Bullhorn provides a single database to maintain all candidates from various backgrounds and industries.
I wish there was a way to filter candidates based on amount of experience.
Bullhorn provides a great way to build a database of candidates to facilitate simple sourcing.
Very easy to use, easy to customize as well based on needs.
Sometimes it feels like there are too many ways to do the same thing.
Collect profiles of candidates in a go to database.
Bullhorn is extremely user friendly. I like how you can pin multiple tabs on the side and go back to them easily.
I have honestly used multiple applicant tracking systems, but bullhorn is by far my favorite. I can’t really think of anything I would like to change.
Bullhorn provides my company with an easy way to manage thousands of candidates
The clean design, easy edit functions of candidate portals, and integration with contracting. You can also sync with your outlook calendar to assign appointments and tasks which is super helpful.
It takes some times for posted appointments to refresh. Most of the time this is when appointments are posted for the same day or in a certain frame of time.
Recruiting candidate management. Workflow management for recruiting. Tasks/Calendar invites for multiple people regarding a single candidate.
I think the best part of Bullhorn CRM is the clean and easy to use interface.
Would like to see global search for all things on Bullhorn.
I use Bullhorn to track sales leads and contacts for staffing & recruiting company.
- it streamlines everything creating efficiency - reports feature allows you to compare your performance to others - mass emailing - tearsheets
I feel that the candidate search feature sometimes misses keywords in my boolean or does not spit out the best results
Personally it has improved my workflow substantially especially since i came from a shop that had no tracking system and relied solely on emailing the submissions to account managers which obviously created a logistical nightmare resulting in employee disengagement, lower moral and infighting. Bullhorn took care of this because it has everything a shop needs to keep track of who is submitting to whom, which candidates are owned, who reached out first, who submitted when, what rate, etc... it really encapsulates all the features a recruiter needs to succeed versus internal and external competition.
The accessibility and ease of navigation. Being able to do multiple things at once is awesome and very helpful on the recruiting end. It saves time, and saving time saves money
It can be interrupted a lot. Not sure because of the updates constantly happening or what. Also, the mobile application lags sometimes.
Tracking my candidates, running my reports and searching for new leads. Those benefits have helped me become more organized, make more placements and make more money ! Thank you BH !
I enjoy the ease of use for searching candidates.
I do not like the setup on how you can track a candidate. Way too many steps.
The ability to search and save candidates and resumes.
I love how user friendly this software is and the fact that there are minimal errors
I do not really have any dislikes so far in the 2 years I have used it
use it to keep a database of candidates
Bullhorn helps us find candidates we have used in the past as well as new candidates in certain areas.
I cannot think of anything I dislike at this time.
We are using it to keep track of our candidates with their information, also emailing them for jobs. We keep track of our jobs, placements and submissions with Bullhorn.
Support team, flexibility, integration with other products and software, easily customizable
The user interface of the back office product.
candidate/applicant management, on-boarding paperwork, sales crm
Bullhorn is consistently making strides - I like using a product that does not settle. I really like the simplicity of creating a Task List and creating Tear Sheets. I use the Task List as a daily calendar of activities to be completed. I can easily refer to the Tear Sheets when recruiting for specific positions. I also like that it is web based and can be accessed from my phone when I am out of the office. The dashboards are especially useful as well.
Bullhorn is a great tool. My only dislike is the way that recipients see an email when it is sent as a mass email. I believe it comes from a Bullhorn address, rather than own email.
Keeping activities for a variety of marketing and recruiting tasks. Staying organized is easy with Bullhorn. The benefit of greater organization is more efficiency. Also - managing the work flow of projects is especially beneficial. It solves the problem of team members knowing where where things are in the midst of a project. The dashboards also provide help to managing personal and team performance.
Bullhorn allows for the automation of several key recruiting processes. The tools within the ATS allow recruiters to maintain great relationships with their candidates easily and effectively.
The reporting tools are rigid. If you want any customization for your reporting it's going to cost you design and hosting fees on top of your Bullhorn licenses.
Candidate relationship management, sourcing, back-office support, timesheets are all managed through Bullhorn for our firm. The automation has allowed us to minimize the time.
You can easily incorporate Bullhorn into your every day work life for organization- whether it be to personally collect and sort candidates, or have a platform to track a job. You don't have to be very technical either, since it is easy to use. I personally like the tearsheet function for collecting candidates in one spot!
I disklike that the tabs can't be opened in individual windows. Even though you can have multiple tabs open in the single Bullhorn tab, I think visually I like it better when there can be multiple windows tabs. There was an error with parsing resumes directly from an email, but find that whenever there is an error they seems to fix it quickly and efficiently.
I think it keeps everyone organized and on-track to placing candidates when used daily.
Organization is key. All of your contacts and companies are saved in customizable "favorites." Call lists can be easily created using the handy "tearsheet" feature too.
We use it in a sales capacity along with our recruiters. It is limited for sales professionals because Bullhorn CRM is the sales counterpart, so having to use staffing and recruiting software does compare to jamming a square peg on a round hole at times.
Bullhorn solves the problem of forgetting past candidates that may fit a future job. Storing candidates files allows you to search key words when a new job needs to be filled, and a previous candidate that didn't get hired for a previous job might fit the bill, and bullhorn makes them readily accessible using a quick keyword search
I like that it has the ability to keep your contacts and leads information securely and has an unlimited amount of database capability.
It can be difficult to track sourcing correctly since a lot of time it has to be manually entered. Integrations with other programs takes a little while.
We are using this system to keep all of our leads, contracts, assignments, etc streamlined and the benefits of having it is everyone can log in at anytime throughout the company to pull information.
What I like best about Bullhorn is you are able to search for past candidates you have worked with. The program stores their contact info for easy access in the future. I also like you can also search for candidates using Boolean searches, their phone numbers and/or emails.
The only issues I have had with Bullhorn are more user error. You can search for candidates via email and if you have a space in the front of their email address it sometimes will not be able to locate the candidate.
We are able to located strong tech talent for our clients within the database. We work with many candidates on a daily basis and some can get lost. Bullhorn makes it easy to track past candidates you have worked with.
Bullhorn allows a simple access to all sent and candidate profiles makes my job effortless.
Pulling data to sync could be more efficient.
Matching top tier talent wit our clients; I've made lots of placements using bullhorn.
I like how easy it is as a tool to use within the work place. Using it as an ATS has been both efficient and worthwhile long-term due to it's ability to track information and candidates. What this tool also does is track ownership within the tool and date and time stamps on emails sent from work addresses. This makes it easy to go back into the tool to find information from way back when.
Sometimes, the tool is delayed and will not load. I will have to restart it which is inconvenient when you are in the middle of adding a candidate or job to the tool. For example, when I am adding a candidate, it will not load as quickly as it should.
The business problems we are solving would be to have a unified system to input data. Our organization has offices around the world including India and around the US and so having one system for everything is most helpful and conducive.
The seamless integration with Salesforce workflows, responsive customer support, and ability to customize.
I wish that questions sets integrated with reports in a more functional manner. Because of this, we rarely use them.
We were trying to increase the ability for our recruiters to collaborate. Chatter has allowed seamless communication and sharing of insights about candidates. Leveraging Ebsta keeps our full history with a candidate in the contact record.
