I DONT have complaints. A marketing team pushed towards google, but I am happy with you.

I love the number of forms there are for you to choose from and the options available. They notify you every time someone fills out a form. I also love the flexability it gives me with new clients.
There is nothing that I have found that was not helpful. You can contact support, and they have about a 2-hour response time for you. I can not say one bad thing aboutthis plaform. 5 stars.
They are making our company so much more efficient by allow artists to submit to us than for us to have to talk to each one. Thus giving me the freedom to screen them before an actual phone call.
Our team uses Jotform to collect reference letters for our volunteers. Creating the form was easy and I love how Jotform displays the data.

When a volunteer is going through our onboarding process, we email the Jotform link to the volunteer's listed references. They complete the form and I can easily track their responses. Jotform is very helpful to our team.
Jotform is a simple service that has gone above and beyond to add integrations to many, many familiar services and keeps improving their own backend view of form building and results. The prices of paid accounts are reasonable and sales are often advertised. We have a couple of users with their own paid accounts.
the support forums always start a little bit generic with their answers, but sometimes they are very helpful. Through some upgrades of the service we would lose access to certain features or sections of our accounts, but a ticket with support would usually get it "reset" and back to normal. Sometimes the sales team gets pushy about moving to Enterprise, but we did a demo and the advantage is just tieing our several accounts together, for a price that's more than 20x what we're paying.

I manage to register clients in a much simpler way, both for me and for the client.
Jotform gives you the ability to create forms directly from a PDF as well as creating web based forms from scratch. Our team required the outcome form to be a specific format and Jotform allows you to do just that! We were also using a custom built form for our mission trips (we had to have docusign and medical form attachment). There weren't any off the shelf form builders that had this when we created this, but we have since moved all of our forms over to Jotform now that they have all of those features. The best part is that the user interface to create the form is so extremely easy to use.
With our organization, I haven't found anything that I don't like yet. We're still finding out about the product as a whole so perhaps in the next year we will.
Jotform is giving us an integrated form that we can embed right onto our website. Previously we were using a link to an external form, but we are now able to retain those website visitors.
It is simple to use. Im not a techy guy but i didnt have any issues setting up different order forms.
the only downside is the link takes the customer to the jtoform website instead of our own bussiness website.
