Easy connections and a chance to connect without jumping through too many hoops

The big problem we face is if you have to transfer a call to another extension, you cannot put it on hold and pick up the call at the other extension

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

GoTO connect is so easy to use once it's set up. Things are fairly intuitive and support is great if you have any questions!

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

We had some rough times with the porting of our phones but GoTo worked with us and really helped us out.

What problems is GoTo Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a user friendly VOIP system that would connect all of our business together under one roof.

"Accountability for our Phone Queue"
What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

I like the ability to have a castable wallboard to show the current status of our phone queue. Being able to have the team see who is logged in and who is currently on a call is very helpful.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

I wish the Wallboard feature gave you more visibility into the Agent's performance. For example, there's not currently any widgets that will show how many calls a specific agent has taken. It lets you see your queues total call count, but it doesn't break that down to the individual.

What problems is GoTo Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is giving us the ability to manage phone queues for multiple departments and track the phone call performance to use in our quality and customer service training.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

I like the design on the application. Where the buttons are and what they do is easy to figure out.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

Not easy to block numbers. Using just the softphone is also not easy to setup. Very limited knowledge base.

What problems is GoTo Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly I would rather not have a desk phone. Just a softphone.

Good connectivity. Really good quality sound. There customer service is the best.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

Well so far nothing that I have not like. Everything is great well just when you delete some IDs or number make sure they are deleted or will get charged for that IDs as well

Goto has upgrade a lot there texting experience and the instant calling facilities and many new features like voice recording and all.

I recently liked how the update allows for an easier access to the favorite list and an easier process for calling and receiving vaoicemails.

I don't like how the voicemails once listened to do no automatically say they have been listened to you have to go back and check them off.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

Visibility, caller ID, keeps you connected. I love the ability to be mobile and have the app on my phone and know who is calling and when. I also like the ability to receive emails of transcribed voice messages.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

The call quality lacks when using the forward to cell phone feature. It tends to delay or become robotic.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

I can't emphasize enough how important GoTo Connect has been for me in staying in touch with my colleagues. It's one of the best software platforms I've come across and has helped me immensely with my work. I can stay in touch with my office easily and share essential files without trouble.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

Although GoTo Connect has its flaws, such as the occasional call-off or bug/error, I find that its features outweigh its downfalls. In particular, I love how it has software to handle organization for meetings. This has been a lifesaver for me in terms of keeping everything in one place and avoiding any potential issues that could pop up.

What problems is GoTo Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

I highly recommend GoTo Connect to anyone looking for an easy way to streamline their business and make their work easier. Since implementing this new software, our lives have become much more accessible. We used to spend so much time trying to arrange conference calls and setting up hours and holidays, but now the software does it all for us.

The printing very rarely has an issue when I am at home, but I feel I should mention that here. I haven't had time to look over the menu.

I haven't submitted any requests to them to have any issues taken care of. This is obviously a huge benefit. I know with the reviews of their customer service, I would have no problem having an issue being resolved.
