The ease of use, good communication features, the external integrations, the general application vibe

There is nothing I can think of about Slack that I don't like

Slack allows immediate communication between the company users. It provides transparency about my co-workers and their association with the company. With it's channels and grouping features, it allows to organize based on any category as per the users needs. I particularly like the threads feature as it allows to have a continuous conversation around one topic while having another in the main chat without any confusion. The application also has fun elements by adding emojis and reactions and gif integrations and theme customizations. The integrations between multiple external applications allows to keep track on a lot of things under one umbrella.

That you can easily stay connected to co-workers and friends remotely

I can't think of anything I don't like; I have not had any issues yet.

To be able to stay connected when we are still working remote, and to stay in contact with folks who live in different states. I like how you can make private channels as well for smaller groups.

The best part is its easy to understand for anybody. It can be used or integrated with multiple application whic helps to make our service best. Team communication is very fast.

I did't find anything to be disliked in slack its the best app can be used for business.

As its instant business messanger we connect with our team to make work done and keep updated. Its one of best part that I like is the bot the slack bot help us a lot and it can integrate with many application and this help us alot like giving alert in channel.

Personally, the main reason for using Slack daily is that it keeps work related messages in a specific app that I can simply turn off when I'm not working. Thanks to its integrations, I can also automate the workflow and get notified of important events: receiving a new order, an email from a client, the due date for a project/task on Monday, etc. It truly does what it promises: it is a productivity platform.

Sometimes it is difficult to get team members to use Slack if they do not need the automations mostly because they wrongly go for the messaging apps. However, in the long terms, I guess most of them understand the benefits and the easy of use/implementation!

Too tired of mixing personal and business messages in the same app. Slack helps me to keep work related messages in a specific place that I can simply turn off when I'm not working.

I have an experience of using slack for more than 2 years in two different companies,therefore I love how easy and comprehensive it is. It gives me the possibility to communicate directly with the colleagues, creating different channels accordingly to discuss the specific topics. With that reason you cannot miss any of the chat/message in the thread. Being a Team Leader, It is extremely easy to integrate with the team members and discuss and make announcements to them in a proper way. Basically, we use Slack frequently, every day. The possibility to record voices, listen to the recording in different regimes and have calls if necessary is an advantage that many platforms do not have. Moreover, I always change statuses and can pause the notifications if needed, not to be disturbed.

Sometimes there are technical glitches and the notifications might not be visible for severa hours. However it appears after some period of time.

As a employee of an international company the communication problem is higlhy solved as I can have a direct dialogue with the colleagues not being afraid of the lack of communication with them. They always receive my notifications and are aware of all the announcements made by each other.

It's the best app for communication within teams or agencies. It is simple and has all the integrations required for a business to operate. We use Slack on a daily basis

Nothing much, we have been using slack for more than 3-4 years now.

Slack is our backbone for communication. If we had to do stuff without getting on a call, the chats are always through Slack. If there is a need for any more assistance, we use the huddle option to get on a call. The integrations with Google Workspace are notable and are used every day. The mobile app is also convenient. The days of communication via email is over now.

Every day, we rely on this tool to work together with our team, sharing information about tasks, stories, and project details, as well as communicating in a formal or informal manner. I love how easy it is to use. Not only is it easy, but there is a lot of ways to make it fun. (gifs, hashtags, and various channels) It allows for a lot of customization. Great for communiation!

I love slack, I have never had such an easy communication channel. It is so easy to find things in the seach. I can not think of one thing sorry!

It allows my business to do inpromptu business calls which is so nice that it quickly notifies the other caller, and shows your if they are online, sick, on vacation, etc. I love that it allows you to have personal channels, team channels, and company wide channels. It makes it easy to seperate the communication. I also love the serach feature. It makes it very easy for me to find purchase orders in my job!

Slack has many features that many people should like, it's collaborative features make work easier for us. Like sending draft messages and video recording with threads are good features. It is really easy to use and it's UI is also great. On pro plans we can integrate it with other apps too.

I don't dislike anything about Slack. It's doing well for almost everyone. I think should improve it's huddle features, like Google Meet looks better than huddle regarding live video rendering with internet speed.

For my small startup I am using Slack to do collaboration with my mate. It helps me to do it in a right way with instant messaging, message drafts, video messages and live huddles.

Slack is very easy to use - it is intuitive for everybody, whether the user is technically skilled or somebody not adapted to using software or computers at all.

It is hard to dislike any of the features present, however there could be some additional functionalities implemented to make Slack even better.

Slack is a very comfortable application, which allows the whole office to communicate quickly and easily. I cannot think of anything negative about Slack. It is a great tool for making office communication easier and more comfortable for co-workers. I can only say the pricing, which can be a bit too expensive for some.

Being able to chat instantly to co-workers who are working in separate offices, rooms or even countries is a game-changer. Also, Slack lets you create different channels, meaning information is not lost and you do not have to scroll infinitely through unnecessary messages. It is a very comfortable tool for office work.

Working using this application is really easy for me and for my colleagues. I recommend it to everyone who owns business and wants to have a nice place to communicate.

The price is a little bit for the pro version.
