Their new interface for building and viewing the survey logic is top-notch. Moreover, their integration with Stripe allows us to test things quickly, inclusive of someone's willingness to pay. I've been able to accomplish a lot with typeform. Surveys, online application flows, internal evaluation forms, and product order forms. It is spectacular. Highly recommend.
It is hard to falt this Typeform. It is my favourite surveying tool.

Bespoke typeforms and lots of help from the support team.
Love it all! Everything was very easy to create and very easy to put into practice.
Since I introduced the Typeform for my company (Pendle Sportswear) we were able to increase our Club Shops so now we have more business.
Typeform offers an incredibly slick, clean, intuitive and customisable user experience for our customers. It provides no less for us, the users, allowing us to create beautiful forms which collect meaningful data, and providing excellent tools and interfaces with which we can analyse the data.
It's hard to find a fault with the software. It has occasionally been unreliable with server problems, but this has only happened briefly twice and was rectified quickly
We use Typeform to gather data from both B2B and B2C customers, as well as our own staff.
I use typeform not only for user feedback but for almost anything that involved prototyping. Saves us a lot of time.
Nothing really. I could use a bit more functionality, specifically around logic jumps, to build more complex typeforms
User feedback, Prototyping, Workflow creation, Feature priorization, Data collection, Lead generation...
Typeform is just beyond great. It is one of the best form builders. It is super easy to use and intuitive, the forms look so great and they are so engaging. I cannot say enough good things about them.
I cannot think about anything I really dislike. Probably the pricing. I think the tool is a little bit overpriced.
The engaging. It is difficult to have a very engaging tool for forms. We have to be honest, forms are really boring, but not typeform.
I use Typeform to survey a database of more than 4,000 names. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. If you've never designed a survey before, it can't get easier. Background customization allows for your unique branding, which is quite different from some other companies, like Google Forms (which we also use occasionally). Surveys can have branching, which is conditional questioning based on the response of previous answers. Results are automatically rendered in visually with ready-to-print charts. Raw data can be manipulated and culled using the spreadsheet function. And if you loved a survey you already built, simply duplicate it with the click of a button.
Typeform is really robust and beginning users will find some of the more advanced settings difficult. Occasionally, I've had to go to Google and search for a "how to" on specific features instead of having the question/answer pop-up that often accompanies software these days.
Our constituents have a lot of information about the effectiveness of the products we're generating. What's more, we find they are quick to share their perspective which asked. We wanted to have a platform that would allow us to develop a series of short surveys that would, over time, generate key insights into product effectiveness. The shorter the survey, the higher the response rate. And we love the ease of duplicating surveys from one month to another, or even splitting a list to see if survey variance gets different results.
The platform interface is the best, It really invites the user to fill it out. It is very easy to use eventhough I still miss the old version. The flow maps are very helpful to understand and design better solutions and visualize the whole journey of the visitor. I would say that typeform has helped me a lot with the spanish speaker markets with great response rate I would only add more metrics like really knowing in what questions the users have abandoned the survey and geo information like from where they are. The quote solution is great but it is still limited to add a data base or letting more variables. It is really
Only a few things that can´t be changed like the setting a certain currency on default
From just getting feedback to lead generation
Typeform is a user-friendly platform to build surveys.
I would like to integrate typeforms in more tools.
We are doing user research mostly.
Typeform can do anything you need it to. From logic jumps that enable exam testing, to literally create a payment form for Stripe and PayPal. It's fully customizable visually.
Sometimes logic jumps are hard to polish. Sometimes we need to use Zapier for some integrations. (With Ontraport.)
We use it for online self-tests and any surveys for our clients.
That we can create a survey in less than 10 minutes and sharing is easy as pie
There is really nothing to dislike for us in typeform. It is a great product made to guarantee succesfull and beautiful surveys.
Understanding customer preferences and their pain points help us understand what direction should we go in adding more products, more categories, etc. This helps us ensure we have happier customers and a better product roadmap.
The customizability, user experience (both editor and customer), the if-this-then-this triggers and the embeddability.
The form builder can be a little cumbersome and slow; as can the results viewer, especially if you have thousands of results like me.
Typeform enables us to have a simple form builder for internal processes e.g. booking form and surveys AND create an embeddable call to action forms for our website.
Simple to create a new form and to embed in my website (Pluga.co). Plus: Free plan very flexible for startups. ;)
The hidden field feature could be added in the free plan.
[1] Submitting tickets through our website [2] Understanding our users: Persona survey [3] Asking customers why they left: Churn survey
I really appreciate the easy way you can create a test or a survey. This is a tool you must have in your business. You also can keep the customers email, so you can use the tool in very strategic way ì
I don t really like that you can go back to the previous question so a user can correct the answer he gave before
I resolve how to collect mail trough a survey, that's a really nice way to do it and i use this tool for some learning test our consultants have to pass after seeing the lessons
I love being able to do branching surveys and other complex interactions. So much awesome.
Removing branding is a bit of a price jump...but I can understand that.
Monitoring engagement every session. Quick improvements.
The best thing is that it's easily understandable for anyone.
To be honest, I'm completely amazed by the platform and I have no dislikes regarding to it so far.
It makes making registration forms easy. It's also useful, when it comes to making reviews. Right now we are testing a new competition system and we're using typeform for that too.
All the possibilities to create a form that help us in many applications
I like everything. Maybe it could be more cheaper.
Job applications / Marketing (with rich content) / Product validations
It’s sexy. Sleek. Classy. Easy to use. Most importantly Typeform is the single most effective marketing tool that we use to attract and engage people in our funnel.
Haven’t found anything I don’t like. I keep being blown away by its effectiveness.
I use it to help audiences assess their current Elite Producer status AND get them into my sales funnel.
Typeform helped me a lot to do research and monitor the situation of some clients. Features perfect layouts for every individual need.
I find PRO's monthly fee a bit expensive.

I love the design of typeform. It makes research seems like a conversation, very easy to navegate! It's also very easy to build out forms since you can instantly preview everything that you're doing. We use it on a regular basis at my company, in many areas, not only at the research department.
There are still a few types of questions that had not been developed yet, such as checkbox grid or raking questions.
We're using typeform in a wide range of areas at my Company, from HR to Sales to Marketing Research. With typeform we can creat online reports and instatly share with our internal clients with almost no effort at all! It's great!
We love using Typeform for all kinds of things. It is a powerful tool and gives all kinds of options to get feedback and information from our members.
I'm old -- sometimes I have to call the young people to make all the logic work -- but I love that it can do the tings I want.
We use Typeform to get names of golfers, to have dodgeball players sign waivers, to help mentees to select mentors, to evaluate events and trainings. I think our members like it -- it is always easy for them and we get good responses.
