Omnisend integrated easily with WooCommerce with almost no needed expertise beyond basic WordPress knowledge. From there, setting up my signup forms, abandoned cart recovery emails and launching my first campaign was easy. In fact, before I even started my campaign, I had already recovered multiple abandoned carts!

Omnisend is definitely geared towards ecommerce sites. If your website doesn't have a shopping cart or an easy way to track and trace customer leads, Omnisend's tools may not be as useful for you.

We have wanted to jump into email marketing for a while, but most programs have been too simple or could not fully connect to our WooCommerce store. Omnisend was able to integrate within minutes of signing up, and even offered us solutions (like abandoned cart recovery and dynamic discount codes) that were impossible with several of their competitors. Omnisend's automation features and forms also allow us to create segments of our diverse customer base so we can target our campaigns more granularly.

Omnisend is a great email marketing platform because it can provide intensive flexibility and customizations to our specific business model. Omnisend is the leading cloud-based multichannel eCommerce software mainly designed for tiny and medium-sized businesses. We can use this software to style, set up, and manage their stores across multiple sales channels, along with the net, mobile, social media, marketplaces and pop-up retailers. This platform offers an associate degree through an e-Commerce system with the flexibility to tug reports and manage products, promotions, and sales. It can be very economical and the most reliable code for any user.

The main disadvantage of this platform is that this setup and customization method of Omnisend isn't very straightforward because of its most significant drawback. If we don’t have any plan concerning net development, we may realize it is tough to customize. The sole factor I dislike about Omnisend is that we tend not to create shipping rates in different countries. This choice of applications is incredibly restricted compared to additional solutions; however, these are free for many other solutions. Omnisend isn’t as free and open for the developer as other solutions; however, it can permit an outsized scope. This platform won’t be some version of Omnisend that I feel was out of print, and we nearly want one thing for a smaller firm that offers them the community edition that Omnisend doubtless manages.

Being able to segment customers so easily and accurately is a huge bonus. The 'live view' is also really helpful but one of my favorite features is being able to send an automated follow up email to a subscriber who they have viewed a product but didn't add it to their basket. This is like cart abandonement/checkout abandoment with psychic powers.

I am get to find a single downside of Omnisend. It's one of those rare products/services where you can't actually find a single thing that you don't like or don't find helpful.

Omnisend has helped me to solve a number of problems such as converting visitors to subscribers, scribers to customers and customers to super customers. The monetary value that I get from using Omnisend massively outweighs the monthly cost of the service.

What I like best about using Omnisend is it has various systems that you can use to track customers and send out marketing in different formats. What I like best is that you can create a campaign all inside of Omnisend only that will use your Shopify data to create it. There are different parameters and automation that you can put in place and once it is in place it is only a matter of maintenance to make sure things are running fully.

I dislike that there is a bit of a learning curve to get things set up. There is a lot of trial and error to make sure that you are doing things correctly and efficiently. It also seems like a big app that is very powerful but learning all the many things it can do can take some time to get the hang of it.

The problem that Omnisend solves is really taking the reigns on marketing. Although it may take a bit to get the hang of things, the app builders have thought of everything with this. There are so many tools that you can use to maximize your gains and ensure that you are sending quality content on a specialized schedule. I sent out emails that I was able to handle the times and dates and frequencies which puts your mind at ease, especially during the holiday season. You can plan your marketing as detailed as you'd like for it to be.

User interface is grea - customer service is awesome. Migration was pretty simple

The only thing I wish is that with all forms you had a simple "Get Embed Code" function

I signed up to Omnisend as a complete beginner regarding email marketing. I had taken classes but had never gotten around to setting up an email list. Omnisend was easy enough for me to do it effortlessly, especially with their free course and their templates for automation. Segmenting was the part I feared the most; even this was not that hard. Omnisend saves up a lot of time, and stats are also easy to see. The customer service is super reactive and friendly; they are always ready to help or answer any questions.

I think the email templates are not very useful, and their automatic branding is not exact. I'd rather make my own templates. Also, being able to use gradient colors would be awesome, as many businesses nowadays use gradients for their branding (myself included).

Omnisend is perfect for email marketing beginners. They have free resources to teach you the basics and seem always to be improving their product. As a beginner, being able to ask questions is essential, and their team never fails to respond quickly.

I enjoyed using Omnisend. I was about to create automations, SMS texts, and email campaigns. I am confident using this app will increase sales and grow my community.

They said it would take 4 weeks to verify my number which is long. Also not sure what form to upload to get it verified.

How easy it is to create visually pleasing emails - colours, clean layouts. I also love the already set-up templates- a great guide and make the process so much more efficient.

I have used many Shopify apps for email marketing and automation. All apps have been deleted except omnisend.

That would be great if we had suggestions for content templates or email marketing.

I love Omnisend; I can send gorgeous newsletters that convert and target each audience with surgical precision. The automation tool saves me a lot of time and makes money while I focus on something else. I recommend it!

Some steps aren't as intuitive as I have experienced in the past, but I can get through with a little exploration.

The most helpful aspect of Omnisend is their ui/ux, incredibly helpful docs, and super friendly team of customer service agents. The automation is also very easy to setup and start using.

There is not much I dislike about Omnisend. As a startup founder, I find myself completely satisfied with the service. However, their docs, at rare times, are a bit hard to follow.

Omnisend is helping me solve the complex tasks of automating emails to my large user base. I'm more productive, and more effective (Sales🤑) after adopting Omnisend into my stack.

The email templates are simple, they're not too bulky and I can get my point across easily. I like the plain text options to keep it personal from time to time. I like the spinning wheel option for email signups. It's a great way to add a bit of fun to the experience. It was easy for me to transfer from Mailchimp and I find Omnisend a much more user friendly and cost effective option to Mailchimp.

I haven't found anything that we dislike at this point. I've been with Omnisend for a few months now and I have found the support to be good when we've needed it and overall, it's been a good transfer from Mailchimp.

Being a business owner I have a lot on my mind all the time and I can often overlook simple steps to improve my site. I like how when I come to the Omnisend dashboard it will tell me if there is a step I need to take so I don't have to spend time figuring this out for myself. For example it may tell me I need a product abandonment workflow and then it will take me through the steps to create one.

The pricing structure makes more sense than the previous service we were using. As you grow your business and lists, the pricing reflects that. You can start using OmniSend right away without having to pay very much at all, which is an ideal situation.

Some more advanced metrics would be helpful. I'd look to see a full breakdown of how much revenue (percentage wise), is being brought in from each service OmniSend provides (Email, SMS, and Push-Notifications).

Mainly pricing as I said before. We were using another service for years that raised their pricing to levels that were completely unsustainable for us. Also, OmniSend has more helpful customer support which is a big bonus,

I love how userfriendly the system is and how many options it has for creating email campaigns, landing pages and segmenting lists for users! My absolute favourite feature is the dashboard for their Omnisend partners which allows me to manage all my client's Omnisend profiles from one account. Such a great platform for businesses that are new to email marketing or advanced. I'm looking forward to starting SMS campaigns soon thanks to Omnisend!

Omnisend doesn't have some of the fun interaction pieces that other platforms have (at least not yet) so it's hard to drive engagement via emails without polls, quizzes and things like that that we can build into the emails. I hope these are features they will be adding soon!

Omnisend partners profile allows me to manage all my client's Omnisend profiles from one account which is a huge advantage so I don't have to remember usernames and passwords to multiple client accounts.

Its is very easy to use as especially being a first timer. Also they have awesome customer service. Anytime you need help you can call and talk with someone is very personable and knowledgeable about what to do and how.

I honestly don't dislike this at all. this app is a perfect one . Especially if you a beginner in business and marketing. I absolutely love this app . There is nothing you need to change.

It helps with email marketing for you business. It's takes the hard work and makes it super simple and easy. It easily causes me to set a campaign and or use multiple templates

It's easy to use, there's a neat email builder, reports are fairly straightforward to build. They have various options for collecting emails, and you can also use SMS.

Most things are pretty easy to use with the platform, so no major complaints.

It's helping us scale our email marketing department with easy to build emails, and we can quickly send out newsletters to our subscribers. It's helping us drive incremental revenue.
