The huge amount of analytics that I am able to see on the back of every feature I use. Hubspot has totally changed the game for our team.
I previously disliked the difficulty I faced with workflows. Essentially our company requires two different contacts - all of our data about student's is held within the students contact, and not the parents. This is on us of course, but it has meant we have had to find many workarounds as time has gone on. I have also found that multiple times I have looked for a call back, and have seen that there's some form of national holiday in America. It would be great if you could have more agents available for calls in the UK.
Hubspot Service Hub has helped us many times, very promptly and with a real sense of genuine enthusiasm to help. Just wish you were more available for calls.

Hubspot is a friendly user and we've benefit a lot in communicating with the customer, vendors and third-party.
I like the boards/cards that you can use for tickets.
I dislike that the email signature is not included in the Conversations/email tab.

I wish there was a Checklist Function to keep track of individual and templated items on each client
It helps us connect with 2nd Chance Employers and with Job Seekers who have criminal records. We do 2nd Chance Hiring, so being able to connect with both is vital
HubSpot Service Hub allows me and my team to cut down on the time it takes us to do repeating tasks and allows us to be a more efficient operation overall.
I have no qualms or issues with HubSpot Service Hub.

I think we could have more accessibility to create reports, our engagement report from our clients, that def will help us to improve our service and help them more aquarately.
As I said before the communication souce, it helps a lot and is time saving when talking about communication between organizations , also on email marketing to have the clue and impact it had in our customers.

Using Hubspot can help you provide your clients with the best possible service. There are many elements that will simplify the business process. You can communicate with the customer through real-time chat and emails. Additionally, it offers the most striking reports that are not unpleasant to look at.
Not really dislike but a simple suggestion. I wish there was a way to know if someone else is already working on a specific ticket such as a little identifier. This will ensure that no one will work on the same ticket at the same time as this could be time-consuming.
HubSpot features a user-friendly interface. It's easy to see all the emails from the guests and it's easy to reply to. You can create templates as well for your common concerns for easy transactions.
It is extremely easy to track, create and account for tickets on the website. Networking and talking to external contacts, along with task management. Driving efficency.
Sometimes there are issues fetching emails between clients and yourself.

The layout is dynamic and very user-friendly. The multiple inbox layout and the notifications as well as the dynamic capabilities with other apps are both useful and impressive.
I do kind of wish it wasn't so glitchy all the time. Sometimes it freezes or certain buttons will disappear and i will have to refresh the page. This can be frustrating if I already wrote out an email.
I solve customer issues, and inquiries, and respond to comments. This provides a better guest experience for our attendees and allows for our company to have active and flowing communication with the public.
