The ability to customize the event console - really helps with the engagement of customers. I love the excellent reporting system as well. ON24 offers a lot of customization in terms of set-up. It also allows for integrations with other marketing softwares
The old PMXD was a difficult to use. Also, it's not uncommon to have users drop off from PMXD during the time of webinar. The need to complete recordings 2 hours before sim-2-live also stresses me out. It would be great if there's some kind of reminder.
Inability to conduct physical conferences. It allows us to reach out to a gloabl audience.

The ease of this platform is excellent! It is very accessible and straightforward to train others on how its functions and features.
I do wish that parts of the customer's view of the console were accessible to the presenter side of the platform. It would be helpful to see what resources were uploaded/bios/time tracker.
We want to offer a high-value product and experience in a webinar format, and ON24 makes that happen! It has made our internal attendance process much easier to work with than other platforms we have previously used.
This is user friendly and is appealing to the eye in turn making it a nice platform for webinars to be held.

I would love the ability to create practice sessions that are not official events, where we can train our various facilitators. The integration with CRM programs seems to be lacking.
ON24 has allowed us to provide one "home base" for our educational needs by letting attendees download relevant documents, link to our social media platforms. Additionally, we can provide an interactive on-demand experience we did not have before.
It is the most measurable webinar platform I've ever used. The ability for attendees to engage with your webinar after it is live is fantastic as well. Plus, you can match your branding beyond just your logo!

Ease of use. Attendees use the same link to register as they do to attend and view on-demand. ON24 eliminates the barriers to entry that we experienced with other products. Almost every time we run a webinar, we have people reach out and ask if the webinar will be available on-demand. It's so nice to indicate they can use the same link and will receive an on-demand link. The dashboard is also very helpful and one of the things I like best is seeing the engagement level on attendees, live and on-demand views.
If you upload a video in the simu-live format, sometimes it takes a while to upload and test. We also had an incident where we had a video in between live sessions and the video stopped, then started again. This only happened once but was not ideal.
We had a larger barrier to entry with our past webinar hosting platform as attendees were not able to join via mobile and received a unique link to join. With ON24, we are solving the registration to attendee rate. We are also able to air on-demand webinars easily and have increased our attendance because of these features.

The producer side might be a little complicated because every time I had tried to upload a deck, slides are repeated in the producer side, which makes a little bit hard to manage them.
