Easy to use good way to interact with customers
There isnt much that i dont like but I only read and respond to messages

Our account manager is great! So proactive and helpful. Chat support is always available.
Nothing so far, it performs as expected and the barrier to get and running is very low.

integrations with different other software, their customer support....... well....everything in drift !
I do find anything yet to dislike as its helping me to give a good customer support to our customers and flexibility to use on different application however I would suggest to get an android app of drift so I can help our customers even if I am not using my laptop.
We are using drift as customer support in app messenger for our website and the benefit is quite explanatory here that we are serving better in terms of customers support to suspects, prospects and existing customers
Great way to track activity on your website pages for more warm sales leads. It's also extremely helpful to know exactly which pages they are browsing to help send leads targeted messaging. I've also been able to book meetings using the chat feature.
Most of the time you have no idea who at an organization is browsing your website, and with large organizations it can be difficult to pinpoint which employee to reach out to

I can't figure out who is on our website when the site visitor is anonymous. Drift account routing can be improved as well.
Drift allows us to reach out to companies showing interest or intent in our product. I had a meeting booked directly on my calendar which made things really easy for my job.
Ability to quickly record a video when doing cold outreach- easy to use! Also, it's great when sending a value touch to send over a video of the product vs. another case study, etc.
Sometimes when recording with your face and the screen, your face 'icon' can get in the way of what you are showing, but it's easy to move around on screen
It is helping me effective identify accounts to target as well as send quick, relevant videos to my accounts. Without it, I would be another email in an inbox- gotta break through the noise!

I love that it's so easy to use! I can see past conversations potential customers may have had, and speak to them directly! It makes it so much easier for everyone in the company, and the notifications I get if I miss a chat are great too.
Once had a prospect book in time with me for the same day at 1.30pm even though it was already 8.30 at night, not sure why that was possible or if it's even Drift's fault (might not be).
We're able to have prospects hop on the website and speak to our bot, which is very helpful for after hours.

Some of the reporting is quite uncustomisable, for example pulling raw data for customer ratings isn't possible.

People are able to book a meeting if I'm not available for the chat.
I dont get chat alerts just meeting booked notif on gmail
I think for prospects who dont want to get into the fuss of emails can directly chat & book meetings with us. This is helping me with leads.

It is most helpful to be able to call my prospects or schedule a zoom instead of doing a ton of double data entry.
I dislike having to wait for it to load on my salesforce with the customer's information.

Drift has been very helpful for our team, especially when It comes to live chats. We also send videos to prospects and it allows them to seamlessly schedule appointments using our calendar
The dashboard has very few buttons which is cool but sometimes it's difficult to know where to click for the most common features such as basic settings. Maybe something that has common settings right in front of you
Drift is helping us answer basic customer service questions and then if they need more help we could step in. It's helpful so that way our team doesn't have to spend time on basic questions that a bot can answer
