I process application for an HOA and PandaDoc has been the easiest and most convenient application for us. It really helps speed up the process as we receive applications from several homeowners in our community.
I wish the bulk send feature allowed us to upload more than 10.

The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive.
I wish I could create docs from a template in pandadoc.

We're using pandadoc since last few months. It helped us a lot sing some important docuements of our business digitally. Even we have a track of all document signing activity.
As of now, everything is going well with pandadoc. I haven't found anything to dislike.
Signing Hard Copy & then scan that copy to conevert into soft copy. It's tech savvy & time saving.
Great platform for contracts and sending invoices/quotes, customer service is also quick to respond and answer any questions.
Not much so far, still working on finding a way to record profitability while using CRM products.
Quoting/Invoicing automation
Many things are far superior to my previous paid subscription to Small PDF. Panda Doc saves emails and names, so when you begin typing the person's email, their email and name auto-completes. Small PDF does not have this, so every time you send a doucment out, you must completely type everyone's names/emails in or copy-paste every single line. It is also so much easier to send "reminders" to people that have not signed the document. I also like how you can see who has opened the document but has not signed it. After you size the first signature box, Panda Docs auto-sizes the rest of the signature boxes that you add. With Small PDF, you have to resize the signature every time you invite another signee and frequently e-signatures would be signed extremely large or even sideways. All signatures are uniform with Panda. Probably the biggest advantage is that the documents are not erased after 30 days.
It truly is better than Small PDF in almost every way. The only advantage I see with Small PDF is having the "Merge PDF'" option built into the platform, instead of having to use a 3rd party to merge the signature pages first.
I'm a Special Education teacher that teaches virtually. I have multiple IEP meetings throughout the year that require the team's signatures to stay in federal compliance. Our school district does not pay or compensate us for any e-signature software. Last year, I paid for Small PDF out of my pocket until a colleague of mine introduced me to Panda Docs this school year. I have already held 7 virtual meetings during preplanning and have received all my signatures without any issues.
I like that they are constantly trying to improve and add features, and listen to suggestions made by their customers.
No way to capture credit card information securely and no integration with credit checking company.

My favorite part about PandaDoc is how easy it is to quickly send out documents to clients. The template and automatic field placement feature really make for an incredibly seamless experience. One of favorite things that I like about PandaDoc is the customer feedback we get from using this platform. As someone who uses this platform to obtain client signatures daily, it's one of the biggest reasons our workflow is so highly rated among our clients. We really value providing a white glove service, and a big part of what enables that is the PandaDoc platform and customer service.
I would really like a way to quickly assign placed fields to another signee. For instance, say that I placed fields for one person but I was supposed to assign them to someone else, I would really like for there to be a way to assign all of the placed fields to someone automatically, instead of going and changing each one, one by one.
Pandadoc helps make signing documents for our clients incredibly easy and its super intuitive. We rarely run into issues where client are confused where to sign. Pandadoc is also way easier to navigate than the other electronic document signing platforms. From a client standpoint, it has to be one of the easiest signing experiences out there, it shows the clients that signing is only a few clicks away and makes our jobs way easier.
The best part is multiple people are able to work on the same document and after that the document can be forwarded to another person .
There is nothing that i do not like as of yet
Esigning that is legally binding is very important for working on legal work and pandaddoc helps in this perspective
personally I struggle with learning new databases, I had learnt the whole of PandaDoc in 2 days. it has been so helpful for us, and wouldn't be able to work as quickly as we need to. PandaDoc is the backbone of our company.
There is nothing I dislike about Panda, if I do find anything I think could be improved i will email the team myself personally and make them aware, it has been such a walk in the park even i haven't struggled
i am not sure what problems PandaDoc is solving but i am sure they are doing many throughout the day, we have not had any trouble with our and that's just the way we like it. Very grateful to the whole team for making our lives so much easier

You can sign in documents and many collaborators can also contribute from distance. Each one can use their own time. Signatures are easy to set up. You can use initials, whole signature, date of signing, ticks, texts, and many more features. You can change the text of the document before everyone has signed but then your document must be signed again by all parties
The ability to do unlimited contracts and set up templates!
Need to upgrade to a higher level to have saved sections available to all contracts!

Making proposals easier by the day
Most of the tools by PandaDoc are free to use. And it is very user friendly and most importantly it is very quick. Saving alot of hours. For my business it is a one stop shop for so many tools.
To be honest a person like me loves to criticise different products but pandadoc has proven itself to be one of the remarkable tools which makes it absolutely flawless.
My business requires alot of e-signatures. It helps me perform my activity in minutes along with an authentication certificate. Now i am looking forward to the stripe integration tool.
The platform is really easy to use in creating documents for signature. Likewise, clients have had no problem receiving, signing, and returning documents.
The certificates of authenticity are big and awkward, forming an additional page on orders. I prefer the box of numbers around the signature that you see on docusign.
Using PandaDoc for client signature on retainer contracts makes it easier and faster to obtain client commitments. I can get signatures from clients who do not have computers and printers but only phones.
The easy accessibility is sending documents to be signed.

PandaDoc Templates make such a huge difference for our business. Really helps us be efficient and avoid human errors in complex agreements. Saves us a lot of time in creating new agreements.
A zoom function would be really great while creating or viewing a document. Automations for organizing the completed agreements after being signed would also be amazing. Overall, PandaDoc has a sharp edge over other solutions with all the awesome features it does have.
Reduction of human errors. Saves us time. A lot less copying and pasting with automations and integrations. Increases our accuracy. The fact that our clients can suggest edits so easily is fantastic. Really reduces the back and forth of emails.
PandaDoc has many great features, including connecting it to a payment gateway, electronic signature, and pricing tables.
There isn't much to dislike. That said, it would be great if PandaDoc had an internal graphic maker to add various graphics or icons. There is a Canva integration so that is helpful.
Our business saves a lot of time creating proposals/agreements using PandaDoc. It only takes us a few minutes to add the client's contact info & project deliverables to our PandaDoc templates. We used to create these over and over each time. This is a huge time-saver. We also have our PandaDoc integrated with Stripe so that we can collect deposits when the client signs the agreement.
