MailerLite has a great UI that impressed me at first look. All the features in mailerlite are easy to navigate and use. I especially like their automation and email collection pop-up for my website. It also integrates seamlessly with my WordPress websites. Another vital thing is MailerLite has a forever-free plan which makes it one of the best for new and small business owners. They also have essential features like Email campaign management, Response tracker, Campaign report analysis, subscriber management, etc., which are very useful and most used by me.
I do not have any severe bad experience with mailerlite, but I have found the drag and drop editor slow sometimes. And they should work on Image library features so that users can make more personalized designs for their emails or newsletters. Also, I wish it could integrate with my Shopify in the same way as Klaviyo integrates with Shopify.
As a business owner and freelancer, I am solving my email marketing-related problems with mailerlite. With its free plan, I can send customized emails to 1000 new subscribers per month, which is somehow enough for me. That is helping to increase my reach among potential clients. I have realized that after I have adopted MailerLite, I have seen a 10-15% increase in my sales with email marketing which I hope will be increasing day by day.
I love that there is no limit to the number of users of your account. Most services require you to pay for each additional user, but because we don't have an extremely large mailing list, we don't require the premium services that other mailing platforms provide that allow for a high number of users. For this reason, Mailerlite works very well for us.
The emails are not as customizable as I would like. I want to be able to have a custom footer with graphics but the platform does not allow for these editing capabilities. Hopefully, sometime in the near future, this will become available.
Email automation capabilities save my team a lot of time. Sure, the setup of these processes may be a bit time-consuming and tedious, but once they are set up, you don't have to worry about them.
It has a friendly interface, a simple contact uploading process, and an easy drag and drop designer. I have the free plan and had previously used MailChimp's free plan. However, MC limited me in essential aspects like campaign scheduling, which Mailerlite doesn't. Also, you have access to other features like automations, forms, landing pages, pop ups and more. As you grow, you will need to pay a plan, however, I think the platform is reasonably priced.
It does not have CRM features, that could help you integrate your ESP to other areas of your business. If that is your goal, I suggest a more complex tool like ActiveCampaign. Also, I would like the option to have separate profiles within my account, which would be very convenient for me, a email marketing freelancer. However, for begginers that want an approachable ESP to mainly send campaigns, use automations, create forms or landing pages, MailerLite is more than enough and worth its value.
It offers me a quick campaign creation, where I can establish a template for my campaign and work with it, making the whole process more efficient. Also, the reports are helpful and simple enough to share with my clients.
As a digital accelerator we handle multiple accounts, we can have all of our clients in one single profile. The platform is easy to use, very intuitive and provides different solutions for different kind of businesses.
It was a little tricky to figure out how to launch an automated email sequence with no subscription, but with databse.
In general, it helps us to concentrate our time and efforts in adding value to our customers rather than doing day-to-day tasks. We use it for: - Automated email sequence to potential customers - Automated form for customer's feedback - Automated cupon for ecommerce process (add to cart but no conversion). - Automated remiders
I can deal with my mailing list with it. We likewise make greeting pages which our endorsers can tap on straightforwardly via the post office. The capacities and potential outcomes of customization are a lot of. The capacity to make the bulletin with the live view with review is ideal - so I can see the end-product straightforwardly.
A few sends are sent a smidgen gradually, it would be useful if a surmised stacking time is shown when the bulletin is done.
Simply the administration, everything being equal, and mail supporters is truly significant. We can gather and deal with every one of our contacts on one stage. Making bulletins is extremely simple and there are numerous alternatives accessible to introduce the substance well.
I like how jargon-free Mailer-Lite is. They chose to use natural, real-human language so that it is easier to understand the tool.
There are just a couple of nit-picky tweaks I would make to previews and tests that are barely worth mentioning.
I am notifying a list of podcast subscribers about new episodes, bonus content, and ways to support the show. MailerLite's drag and drop editor makes it actually fun to bring in all of these elements.
MailerLite has a simple, interface, and all the features needed by a business to hit the ground running. Starting from the newsletter editor to landing pages creator. Faster than wix, mail chimp and many others.
Analytics could be more sophisticated. '
The prettier, quicker way to design a newsletter. Subscribers management is also very simple.
Great customer support (chat) Intuitive interface Nice templates Competitive prices and transparent billing Quality of email delivery fully comparable to competitors Sending emails without using my domain, but with an option to do so
Manual (but prompt) approval of new account and then after every 5000 subscribers added Not all features are covered in help files/documentation
Distribution of marketing emails. Better service than competitors. Lower cost than some.
The Free plan has all the features I need, including Automation. Most other providers charge extra for automation.
The interface, although simple, looks a bit old. MailerLite can be slow at times too.
I'm able to easily capture potential clients' email addresses. I can easily create email sequences and launch courses with the workflow. And, last, but not least, I can easily email my subscribers.
I appreciate that I can scale my needs - starting right with the trial and with the basic version.
It isn't as connected as some other platforms.
I am automating my sales funnel. The automation are great and the opt-in forms are seamless.
It is easy to use. Moving around in the program is friendly. If something is not understood you can watch a help video.
So far there is nothing I can find to dislike.
I send a followup email when someone downloads one of our software demos.
I love the easiness of drag and drop to create and change my newsletter content.
There really isn’t much to dislike. They’ve thought of everything and continue to make enhancements.
Communicating to customers in this day of COVID. Directing them to my online store and showing them new stuff and samples.
I found the dashboard really easy to understand and load onto my website. It literally took me a half-hour to put a pop up on my website and write my 3 emails to kick off collecting email subscribers.
It's hard sometimes to know where to create my newsletter but the live chat was great with sending me to video training.
I wanted to create an attractive pop-up to inspire people to subscribe to my music book and it is working very well. It's a pleasure to see my auto emails going out on time and without extra work from me.
I love how simple it is to create an automated email sequence as visually presented, also easy to set up built-in forms and landing pages, it also gives us great suggestions on your own blog posts, its automation feature is just amazing, I also love how easy it is to create an email with the drag and drop functions, it also has a lot of content blocks available to create your own custom emails, I also like the email design template, they are from a lot of help in creating newsletters, it's incredibly easy to use.
Sometimes I have had some problems when integrating it with sales platforms, I cannot synchronize it with the messaging services either, these are some of the inconveniences that this platform has presented to me until today.
With this software I have greatly improved my workflow, it has allowed me to manage my clients and the contact database easily and efficiently, it also allows me to quickly assemble emails with a consistent brand and it takes a lot of work out of managing my newsletter, this tool has many more functions than most of my clients would need, it also allows me to see statistics on how my campaigns are going and what the rates are, it is a great time saver.
1) Very Cost Effective 2) It have many advance features like drag and drop to create email template. 3) Very user friendly interface.
I don't have anything to dislike about MailerLite. However pricing can be more efficient.
We are using this tool to send monthly newsletters and updates to our costumers.
MailerLite is as simple as an email marketing software can be, and it comes with features that are briefly explained to use right away. Setting email lists is simple and email templates can be configured to look the way I want to without much learning curve. One of my favorite parts of this software is the analytics tool of MailerLite, allowing me to see statistics of how my campaigns are doing and what are the rates. I think that email marketing is an important part of a business and MailerLite helps me get to my max potential by implementing easy tools onto my campaigns.
I have noticed that this software can be slow at times and functionality is not as good as I wished it was.
I think that MailerLite has been making it easier o send emails in bulk and still get insights that make sense and are not all over the place. I use it all the time to send out my email campaigns and have an idea of what to improve based on what are the click rates, among other statistics. This software is great for slowly building a professional email list that can be customized based on the type of contact. I really like to use this software in my daily work.
It is easy to use and the price point for the product is resonable.
I really do not have any at this point. The software works really well.
I use it to stay in contact with my customers. Using it generates sales.
How simple, intuitive, yet powerful and robust its platform is. A big great upside is that the support is really great. They respond in a concise, clear, easy to understand way and they provide not only screenshots but also articles that complement what they are talking about and this really helps, guides by the hand to the user that can easily resolve with all this information almost any issue.
Sometimes simple things like saving an email as a template are not in obvious, visible places. It happens the most when creating forms. It is not easy to figure out how to make, for example, a transparent form or which are the most effective ways to customize mainly forms in order to match the company values.
I have sveral campaigns running, for different countries and I have found that is really simple to organize people in groups and it's also really easy to insert my forms in the landing pages I create. Also, been able to have a glance all at once of how my campaigns, suscribers and forms are performing all from the dashboard is really great. In a blink of an eye from the dashboard you can get the big picture of how your MailerLite account is doing without having to dive in every aspect or feature of this tool.
The best part about Mailerlite (ML) is the ease of use. I've tried many other services (both with similar monthly fees or way more) and ML is the easiest to use and their customer service is great. So, if you are confused they will help you out. They also have great videos to help you, as well.
I work with a lot of authors and if they are new to ML the process to get them approved can be a pain but I totally understand why they have that process in place. In the long run I'd rather be slowed down in my process to onboard a client so that they have the security needed in a service. Oh, the one thing I'd love to see is the ability to send emails in chunks and send in the time zone of the person getting the email.
Since I work with so many clients and nearly all of them use ML I love how I can have access to all those accounts in one easy spot. So for me that solves a time management problem. For my clients ML allows them to connect with their readers/customers in a easy and affordable way.
We can quickly create a email to our subscribers and the email looks great!
We have been using it for several months now and I can't think of anything that we dislike.
We save time with our monthly enewsletters by using the built in features of MailerLite. We can copy last month's enewsletter, change the content for the current issue and send it out in a very short amount of time. It also lets us track who opens our emails and give us status of each issue.
