Has all the options you would expect for a remote assist software and some you would not expect for its price. Suitable for remote work and to assist customers It is easy to rebrand and create your own portal and integrates with other products from Zoho.
Screencast quality is improving continually but does not reach the level of other higher priced products. It would be nice to have an easier way to change screens or view both when the remote computer has more than one. (I have been told it is one the way).
Access to remote computers of users and also to co-browse and connect to customer computers. You can have all unattended devices organized and tailor the permissions you give to the technicians.
I really love the way Zoho Assist is designed. The platform platform is very simple and probably any user without technical knowledge can use it. I also like their mobile app, as the usability is really cool despite the program running at a small screen resolution. In addition, I really like the features it offers, including the option to share the screen.
I would like mobile apps to be unified, since they have an app to provide support and another app to receive it. With this platform, the only concern is that it does not work without the Internet.
Whenever a client has a problem with our educational platform, I can connect remotely and easily solve the problem. The interface of this product is quite simple and efficient, so I can have a very fast workflow.
Zoho Assist is a platform with a simple and intuitive interface. What I like most about this software is that it works really well in remote access with mobile devices. Also, it is not necessary to install any software to access from a computer, since the connection is made through the browser. Another feature I like is the simplicity to conduct a remote session, since it is only necessary to enter a code that is automatically renewed for each remote session.
The only negative thing I see in Zoho Assist is the chat function, since it is not very intuitive.
We use Zoho Assist to connect remotely to the office computer from our cell phone when we are at home, so that we can verify the correct operation of company applications.
The most thing i like about zoho assist is that it is very user freindly and they give branding witg very low price
They are almost very fine they are going good
It help me save my time a loot.
Easy to use web interface and email invitations. Can we talk about the cost? For the feature set, it can't be beat.
doesn't tie in directly with spiceworks in that you cannot initiate a support session directly from helpdesk.
its like any other remote support software in its benefits to the work flow and coverage for your clients
The most helpfull thing i get from zoho asist is that it helps me in obtaining better communication with my team and we had made a support ares where we can work together in solving the issue
Zoho asisit has a limited ability in indentifiying differenr remote computer
It helps me in obtating better communication with my team
ZoHo Assist is easy to use and a great alternative to my previous LogMeIn which became too expensive. I really like it and had already recommended it to some of my clients. I love the right click option on the iPhone app which is better than the LogMeIn alternative. I also love the restart in "Safe Mode" which I never had before.
My only issue is the speed of connection and access from switching on a PC or Mac. It might just need a refresh but switching groups does help.
I work on my clients PC's unattended mainly to install software, perform upgrades, fix virus and malware issues.
It works over a web browser so i can do support from every Computer. It works good, even with multiple monitors and supprts the clipboard. On my main Computer i use a desktop app. its not overpriced like other solutions. I tried acces from a mobile. the conversion between touch and klick works good.
Sometimes switching between monitors does not work, or works fast enough. But its a minor problem. Everthing else works flawless
Mainly managing servers. Sometimes we use it to supporting customers.
Remote installs are almost effortlessly, send a link follow the prompts and done! It is on your computer list!!
SO far it works amazing, Would be great to have a standalone program for accessing remotely.
We have several remote offices and I use it from maintenance to troubleshooting to training...
I love that you're making progress on integrating everything.
you don't have remote commands feature yet.
easy ability to reach unattended computers especially Chrome
Full feature support from within a browser, including chat and file access.
I would like the ability the make notes on for each computer in the accounts.
Gives our roving technicians instant access to their sites, the majority of services calls can be fixed without a time consuming and expensive site visit.
It is very easy to deploy the software and then access any computer in my organization. This saves quite a bit of time and we all know time is money.....
So far I have not found anything I dislike in particular.
It allows me to access computer to sync to our main database at any time.
I like the fact that I can control multiple computers in multiple locations, all from my own computer
It can be a little challenging to interface with sometimes in my opinion.
I am doing remote control of a computer bank set up in a different location.
Doesn't require a lengthy download by the customer. Can invite by email or simply open a browser an share a link. The screen resolution of the remote desktop is excellent. If there is a necessity to reboot the system, you can do it without losing connection. Also, in our environment, everyone uses 2-3 monitors. Assist allows you to navigate those monitors without difficulty. The swap-screen and chat window are very easy to use and handy.
There could be more video training resources or on-demand training resources available. Assist is so feature-rich, I feel as though we may be either under-utilizing the application, or using something different when we should be using Assist.
75% of our 350 employees are mobile/remote. Assist allows us to provide desktop training and support without additional travel expense.
Web-based: I wasn't sure at first, but I'm a total convert. having multiple windows open and being able to remote control from any pc or mac is brilliant. Price: we have all had a shudder and a giggle at the prices that TeamViewer and LogMeIn want these days, they are just unsustainable for small business - Zoho fills that. gap perfectly
sometimes it drops out and you have to get the client to restart - more so for macs
being able to remotely support more than 1 pc or server from within a browser is superb.
