I wish that the "read email" option showed me when they read it.
Breezy helps us not have to sift through resumes and reach out to each applicant 1 by 1. It is very helpful that it emails the applicants for us as soon as they apply. It is also helpful that I can create different stages to organize the candidates.
Breezy is super easy to set up and start using even if you have no previous experience with recruiting systems. There's some nice automations and the user interface is simple.
Breezy sometimes can be a little glitchy, and I've had times where a candidate has changed stage seemingly by themselves, not that big of a deal though.

Very easy to teach hiring managers how to use it. Makes my life so much easier. Appreciate the customer support as well; very responsive and real people who actually listen to my questions.
Doesn't integrate with our other HR software. Some functionality is limited but nothing that's been a major issue. I wish I could put an email autoresponder on when I go on vacation.
Making it easier to track all candidates in the application process. Previously we didn't have an ATS at all. Breezy has been a super easy switch. Makes me much more efficient in doing my job.
Having the multiple buckets of content allows easy and quick sorting of resumes, The automation feature so when you change status of a candidate, they will automatically receive an email describing what stage they are in is a big time saver. The scorecard system works very well when using multiple hiring managers. Each manager can interview and provide their own score so at decision time, we can see at a glance what candidates are at the top of the list. We have tried other ATS systems and this is the most user friendly yet has a lot of features.
I can't think of anything that does not work for us right now. All good.
We are hiring team members around the world. Breezy makes it easy to submit applications for many cities from a centralized location. So team members from anywhere in the world can interview the same candidate, score them and make internal notes asynchronously solving the time zone issue.

It has a solid UI that is easy to use and great for pipeline management. I love that they have a bootstrap version for smaller businesses and that it posts to multiple job boards.
Could use more candidates at a faster rate, but all recruiters need that with any platform.

Breezy is easy to learn. It offers so many automated features that save my recruiters time. It's great to be able for everyone to keep up in real-time with the candidates. It also integrates well with other software systems.
There are many downsides to Breezy. Ocassionally, the system will be a little slow uploading, but beyond that it is good. We would always love to customize a little more in certain areas, but overall it is a great system.
They are constantly adding new features, some of which we use, others that do not fit our business model. We clearly understand that they are making a product that works for different companies, so we know that not everything item will relate to us.
We love that there are unlimited users and how much is customizeable. You can't beat the price, either! They also have a great support team and it doesn't feel like I'm just talking to bots working off a script.
It seems like we get more candidates if we post straight on Indeed instead of posting a job through Breezy to be pushed out onto Indeed. I also wish that there was a way to refresh my postings more frequently.
We have a unique structure in that we are spread out over multiple sites and have hiring managers all over. Breezy allows us to streamline the process for the entire company.
It's easy to navigate and keep track of all your candidates. The pipelines make it easy to remember what stage each person is at and what to do next.
I sometimes have trouble keeping track of the different positions open and mixing those up. Not a huge downside though.
Breezy HR is solving a critical issue by taking the stress out of hiring in an already hard-to-hire work environment.

I love how easy Breezy HR is to use and how customizable it is.
I wish it automatically posted free job ads to LinkedIn, but they've told me they're working on this.
We have a wide variety of employees and it helps us customize the recruiting and hiring process for each type's specific needs.
Automations and intelligence of the app to recognize names. It would be great to integrate it with other project management apps. It definitely shortens the process of manual cv picking!
Actually, nothing. It provides options and it's as customizable as you desire it to be. The ability to upgrade certain features help you decide which are better for you.
It's solving the huge time spent on uploading manually, filtering, categorizing and processing each candidate. It help us to follow up with every candidate either if they're a good fit or not
I like the ability to email candidates directly through the app making it so much easier to track previous conversations. Since I'm the only recruiter on staff, I'm constantly coordinating interview times and phone calls so this ability is a lifesaver and keeps me organized.
I wish there was more functionality and customizability when managing your scheduling links, the meeting confirmation emails, etc... Some of the limitations are because we are on the basic business plan however so upgrading subscription plans would probably unlock some more features.
As the only recruiter at our company, it's given me the ability to manage 30+ open positions at the same time. Easy to keep track of the open positions and candidates in the pipeline. It provides a quick snapshot of where each candidate is at in the process.
Breezy saves us loads of time in almost every element of the recruiting process; from collecting and storing CV's, evaluating, setting up interviews, Zoom integration, sending messages/emails to candidates, etc. It also serves as our audit record that we conducted open procurement for all positions.
I wish I could preview the scheduling links before I save/send them.
We don't have a centralized recruiter because we are a small team. Recruiting was dreaded by our team because of the amount of manual work we were doing (sorting through emails, scheduling, Google drive for CV"s, etc.) We've been able to hire much faster, people on our team are much more willing to lead a recruitment process, and we're saving a ton of time.
Breezy has a very intuitive interface as well as the functions. It lets you vet for candidates in an efficient manner. I also like how I am alerted whenever there is an activity related to the candidate
the user interface can be improved such as avoiding drag and drop. I find it not useful since it has another way of vetting or moving the candidates over to the next stage
Breezy HR solves a lot of functions such as vetting candidates, as well as managing the candidates. I think one benefits of breezy would be the simplicity of the application itself

Automation is very easy to use and super helpful. I was a technical recruiter once upon a time, and Breezy has automated about 80% of the job.
UI can be a little bit mysterious - takes a couple of pokes to figure out where something is hiding sometimes, but I would think the more you use it, the less this matters.
I don't have a recruiting department, so having the automation take care of follow-up emails on changing stages and sending out scheduling links makes it so our candidates don't languish unresponded to.
