I can track all my leads with multiple reports available at my disposal.
It is sometimes slow, but compared to other CRMS, it is decent.
Salesforce helps me by ensuring I can track all my dashboards in one place and this enables me to stay on top of my reports and avoid any lags in resource management.
I can get a huge picture of what my customer does with me and I am able to create well-needed analytics about my customers and their companies

Everything is best and over that. It's one of the best CRM I have ever used from the starting of my career. I can say Salesforce is tailored and designed for all the Sales and Marketing professionals. The dashboard gives all the necessary information which helps us look into the Customer information, lead tracking, Statistics, email campaigns etc...It gives us a timely reminder for all the tasks created and be with us till we close the deal.
There is nothing to dislike as Salesforce is already a Leader in change. It has already reached it's heights and standing on the top position in the world. But there are some cases where it can change by making it a little more mobile friendly as the view and usability is very limited when we use in mobile phones.
Salesforce platform is benefitting me in many ways. Firstly it helps us saving the data and have the records safely on the platform more than entering it in any excel sheet and misplacing it or losing it and start searching for it. It saves time in sorting the data or applying filters in Excel as we have multiple activities and tasks that can be created for every customer and create filter easily and open all the data rather than having multiple Excel sheets for every week or month. It's making our job easier and safeguard us by having our records in place.

SalesForce has all that you would want from a CRM. Excellent repository for information. You can automate many processes through bots and flows. Lightning mode is user-friendly. Very effective in creating dashboards and reports.
Sometimes Lightning Experience takes too much time to load the information. You have to be trained on how to use the platform. The user interface can be better; Sometimes there is too much information, so it can be overwhelming and could be a bit confusing
We integrated SalesForce with ProntoForms; this integration is helping us to Pre-populate mobile forms with up-to-date Salesforce data and Populate the Salesforce field with collected data from ProntoForms. With this, we are saving time creating Service Reports for our customers. As an excellent CRM, we are saving money and time thanks to all features offered to handle projects
Salesforce has so many great things about it. It's easy to use and learn, and I personally love the integrations into different tools that I use.

As an Executive Assistant, I don't use Salesforce for the typical uses that others may. I integrate our survey platform, GetFeedback, with Salesforce and track various metrics in SF. It benefits me by not having to go back and forth between different platforms and just being able to see everything in one convenient place.

Sometimes the "No Code" toolset provided by salesforce can't handle the complex or nuanced requirements. It can handle the majority, but not every single facet. In these instances it helps to have a developer.

As an administrator, I have to use Salesforce Help many times to figure out settings that will allow a team member to access. If you use Salesforce right out of the box, it is pretty easy to manage and report on data.
