The sound and video quality has been some of the best of the platforms that we tested before adopting Blue Jeans.

There are some larger organizations that haven't allowed their users to access Blue Jeans yet, but we've only encountered a couple so far.

We use Blue Jeans for our Sales calls, customer demonstrations, and Support troubleshooting sessions. We have already saved quite a lot of money over our last solution because all of the phone access is included in our bundle.

It provides very good quality video calls. Screen share feature is very helpful. Black board feature is awesome. Allows joining meeting from phone as well. It allows recording a meeting. When some one is not able to join a meeting he can go through recorded meeting when he has time.

Sometimes trouble in joining call by clicking on invitation link. Sometimes invitation link does not work. There are few cases where the shared meeting invite link did not work and then we had to communicate on messages to generate new meeting invite. There is some lag observed when I am accessing someone else's machine via bluejeans.

Everyone from my team works from home and we use bluejeans to conduct meetings. BlueJeans has helped us to conduct virtual meeting in better way. It allows sharing screen which helps in present ideas easily. We can record the meetings if someone is not able to join meeting and he can go through recorded meeting.

frequent disconnection of the software and it will be very disappointment and its not again connecting and the software sometimes fails in low bandwidth so its tough for someone who will use low bandwidth. This is the only issue they can overcome during the trail and run case.sometimes im facing error while connecting the mobile and tough for not connecting to the meeting at the correct time and this need to be improved ,

main thing is screen sharing and it is at the best and no way any one can beat this technology and it is at the best. i think it is the best compare to the leading software's like teams,zoom,skype etc...so keep the software up to date and include all the latest technology and make buy friendly to use

I like that BlueJeans is more secure and I never have any issues with connection & speed. Also, I really like that I can customize the meeting URL or meeting ID, and I can integrate it with my calendar.

I do not like how BlueJeans does not let me move the meeting controls when sharing my screen. It's always at the top and gets in the way of my browser tabs. I would like to be able to move the meeting controls to the bottom of my screen to make it easier to switch tabs and close them. I actually have to make my screen smaller to move browser windows under the controls.

It allows me to meet with clients remotely and the connection is always fast compared to other virtual meeting software. The biggest problem we had with Zoom meetings is it's reliability, it was often slow with voice/video delays; but we don't have that problem with BlueJeans.

I love that bluejeans is so easy to use. almost any one can use it with no issues at all. Makes working from home easy when you can quickly jump in a meeting and share your screen with a supervisor to get assistance when using a new system or having a system error!

some times it is a bit slow, but it's not really that big of a deal in my opinion.

I am able to solve system issues with BlueJeans by being able to share my screen with people that know how to fix it. Makes it so much easier having someone see the same screen that I'm looking at instead of trying to explain something horrible and get frustrated.

There was a noted lack of support, at least as a main user. We had a large organization and getting fixes was a waiting game. Also the meetings had a limited capacity.

I can talk to coworkers all over the world, I can see their faces to see if they understand or if they disagree and we can chat as if we were in the same room.

Nothing, really. The only thing that I might not like is that I can't see everybody's face when I'm sharing my screen. Also, sometimes, when other apps are running, the quality of the image and audio is poor. It does not fix the problem automatically like Microsoft Teams does, it just kick me out instead of reconnecting automatically.

We are able to save time and money by meeting online every other week, letting coworkers share best practices and make decisions to improve efficiency.

Remote working is very easy with BJ. Teams can collaborate very well. I use it for my standups , reviews , retrospectives.

It is really great tool to connect and organize meetings within or outside the organization. it has great host controls, participant controls and allows multiple people to be invited. It also allows features like screen sharing, record meeting on cloud or on system and dial in from phone or computer. It has a great intuitive mobile application and has allowed people to easily take calls from mobile itself. It is easy to login to application and does not require a lot of memory of the system. It integrates well with other applications like Cisco jabber, Microsoft outlook and Microsoft office.

It's group chat features is not that great and messages on various devices come with a lag due to which there is a delay in replying. It also requires regular updates due to which one has to stop work and let this app get updated. It has some missing features like live emojis, status updates. it also doesn't have functionality to set passwords for the meetings but sets it automatically for every meeting.

Web application could have been better as the opposite person struggles to download the app sometimes.

I can connect to conduct meetings in an excellent and clear way, without any interruption. It works very well for me and the team, allowing us to keep in touch at all times and even more so when we are in pandemic time.
