I am extremely impressed by BlueJeans. BlueJeans enables me to establish connections with co-workers from various locations in a matter of seconds. Its user-friendly interface and robust audio/video streaming technology ensure that my meetings remain productive, even when multiple attendees are speaking at the same time.

One of the awesome App, user friendly, and helps for the major team meetings, we can use whiteboard and share screen with the team for any presentation. with the new feature, we can now blur our background, we can keep the background theme as per our convenience, also have an option to add other picture whichever we want to keep it as. basically virtual background option helps us to find the obstacles / anything which is disturbing, we also have an option to live chat with our teammates, private chat with, our teammates. it is easy to use and navigate, also we can switch user very easily and create live events for our team. Thanks to BJ for this awesome update. One of the safe and secured app.

Earlier there were many issues related to app like stuck, network issues we had to switch to low bandwidth mode. also sometimes were unable to connect to meetings. also, there were issues with connecting and synchronizing with our calendar, sometimes app use to get log-out automatically and was unable to sign in again, some small-small issues were there while accessing the app or web application, also there were similar changes with mobile application as well but now, these problems are resolved.

Team meetings, discussion on major reporting, virtual team meet, also some fun activity over-sharing screen.

The blue jeans audio is very good quality 4k Dolby is just amazing. The voice of all participants and mine too clear and easy to drive any conference very smoothly

Nothing so far but I believe the taking screen access and screen recording option should available for all the participants on call. It helps to reduce time and not to rely on moderator.

Upgrade the moderator version and it came out with new set of the this app where no one needs to wait for moderator to start the meeting which is very good and helpful.

I liked several aspects, the tool brings a very pleasant experience in its use because it is simple and efficient. The interface is intuitive and access to resources takes place in just a few steps, making use very practical. Another important factor is the quality of the audio and video calls, in addition to the possibility of recording and sharing the meeting established through the tool, allowing the content to be reviewed or shared with people who were not present in the original call.

The price is a little high compared to many options on the market. I have no other negative points to report, so far the tool is satisfactorily meeting my usage needs.

Overall its easily accessible and have application for mobile and computers, on top of it the quality of audio and video is great, providing security through encryption making communication more secure and maintaining integrity for communication.

There are many bugs which vary from device to device and needs to be solved and sorted for better and improved experience also several times calls gets dropped with weaker and unstable internet, there is huge scope for improvement.

With Bluejeans Meetings we were able to schedule and host meetings online maintaining encryption resulting in integrity for communication also providing more control to meetings with all the feature pack included and control at the same time.

Meeting security is one of the top areas where Bluejeans meeting greatly exists and this is why I prefer it over any other substitute. Bluejeans uses encryption to prevent third parties from eavesdropping on our conversation , there is also the locked meeting feature , moderator controls and required pass codes without which a participant cannot join an on-going meeting.

Whenever I receive a phone call , in the middle of an on-going video meeting, I dislike that Bluejeans automatically puts me on speaker after the end of the call. This is by far my only annoyance with the Bluejeans video calling platform.

Bluejeans has assisted my organization to break the distance barrier that exists between employees of our different branches, spread across multiple cities. As a result of using Bluejeans, communication and collaboration takes place seamlessly between employees without any hitch, not minding the distance that exists between us.

There are some features that I like about it most are listed below- 1.firefox compatible. 2.calendar Integration. 3. Meeting Chats and events collaboration. 4. Mobile view Support. 5. It is also available for OS X

The web version of bluejeans is good so good. it was not as much as better than its OS and mobile platform support. It has quota limits for video conference connections . hangs frequently on low bandwidth speed. little more resources are required. Otherwise all are 👍

As a salesforce developer, I have to install different salesforce applications and software for the customer and clients of my projects, and for which sometimes I have to take 2 -3 clients conference together, and this helps me a lot. I also use it to share important documents with clients.

it was so easy to use and clean, i did not find any difficulty; the video was clear, and the sound was synchronized with the image. it was not heavy in terms of recharging

it was so simple and clear that i felt it is minimalist. i did not find attractive features to customize my experience during the interview . i suggest a feature to hide the background during the interview

bluejeans made online interviews easier to use . Some online conference platforms are internet greedy, though my poor internet connection i did not find issues using this platform

You can access it from a mobile app or website if you are in a hurry. No need to install it on pc. It provides other excellent features like recording meetings, sharing screens, chats, raising hands etc. It supports all OS platforms. Cost-effective and affordable than other service providers.

We have been using it for more than five years and are happy with it, so there is nothing to dislike from our side.

It is simple and very fast to implement and set up. The dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly thus making it easy to learn and understand.

The one thing which I like the best is that it has a Dolby immersive audio experience and one of the best videos on virtual meeting platforms. It also has a fantastic noise reduction feature which helps when you have some people around, it becomes beneficial to accept calls in public too.

To be honest, there is nothing that I dislike as of now. I had a fantastic experience with BlueJeans as of now.

It is the simplest and most intuitive UX/UI to use right out of the box for the virtual conferencing apps I have ever used. Good additional features with recording sessions and audio. I use android devices sometimes and the app works surprisingly well for mobile devices.

One thing I dislike is that occasionally there is a slight audio dip but other than that it's been great, and works well with Wifi, I use it for 2-hour meetings three to four times a week. It works well.

I would highly recommend Bluejeans to anyone as it has helped me to have virtual meetings with a very user-friendly interface. Face-to-face interaction with my relationship executives is working in a great way because of good sound and video quality. If connected to wifi you will have a good experience with a clear picture and audio.
