Zoho Meeting is extremely easy to use. We've tried multiple competitors of this platform and they were either more expensive, slower or just more complex. Zoho Meeting fits every criteria - it's low cost, easy to use and it's effective. We recommend it.

None that we can think of really. It's a great platform.

We run educational webinars for members of our chamber of commerce. Zoho Meeting helps us to reach our members and educate them about important issues in a timely and friendly manner.

Its really easy to set up meetings with all our sales department in all the different locations. we have been used for a month and its great, we can also use cellphones with the app.

To have a proper trainee of how to use all the tools of meeting. we have not receive any training, also no one has explain us very well what we need for our company or if we bought the right plan for us.

Before we use phone meeting but we cant share screen and documents, how I can chance the webbinars admin, for example Im the admin but they are some users that need it more than I do, how can I change this?

Zoho has all the features a webconferencing solution should have. It is easy to use, you can record the meetings, you can control who has the right to speak, you can present your desktop or whatever else you need. In all, it is the perfect solution for me.

At the moment, I am quite happy, there is nothing I don't like about it.

I use Zoho meeting in an educational context, to talk to my students and to record the meetings for later publishing in our Moodle system.

I love that for just $10 a month (less if I pay annually), I can run meetings with my entire team which is comprised of about 75% remote staff. This is such a powerful tool for collaboration and coordination over long distances. I also appreciate that my guests/participants don't have to download any software as it can be used directly from a web browser. This makes getting connected with new participants much faster. It also reduces any hesitation that my guests may have in utilizing the program. Another thing I value about ZOHO Meetings is that it integrates well with our project management software which is the most important software for my company. We're able to create and access meeting information directly from our project management system which keeps everyone in the loop and on track so deadlines get met.

The interface isn't as attractive as some other options, but it does the job and it's user-friendly.

My team able to stay connected and collaborate on client projects, administrative updates, training and ongoing education, and more. We've also begun to use it for meetings with out-of-town clients and prospects, and this saves us a lot of money on travel!

Llevo un tiempo usando esta herramienta para mis videoconferencias y me parece bastante buena porque creo que cumple con su función. Tiene diversidad de funciones fundamentales fuera de las videoconferencias. Mediante esta herramienta puedo hacer muchas cosas interesantes y útiles desde compartir pantalla y realizar eventos en cualquier momento. Zoho Meeting me brinda un buen servicio, es estable y muy confiable. Me gusta poder realizar reuniones en línea de manera muy efectiva y eficiente. Estoy contenta por los beneficios que me brinda esta herramienta de calidad. Es compatible con múltiples dispositivo y puedo usar esta herramienta en cualquier comento que lo desee. Zoho Meeting es lo mejor que he conocido hasta ahora, es buena, sencilla y fácil de manejar.

Zoho Meeting me ha permitido obtener muy buena experiencia mediante su uso en lo profesional y personal por lo que para mí me parece perfecta, y lo único que puedo criticar como defecto son sus actualizaciones porque da muchas notificaciones que encuentro son un poco molestas.
