Designing a campaign in Constant Contact is so easy. I love how they have the building blocks to the side and pre-made templates.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Sending large batches of emails sometimes can result in emails getting blocked or bounced.

Easy to create templates and reuse for consistency, list segmentation, and integration capabilities.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I wish I could move multiple objects at a time when creating campaign? And I'd love to see anchor links and accordions added as options.

Our company's communications are much improved. We already have better engagement. It has allowed better brand consistency as well.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact has great features that make communicating with a lot of people all at once very easy. The email campaigns are easy to setup and scheduling social media posts makes social media management a snap!

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact is consistently buggy on Safari, so I have to use Chrome (not my default browser) every time I want to send an email or social post. This isn't a huge deal but it's annoying.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Constant Contact is a one stop shop for communication directors like me. I love that I can cater to our older audience through email and our younger audience through social media all in one place.

It is easy to track your results with the analytics function. It's a user-friendly interface and it doesn't take long to accomplish what you need to do.

I have to pay more to take advantage of all of the features.

Very easy to use and store information. I am a new user. When questions arise, I can easily find them without much effort.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

We've used Contact Contact for 15+ years now, and they've come a long way. It wasn't very great back in the day, but I'd definitely recommend them now. The platform is easy to use. There are a lot of ways you can create your templates, track analytics, and more.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

There isn't anything I dislike about it at present.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to communicate with the people of our congregation weekly, and we have good open rates.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Easy to navigate, and build the communication to send later with the scheduling feature. The ability to post the same content across multiple platforms is a huge plus as well.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

No issues thus far, but if I had to pick one negative I would say I wish there were more cross-app functionality, or a way to log in/authorize CC to post on all the social media sites and platforms we use.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saves time with the cross posting feature, which also ensures the same message is delivered across several platforms. This allows for more productivity, and broader reach.

I was able to link all my social accounts together so I was able to post regularly to grow my business. They made it super easy and even met with me to help me figure out the process.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

At first it was not intuitive. I feel like what I know how to do, I can do well, but there is much to the process I don't understand. I need a few more coaching sessions to figure it out.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted to post across multiple accounts quickly and easily. Constant Contact allowed me to not only post, but to schedule posts so that I could engage audiences in social media areas I never really personally frequent.

I'd like it if I didn't have to keep signing in. It is annoying when the site times out. I would like to be able to leave it open all day.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact has revolutionized our email communication at Berean Homeschool at Front Range Christian School. I can create special email groups for specific content.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I have not found many downsides. I use the website and the app for different kinds of emails and have had success with both. On one device, there was a small glitch where spaces were removed and I had to retype, but that only happened once and was rectified.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Constant Contact makes it possible to email different groups of people with specific content. This aspect s very helpful, since we have people in our Enrichment Day, our Umbrella school, our Chess Club, and our Homeschool Encouragement Evenings, and they are not the same people.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I am not a visually creative person, in the least. But I am part of a marketing team, therefore, in charge of building the occasional campaign. Constant Contact makes all aspects of building campaigns so easy. The error messages are clear and concise, the templates to choose from are great, and even I am able to manipulate the features enough to impress my team. Know I look forward to building these rather than dreading the task.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

That on the occasion we get a spam report, I can's see who that account is to remove them from our recipient list. We keep an internal unsub list and would like to keep it as concise as possible. I understand this is probably a privacy issue.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Analytics, easy to pull and understand. was a difficult to use function on mailchimp. Also gives a helping hand on keeping our unsub list up to date so we do not accidentally email people we should not.

Constant contact has come along way since I first started using this service I like that they have landing pages and you can use them for surveys and just to be able to keep all of your contacts in one place and also be creative with how you send your emails and they integrate well with other systems.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I don't dislike anything about Constant Contact. I like the services that I receive and plus I also like that is not too expensive.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping me keep all my contacts in one place and being able to access them when I am ready to reach them and services. It also let me know who's receiving the emails, click rate, and bounce backs.

I have been using Constant Contact for 20 years. I use it for all my e-blasts and have even had a custom template developed.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Occasionally an email provider either "blocks" constant contact, or its reporting feature.

What problems is Constant Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Constant Contact helps me reach my customer base - which is geographically large - without always having "boots on the ground" or travelling salespeople.

The flexibility of creating marketing campaigns, scheduling them ahead of time, choose the type of clients we want to send the campaign to. Also, knowing how many clients opened the campaign.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Nothing really to dislike, I wish we had additional templates available, which would make it easier to create.

Constant Contact is easy to use. Setting up groups, adding contacts, sending out emails is easy.

Wanting to delete an entire contact list to start over 'clean' - i don't think there is a way to do that.

I can quickly produce attractive emails based on their templates and other layout options. I have no email design training and could figure it out myself.

There are a few design capabilities it doesn't have, like stretching a photo, but it's still a great product.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Most helpful is the ease of use and the ability to upload our pictures to create content relevant to our business and needs. We have not found another company that makes it easier for us to connect with customers.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Downside... it's hard to say. Quality pictures cost. Preloaded beach/tropical content would be helpful. Another suggestion would be to have preloaded content designed with hotel/resorts.
