Gathering an email database for EDM's
1. Product Experience: I have been using Overloop for six months. I went through a comprehensive search to find it. The experience has been excellent. 2. Key Features: There are many features, but the one that I use every day is importing contacts directly from LinkedIn into the CRM and automatically finding their email address. This alone saves me a lot of time.
No one app is going to have all of the features that you are looking for. One drawback is the lack of mobile-ready capability, though this does not affect me as the type of work I do in Overloop is at my desk.
Impact on Business Goals: Overloop has helped me to scale my B2B outreach well beyond what I could accomplish on my own. Ease of Use: Overloop is very easy to set up and use. For instance, you simply log into your Google or Microsoft email account to set up the email. Done! Support and Resources: The support is excellent, right in the chat box. I've also made use of the KB, which is well-written. Comparison with Other Tools: I signed up for and used many other tools, including HubSpot, which I really wanted to use. However, the feature/cost ratio with Overloop is unbeatable. And with an automatic connection to HubSpot, I could use both if I wanted to. Suggestions for Improvement: The product is continually improving, and they are open to suggestions.
It is very effective at getting the business emails I need to contact CEOs and founders! It is so easy to use on linkedin with lots of features. The implementation was quick and easy. I did use customer support and they were very helpful. I use it frequently every day. I also integrated it to my linkedin.
I have not seen a downside other than a few maybe 2% of the time no email is recieved.

Overloop allows me to create an automated sales outbound campaign using LinkedIn and email. Just had to set it up, sit back and watch the leads come in. Also, the Google Chrome extension allows you add contacts from LinkedIn on the spot. No other tool in the market matches the functionalities available!
It can be expensive at the beginning at $99 but the free trial helps you realize its value. Still, totally worth the money. As per improvements, maybe add more custom functionality in the Deals section.
I wanted to create a an automated outbound sales campaign that reached out to potential leads via multiple touchpoints(LinkedIn and Email) while allowing me to customize messaging.
For email searching and cold email campaigns, the simple addon guarantees a quick and dependable experience. The platform is indeed affordable, and using it is simple because to the user-friendly layout.
Overloop has some drawbacks, including a restricted and unimpressive email feature.

Overloop is a user-friendly and fully integrated tool that allows you to : easily build prospect lists by scraping LinkedIn with a Chrome extension, find lead's email addresses and then run multi-channel campaigns by email, LinkedIn and calling. All that in one tool makes it a no-brainer.
I'm just missing the 2-way sync with Pipedrive (it's currently one-way only) but Overloop told me it should come in 2023.
Oveloop is covering the full outbound flow and has fully automated steps for the LinkedIn part. Some other tools have Linkedin steps that you still need to perform manually. Overloop is saving us so much time.
Overloop seamlessly integrated to our flow by helping us get more productive with list building from LinkedIn and with their native Hubspot integration. The chrome extension alone makes our life so much easier.

Overloop is doing stuff we were doing with several tools before (for scrapping linkedin, emailing etc...) We are saving a lot of time (and money) by doing everything from one tool.
Overloop works quite well as a CRM; at my company, we have used it for sales automation and customer prospecting, allowing our sales team to prospect efficiently and in a personalized way. The platform is easy to use, offers a wide range of features and tools that have helped automate repetitive tasks, and significantly improves our productivity and effectiveness in prospecting and customer retention. The technical support the Overloop team provides is excellent. The software integrates excellently with other platforms such as Salesforce and Google Sheets, to optimize data management and sales processes.
The user interface is not intuitive and a bit difficult to navigate. It may not be the most suitable if you are looking for deep integration with other tools; it is a bit more limited in that aspect.
Overloop has benefited our organization in multiple ways; on the one hand, it has allowed us to automate repetitive tasks such as contact searches, sending emails and managing responses, things that have helped save time while efficiency is increased; in addition, we can segment contact lists and personalize messages based on each prospect's data, improving the response rate and effectiveness of our campaigns. Overloop also has good analytics and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance and evaluate prospect data to improve our strategies and increase results.

Overloop is nicely designed and makes it super easy to use on a daily basis. The multi-channel support makes it really relevant to our sales strategy. It also integrate nicely with our toolstack which saves us a lot of time. Adding, the support team is legend!
Not much to say here, many outreaching strategies are covered, so 100% adapted to us!
Finding prospect is easy, but be consistant on the way we are outreaching to them is were Overloop is beneficial to us. We can also use relevant ratio to design our KPIs and measure our ROI.
I love Overloop because it is intuitive, really easy to use, and integrates everything CRM needs to make it easy for sales, marketing teams, and the rest of the organization. I like that through this software; we can keep our customer database updated, create sales campaigns, track emails in seconds, and create and edit workflows, among other things.
Its price is high and becomes unaffordable for small and possibly medium businesses.
We have used it as a CRM tool for our sales, marketing and customer service staff to have updated customer information and be able to be addressed and served in the best way; this has helped strengthen business relationships, raise the quality of care and we had noticed an increase in sales compared to when we did not have Overloop in our possession. It is a very flexible CRM, complete in terms of functionalities, fast and easy to use. Its user interface is excellent; it has everything a CRM needs.
