I am using it for my official communication and it is much better compared to other applications and I recommend it to others as well ,,even the mobile application is good for easy connectivity

I like it because it is a feasible moment to start a process of social interaction between customers and internal users of the brand. It has a deployment and success where mistakes do not exist. The support is excellent and has a lot of fluidity at the time of starting a conversation with the experts.

The software has no complications when using it, we have been in full communication with all customers and so far I have not had any kind of error.

BlueJeans Meetings is a simple and efficient software for video conferencing and professional exchange, it allows a large team to be brought together online without any interruption or communication problem, it also allows you to record the entire conference and send it to participants via email, a conference and easy to create it generates a link to send to the participants on several communication channels, the participant just needs to click on the URL to join the conference, he can easily share his camera also he can share his screen give the control for another user. BlueJeans meetings it has a performance problem as soon as more than 100 users join the meeting, we encounter a problem with the connection, latencies, and shifting exchanges, I hear from my experience here it's a known problem but it's a problem that I met with my team. Also, there is a security problem that the URL is shared with everyone and anyone can join the meeting with the name they want, there is no user identification to know who is really connecting either via an authentication or verification system by a code or an email

Unfortunately BlueJeans does not have a free version that would be very useful for companies with few resources, however, if they have a trial version that has all the features of the premium version.

With the current pandemic produced by COVID-19, we found ourselves in the need to implement a videoconferencing tool to be able to carry out virtual meetings with colleagues who are in other countries and and have not been able to return to the country, due to restrictions imposed at borders. I like how easy it is to setup and invite others to the conference. It is also very easy to share screens and talk to the other person as well. The interface is very clean and have a lot of good options in the chat box.

It is unlikely that anyone has not used BlueJeans at some point, and that is precisely what I like, that everyone is familiar with working with this software. It's simple and meetings can be scheduled quickly. It also integrates very well with Outlook, for scheduling meetings. Another important feature is the recording capacity that BlueJeans has, which allows us to see the recordings of the meetings carried out at any time.

I have no real dislikes with BlueJeans thus far. It is actually my tool for conducting virtual meetings because of its simplicity and the ability to schedule meetings through email.

The only thing that I have disliked is not having found this tool before, there is nothing negative to highlight, it has worked well for us to hold meetings and collaborate.
