them away! My close #2 is the fact that the platform is intuitive and easy to use.

It would be awesome if you could easily move content from one subject or topic to another. I've noticed that I get on a roll with adding content and then I realize, "Oh! that should be it's own subject/topic" or "Oh! This topic really needs to go with this subject". So right now, I'm doing a copy, paste and delete situation.

We're in the beginning stages, but I believe the issues that Trainual will solve are having all of our handbooks & process systems in one place where we can easily onboard new employees.

Great way to stay organized and keep all our content in one place. We use this every day!

We need more variations in the quizzes. One size does not fit all.

We needed a place to consolidate all of our training. We were using gsheets, dropbox paper, gdocs, etc. Trainual is awesome because it's now all in one place, so we always know where to look!

The fact that whenever you cannot be at work, someone else at the workplace is able to help you with your tasks and the company doesn't fall behind because of your absence.

There isn't much, the only thing is that when you attach some screen recordings, they delete automatically 1/10 times for some reason and you have to screencast again.

Passing off relevant info for new hires and covering people up when they are absent at work.

It's a very easy platform to use, both to create content and as a user.

The forum function needs to be better - There is a missed opportunity there.

Solving a lot of problems, getting everyone on the same page in terms of what the procedures are.

Trainual is easy to use and easy to maintain. We like the pricing model the most, as there are no per-user fees.

It's a little bit slow to get started on learning how to use it, but once you pick it up, it's easy.

We're finally documenting out training for new hires in a standard format.

The most help features is being able to assign team members to different area's to training. It doesn't matter what department you work in, your able to learn how other department also works.

I can not say there is anything that I dislike, it extremely easy to use.

I over see the lab department, we have to do training updates every 6 months and with Trainual every team member will be able to stay up to date.

Before trainual we had procedures policies and onboarding materials all in different formats in different places making it difficult. Trainual has solved our main issue of "where" that information is. Employees can easily access all policies without having to ask someone else.

We would love to custom the themes and colors of the trainual for a more on brand feel.

Training, onboarding and trouble shooting for customer service have all been impacted with trainual. We are able to spend less time 1 on 1 training with new employees or promoted employees and can simply assign them the next stack of learning.

I love that we can manage multiple offices using one platform. It brings us together as a team and ensures that we are all using the same collaborative information.

The only thing that I dislike is that we did not use this sooner!

The search menu to pull things up on the app for on the go!

Trying to layout images and captions with text and after you save and exit, then return it has glitched and moved from how you left it.

To get employees to look on Trainual first before coming to admin or the founder asking simple questions.

It is allowing managers to create content to train different employees and positions at once without having to repeat themselves.

Trainual allows us to assign separate training modules to either groups or individuals. However, if one of our team members sees a topic that would like to grant access to, the program sends us an email requesting that access and will open it up for them. Great to see who is proactive and what subjects are getting the most hits.

In the beginning, was a bit different organizing the subjects from what we had been used to doing in our old program. But with a little time, it has become very easy to navigate.

This year was a big training year for us as our team has grown immensely. We allocated a lot of resources and time to ensure our team was getting the training they needed to set them up for a long and successful career here with us. This training would encompass new team members and old. Trainual was an amazing platform for us to build this new endeavor and to organize in the way we wanted. The feedback has been amazing and we are more than happy to recommend Trainual to anyone that is seeking to develop a better training program as well. Ease of use, great customer service, and a growing platform is what sets Trainual apart.

It stops the constant retraining of people or questions that are asked often.

We now have all of our training materials in one place, tests on the material that employees study allows me to track their understanding.

I haven't found anything I don't like, it works pretty well for us

We have found it is much easier to introduce new employees first to the basics using trainual. When they get to the hands-on portion of the training they are more equipt than ever before.

The simplicity of it all and how useful it is on a daily basis. It's really easy to write a task description, add images and play with it all to make it easier to read for people. Processes in my company always change and often need to be updated, it's an ever evolving machine that needs constant changes, Trainual made it a breeze to keep track of the changes and to be able to refer back to a subject any time, removing the stress of having to remember all process at all time.

Only the new design, I got used to the previous way it looked and it was easier for me to find something, now I'm struggling to remember where everythin is with the new design. I only use the search bar now.

It solves the issue of having to remember a lot of different process that always ended up changing, it saves a lot of time and reduced the room for errors massively.

Saves us a ton of time on training new team members. Has been helpful on preseting material to them in a way that they can learn. We only have to record it once, and can keep using it over and over again to train the new team members. We love the quizes so we can see who is retaining the knowledge vs who needs some more practice.

Sometimes I feel like the user interface could be a little better. I also wish that you could host the video content on Trainual.

Trainual helps us quickly onboard new team members, and save times for our managers, who don't have to spend a ton of time training.

The user experience is super user friendly and easy to understand. It is particularly helpful for onboarding new staff members and providing them with an easy place to refer back to subjects when learning company procedures. Existing staff also use it almost daily to double check subjects they need a refresher on. The team at Trainual are very supportive if you have any queries. I've attended webinars hosted by the team and they were both engaging and helpful.

The only negative thing I can think of is that sometimes the search feature can be a little unreliable when you're looking for something specific.

Trainual provides us with a space to document all of our business processes in an easy to use portal. It gives us real time feedback on our staff training whilst also providing that staff with a place to revisit anything they are unsure of at anytime.

The ability to hand things to my sales team for training and not having to be present. It allows the team to develop on their own time and in their own setting. So, it's convenient and efficient for everyone involved.

Paying per user and reexplaining functionality with each new hire.

Able to assign training, instead of supervising training.
