I have an impeccable experience with Bluejeans. Amount of control given to the meeting organiser to mute the users is good but in my opinion, it can improve. Blue jeans offer integration with all types of system. I have been using it since 2014. I have worked with Video Conference systems of different types, computer and mobile. The system reliability is really high. Even when you drive you can use the option to talk with you car audio. And it also has a low bandwidth option on mobile which works on low signal areas. It integrates well with my outlook application so that with a click of a one-button I can arrange a meeting and add attendees.

Some of the options which they could improve are on using it as a learning platform. Not having a raise hand option and it should be something that should come in handy when we are dealing with multiple parties. Also having a whiteboard option to each while talking will be an added advantage. I think for bluejeans to further popularize this platform they need to give some version of it free of charge (Like "Zoom"). Another annoying feature is on the web application, it doesn't store all the email addresses which you have used with previous meetings. Hence for each meeting, you have to copy and paste or type it in.
