I really like how easy it is to request time off and approve it. It shows me all the upcoming holidays and upcoming requested time off, so it gives great visibility on the near future scenario
It doesn't send automatic notifications for unapproved time off, which makes the process of reminding your approver to do so very manual.

What I like the most about Zoho people is, its user-friendly UI is very attractive all the employee records are very sorted I can easily check all my records like my salary slip for all months of the year, company employee list and holiday calendar, etc
It is a very good tool for the organization to maintain human resources, overall it is fantastic and nothing to dislike
Its been a month my organization migrate to Zoho from another platform, So it is very helpful for HR to organize and maintain records of employees on a central platform so they can easily track the records of any employee, Like employee performance attendance management, leave and holiday management, salary update etc
It is user-friendly, the user interface is good and very easy to use. The mobile application is great and easy to use. We have multiple sub-apps integrated to the same (Zoho Cases, Zoho Performance, etc)
Performance is little complex rest Zoho people. Rest I feel the tool has great UI and UX and is easy to use.
We did not have a system in place for keeping track of timesheets. We tried multiple tools for the same and it worked out for us. Had all the required integrations like biometric, cases, performance management, leave tracking, time tracking and reembersments.
Zoho People is a fantastic tool with attractive user interface. It syncs easily with Zoho products and can integrate with other external softwares too. Also, we canmanage all the information and details related to emplyees and announcements for the organization. We can publish any sort of information here and can take details directly from employees usig this tool.
It does not work well if you do not have a stable internet connection. We cannot operate over it if we are offline. Also, sometimes it takes a lot of time to connect with my clients and shows re-connecting several times. I think the Zoho team will improve these faults soon.
The HR Manager in our organization uses this, and we are users of this tool. It helps to update our information on our own. Zoho People has information related to our attendance, our performance, salary details, all other policies about the company. Data updates over the portal, and there is the option of taking consent of reading and receiving the information and submitting it over the portal.
Currently, I have been using this product for around three years as an HR payroll portal and to mark attendance leaves, etc.; it gives high security like multi-factor authentication and more options to explore.
The main drawback is of Zoho people is the developers should fix the crashing bugs on the android app, and the GUI is not fully loading, and some leave trackers are not correctly updated.
The main highlights are attendance tracker, smooth appraisal, and no due process, and everything can be virtually done without the physical presence of HR. The mailbox, which is to raise support requests is pretty helpful.

Zoho People is a great tool that we use to manage all of our employee's data. Zoho People is an excellent solution for Human Resource needs and has served us well in our healthcare business. We have a lot of employees, so having the ability to track their data in one location is extremely helpful.
When first using Zoho People, there was a bit of a learning curve to overcome. As a company, we had not used anything like it, so learning the different systems was challenging, but it was worth the time spent. Zoho People has various functions, which meant as a team, we had to figure out what best worked for our company.
We can solve so many problems with Zoho People! Our HR team can better track employee timesheets, time off and attendance, and more. The interactive form builder allows us to create different forms that meet our needs and help our HR team. We don't currently use the payroll feature but are looking to add that for even more ease!
I'm using Zoho People since 2017, and these are my highlights: - it covers nearly everything we need at our organization like leave tracker, time attendance, employee profiles, organization tree, and many reports. - Attendance module gives control over geo location and public IP limitation or you can keep it open to stamp from anywhere. - it's a flexible system; you can control modules visibility so users shuould use the acual modules and feilds that they have the right to see and use. - you can creat as much as you want user profiles with no user rights in addition to the number of user licenses. - users have the right to reset their password with interrupting the system admin. - work flow with customization on the user level and admin level, which give you the ability to create you own criteria of leave approvals with multi levels and nested conditions. - its compatible with all countries based on their roles but with some limitations. - forms are fully cutomisable with the abitlity to create your own and to automate it. - system builtin reports and rich and comprehensive with many filters. - moving from a year to another is just a piece of cake with roll-over controls on every leave type. - Scalable system, allows integration with other zoho systems to have complete ERP system. - The mobile application is very reliable. -The newly added Office Readiness Module is a good addition to the system that meets the needs of COVID-19.

The app's look and feel design and interface are my favorites, and it's colorful and fun to use. The logging mechanism is simple to use and reads in a timely manner. It's simple to log in, and it's also linked to Zoho. By simply picking what we are doing and hitting start, we can keep track of all of our activities. You can use Zoho People to ensure that you don't assign the same employee number to several employees. I like being able to manage company-wide announcements, such as new employees in various areas and birthdays. Employee data such as personal information, remuneration and benefits, performance management, learning courses, and exit details can all be uploaded. perhaps one of the most useful features of this platform is the ability to import and export data. All employees' personal information is updated and edited.
As a disadvantage, in order to connect and operate this software properly, it requires a stable Internet connection. Sending communications fast is not always possible. It won't cure your difficulties right soon, but it's OK overall; I'm hoping the software's developers will improve it in the future.
The most significant and useful feature of this application is the time tracking feature. I can also quickly manage my permission structure with that. We also utilize Zoho personas to manage other elements of staff management, such as onboarding and offboarding.
I like best the look design and interface of the app, and it is colorful and exciting to use. I can get all the contact information of my colleagues and contact them. The use of the clocking-in feature is straightforward and reads accordingly. I applied for leave using the app, and the request went directly to my line manager and then to HR for approval. Tracking performance progress is possible on Zoho people. It connects HR directly to staff members.
I have used Zoho People for a year now, and it continues to deliver as expected regularly. There is nothing that I dislike about the product.
Workforce management problems are being solved with Zoho people. Policy update and information dissemination are made more accessible and more efficient.' Performance appraisal is being done using the app.

For Zoho People, the support team takes some time to revert you back and it is not very quick to revert back with the queries.

My entire office and I use zoho people to check in and check out every day. It's simple to log in and is also connected to the zoho CRM. We can keep track or all our activities just by selecting what we are doing and clicking start. The hours are calculated accurately. I also get e-mail reminders on a regular basis to log in and logout which is quite useful. We also manage our leaves on Zoho People. I can see how many leaves I have left in the year and apply for them when needed on the tool itself. We also get notifications for Birthdays of colleagues.
Zoho people takes a lot of time to login which can test your patience at times. There is nothing much I dislike apart from what I mentioned.
