What do you like best about Robly?

Robby is affordable and user friendly. It's easy to get into and get and email out in no time! We use it for invites to our monthly events and sending newsletters to our members!

What do you dislike about Robly?

I don't like that I have to convert my excel files to CSV before I can import them but that is really only a minor problem

keeping track of our member and non-member base for outside communications.

"Simple, sophisticated and easy to use"
What do you like best about Robly?

The interface is quick, easy to use, and works exceptionally well without the complexities of other services I have used, either for our own email marketing or on behalf of clients.. All the information I need is presented in clean, usable, easy-to-understand form.

What do you dislike about Robly?

There is not yet the facility to have multiple user logins for a single account. This is the single reason I have not been able to switch some clients to Robly from other services on which I manage their email marketing.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The simplicity and ease of use of Robly makes it very easy to create an email that looks good without being busy or cliche. Automatic resend only to people who have not opened the first send is as valuable as it is easy to set up, which greatly increases the number of responses.

What do you like best about Robly?

Not only has Robly's product been great, their customer service and technical support has been second-to-none. Switching to Robly was virtually seamless. They took care of transferring my existing list, groups and clients, they created and set up the template I wanted and saw that it would be the best thing for the mobile market. My newsletters look great on both desktop and mobile. My clients are happy with the new layout and are able to share on social media, forward to a friend and prospects are able to sign up to my list right from the newsletter or broadcast.

What do you dislike about Robly?

There is nothing that I dislike about Robly. Switching to Robly, I had a pre-conceived notion of the template I wanted (based upon the template I was previously using). Robly helped me see that the old template was obsolete in the world of mobile marketing. I can only say great things about Robly and am looking forward to a long-term working relationship.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to maintain a relationship with my prospects, clients and members in a way that transcends the way we did in the past. I can sign up prospects on my web, broadcasts, social media and just about any other way you can think of. I can upgrade my my prospects into customers, then into clients all from my Robly emails, newsletters, broadcasts or autoresponders. With Robly's autoresponder program, I can create automated broadcasts as easy as set it and forget it.

"Straightforward Program For No Nonsense Email Marketing!"
What do you like best about Robly?

Being able to duplicate and then update email templates allows for a standardized composition. For some emails our company lists the logos of our generous partners and sponsors at the bottom. It is a huge time saver to not have to recreate and reformat that list for every email! Customer support is live and has a quick response to any question. I receive a response from most questions in under 30 minutes, and the customer support will go back and forth with me all day if necessary to make sure that any hiccup is resolved. Tracking the success of our emails, opens and clicks. Brilliant! Unlimited image storage. Priceless! Reasonable cost!!

What do you dislike about Robly?

There have been some inconsistencies with having email blasts stay linked to social media for the Auto-Push features. Some emails will stay linked and Auto-Push to our accounts, and other email campaigns will no longer have the option available. In which case it becomes necessary, and tedious, to reestablish the link with social media each time. I also wish there was a way to caption photos that are within a text module.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to better track the success of our emails with Robly's features, and thus we've seen an increase in our open rates and click rates!

What do you like best about Robly?

Love the custom template that extracts design qualities from our website to make a cohesive branding of our business in the newsletter.

What do you dislike about Robly?

I really can't say I dislike anything about the program which is anyone's power to control.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Switched from Constant Contact to Robly about four months ago and am SO in love. I didn't realize there could be such a discrepancy in technology, capability and design among mass email companies . . . but Robly has far exceeded my expectation. For an art gallery, these aspects are essential in portraying the company as professional, successful and, of course, aesthetically pleasing.

What do you like best about Robly?

The customer service is amazing. Real people answer the phone and have actual solutions. The chat service is fast. It's like they really care about their customers. I'm seriously impressed.

What do you dislike about Robly?

I'd like more flexibility adding photos where I want within templates, I'd like to add fonts, and I would love the option of setting my color palettes so I don't have to enter hex codes for everything - but even so, I'm liking this a lot.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. The email list tools and reports within Robly have been a huge help in cleaning up our lists, dupes and bad addresses. 2. We're adding a sign-up feature on our Web site for newsletter type updates. 3. We've begun to send targeted email newsletters, which were too cumbersome to deal with prior to Robly. 4. It's early days yet, but so far, it appears our unsubscribes are declining. 5. The analytics/reports are giving us a much better handle on how to communicate more effectively.

"Fantastic Results"
What do you like best about Robly?

The initial set-up was quick; the Robly staff was very helpful with any and all questions. The customized template for our eNewsletters was a huge bonus! We have found our open and click through rates to at least double since beginning the Robly subscription earlier this year. Overall, a great choice for our small non-profit!

What do you dislike about Robly?

Sometimes, when I create an email blast, then send the test to myself and co-workers, some of the spacing and colors differ from the template I am working from. So it takes a few test emails to get it all right.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to drive more business toward our Museum Store, as well as promote upcoming events. Our subscribers also enjoy the links to YouTube that we provide. Many of these users do not use Social Media, so they do not see our Facebook and Twitter posts. We are able to reach a broad group of our followers with Robly.

What do you like best about Robly?

Robly made transitioning from Constant Contact very easy and for a good price. They built a template for us and made recommendations for switching up our email content to ensure more readership. We have found it easy to use.

What do you dislike about Robly?

There wasn't a lot of communication about billing in the beginning, but our sales rep cleared that up as soon as we asked.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to increase visibility among our target market and have found email marketing the best way to do that.

The large amount of templates makes it easy to find something that will work for your email blast. They also worked with us and made a custom template that looks like our website.

Not much to dislike they do a great job.

We are a tourism business for a small town and it makes it easy to get the word out to everyone, if it is meetings or events or other information.

"Converted to Robly and won't go back"
What do you like best about Robly?

I like the ease of use, the templates are easy to maneuver and make my own. The unlimited image storaging is fantastic. The extra features like OpenGen have REALLY helped my open rate. We usually see another 10% increase in opens from our OpenGen resends. I like that the program automatically removes bounced and unsubscribed contacts so I'm not being charged for them. Customer support is fantastic and super fast. I usually get an email back within a few hours which never used to happen at Constant Contact.

What do you dislike about Robly?

I wish we could integrate the emails with our wordpress website so we can put the emails up on our blog. Sometimes the emails have a few issues when previewing them. They look fine in the edit function but different in the test and preview function. I wish I could share my templates with other Robly users. I have a few business partners that send emails on my behalf and in Mailchimp I can send them my template and they can send it to all of their contacts.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am reaching a lot more customers and getting a lot more opens on my emails. I can track when users read my emails and know the best times to send them. Emails are easy to create and the process is manageable.

What do you like best about Robly?

Robly is so easy to use and create e-mails. The messages and images are still crisp when e-mails are received in most e-mail hosts. I love the results that I am receiving from using this tool.

What do you dislike about Robly?

I can't really think of anything I dislike with Robly.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company is getting a higher click-through rate and we're enjoying a higher conversion from our e-mails than we did previously with another e-mail marketing company. Thanks!

What do you like best about Robly?

OpenGen is easily my favorite feature. Being able to automatically re-send to recipients that did not open the initial campaign is fantastic! The templates are professional, responsive and easy to customize.

What do you dislike about Robly?

OpenGen can be somewhat frustrating, this feature is a great concept, but I find it doesn't work as effectively as I thought it would. However I will continue to test this feature.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving the company money while increasing our open and click-through rates!

What do you like best about Robly?

Robly is easy to navigate. I've found that editing is easier than our previous email service. Customer service seems to be very good too. And the price is right!

What do you dislike about Robly?

I would like Robly to add survey and events components. I'd like Robly to interface with sumome. I'd like to be able to import directly from an Excel file instead of having to copy and paste it. It would also be nice if you could decide which merge tags automatically appear in the drop-down menu.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the Open-Gen and AI features. The training was also really good, and I think I'm better at writing newsletters because of it.
