The forms are what I use the most. It allowed us to implement an application process for our company directly through our website due to the iframe capability that it had.
I did not like how on the forms you are unable to change the type of question from short answer to long answer. The data is still text so this should be possible. Also, pagination would be ideal on forms as well.
There was a domain issue that was preventing us from using Google Forms as a team with university emails. We no longer have that issue with Monday.com and its software.
It is very similar to JIRA. The monday.com tries to keep things simple and elegant. It makes it extremely easy to manage daily tasks at our organization. Also the notification system is super useful to be on track with updates and also get things done more efficiently. It is very versatile, real-time and a game changer project management tool.
There should have been an ability to rearrange the task tabs so that we could arrange it based on priority. Also, creating subtasks would be a great feature to have.
My client is just starting to build their IT infrastructure. They needed something less expensive, easier to maintain project tracker and it seems monday.com has been a boon for them. Since, they are a startup , real-time communication is very important and due to some reason we didnt have the bandwidth to use tools like Teams or other chatting options. This was where using monday.com was a great option.
Monday makes it so easy to collaborate with team members on projects. We specifically use this for graphic design submissions to our designer. It helps us to streamline the process and also allow multiple people to submit. The other thing that we've been enjoying are the automations for processes and systems to ensure things happen the same way every time. Setting up onboarding and offboarding automations for clients is something we've just scratched the surface of and are excited to see what else is possible.
There's a minor learning curve to get everyone on board, but once they log in and know what boards they need to pay attention to, it's very easy to get the team on board.
Monday is allowing us to have a central place of data for certain parts of our business, set up automations for processes to ensure not only that the action steps happen, but they happen the same way each time.
Monday.com is extremely intuitive ,simple to implement and and get using application. Easy to customize to fit any project and assigning of tasks is aslo very simple. The visual layout and easy to monitor each project progress has been great features in Monday.com

Monday.com has an extremely responsive tech support team. It's very affordable and easy to customize to fit your needs. Very minimal training is required for staff members to use the application.
Birds, docs, views, and tools that are easily adaptable to any need. Perfect for solo work, easy for teams, share with clients too.
Only real complaint is that it's lacking a robust integration with one of our other primary saas tools.

I've brought in Monday.com to 3 differnt organizations over the past four years. It works beautifully in all use cases varying from Marketing, Sales, HR, and Agile/Scrum project management. It turns spreadsheets into easily digestable and shareable data saving me time and headaches and organizations a lot of money. It integrates with platforms I am already using and provides an excellent way to collaborate with a globally distributed team to improve process efficiencies. Out of the box, it easy to use and comes with tons ofcollaboration features, timeline views, calendar views, time tracking features, and dozens of integrations - it's really the best.
There are a few enhancments I would like to see - such as linking subtasks to multiple boards and has some limitations for task dependencies. Their support has been good, but I think it can be a slower turnaround and automated responses - unless you're an enterprise user, I don't think you can get hands on help which I would like the option to pay for from time to time vs. digging through webinars. This, however, doesn't discourage me from loving Monday.com - I'm just looking forward to enhacmeets to the already great product.
The visual boards that can be viewed anytime saves us time/money/ and unnecessary meetings - overall it improves project/program management efficiencies for our organization.
Monday. com makes it easy to develop low code applications quickly. It allows you to interact with all areas of the business and deliver quick reports to measure KPI's for decision making. The advantage of using monday.com is the speed of development.

Until today nothing has displeased me or any of my colleagues, but a local monday.com environment could be implemented that synchronizes with the web platform in case there is a contingency of connection to the internet service

Some features like Subitems lack the full functionality of Items, but many new features like Subitems are rolled out first to try, before further refinement. It's worth it to learn and experiment.
Monday is creating better views on boards (tables), which has already expedited work and onboarding.
I love using monday.com to create forms (time-off requests, billing submissions, etc.) where each member can find the questionnaire inside of a Notion page in a very visual and simple way to fill, and it's sent to Monday.com in a very organized way and ready to be able to create automation to send emails responding to each request once it was reviewed, without the need to write all the content from scratch.
It may be the price to startups. Once you get to know all you can do with monday.com and Notion. As a startup may be difficult to keep both Notion and monday.com in your budget. May be great to get a discount for using both apps
Receiving requests by using forms views: Jobs applications, Time-off requests, billing submissions Automate actions with status property: Responses for job applications, send files to an email involved, keep on track of projects and notify members involved. Including slack integrations helped us notify our members when a new incident in a product is created and the incident is included on Monday.com and notified in a specific slack channel
This platform is making our work team more dynamic and brainstorming, thanks to its practical and interactive tools, such as customizable templates for the development of work plans. The drag-and-drop tool makes the work much more fluid and faster. It is very easy to move, easy to handle and the best thing is that we can invite other users, such as clients, to expose the work plan.
It is important to emphasize that all participants must have an excellent internet connection for the interaction to be smooth and comfortable and the experience to be taken advantage of. Being a platform to create new ideas, it needs a more modern design, but this is just my appreciation. Otherwise, I think it is a very useful program, especially in these times of remote work.
Thanks to this program all departments are working in an organized way and as a real team. We are more focused on goals and objectives and we can clearly expose ideas and proposals, regardless of distances. It also allows us to edit simultaneously and in real time, the files and documents that we upload, so that the tasks are streamlined in an efficient way.

Monday.com makes it very easy to manage projects, the best features for us are that you can assign team members to tasks, set deadlines and reminder emails, and break down main tasks into sub-tasks that helps to keep track. The user interface is very easy and fun to use. Their customer service is team is the best! They are quick to respond to any billing questions and very helpful! They also offer various packages to fit any need!
The different packages are a little confusing.
It makes it easier to communicate with the team, everything is visible for every team member. We save time and resources by keeping everything related to a project at the same spot.
