i love the live chat mostly for it smoothes the customer care journey. now they can jump on a live chat and get the assistance they require in real-time and I am so happy for that. my team is loving it more than ever and we are moving out customer support to tidio as i am typing this now. i think if we can the customer resources manager will e best. i need the ability to write all the resources that will help my customers before they get to live chat

Slightly difficult to set up, but that wasn't Tidio's fault. That was on Wordpress.
Cuts down on phone calls and allows customers to easily access information. We have already seen an uptick in walk-in traffic to our office.
The app is super easy to use. I had some questions so I chatted in. Kate popped through super quickly and it was a simple resolution.
I think Tidio could use more appearance functions to fit different brand styles.

As a new business owner what I have found most helpful is that it allows me to communicate in real time with potential customers that are visiting my website. I am alerted immediately which allows me to engage interact and be prepared to answer any questions they have about the products they are looking at on my site.
If I am honest I have not yet experienced something that I dislike about the platform. I have found it to be efficient free of errors and bugs and as I said before it has allowed me to interact in real time which is very critical in establishing trust and credibility as a small business owner new to e-commerce.
Prior to leveraging this app, I was having to use 2 to 3 different methods of figuring out when someone was on my site, when they had a question, and my response time to them was not as efficient as it now is.
Simple to use interface, Great app, and Goodlooking website chat. It is easy to add additional team members and having their faces appear in the live chat helps build confidence in our business
as a low-traffic website, I wish there was a lower premium price point and a chatbot package that was cheaper with visitor limits. Good improvements have been made to the android app.

There is not much I don't like on Tidio, Tidio doesn't have anything right now I dislike and I really think you need to use this app. Tidio gives people easy the availability to help customers fast.
They helped me with a few questions I had. I opened the chat and sended my question and they answered in 2 minutes! When they finished the chat they asked me to review the chat so as I do now.

I can't simulate (or couldn't find the option) just a small part of the bot and had to proceed again through dialogues that were checked before.

It would be useful if the email alert came through to us faster so we can talk to someone on our website in real-time. Less delay means being able to respond to a lead more efficiently
Immediate contact is being made with potential leads who visit the website for more info which is useful. Being able to direct traffic through our website and into meetings is a high priority for us

Pricing.. For a very small business the chatbot is quite costly. Fairly i have to say, that most competitors are equal. The Windows App sometimes crashes on Windows 10.
We offer services for our customers in which a lot of questions do appear. Even if we answer those questions on our Webpage. Not every Visitor wants to read everything on our website. With the Chatbot we are able to point on specific FAQs and get in Touch with our Customers. Offering a Callback Service and a discount has a valuable effect on our CRO.
UI and UX. I like the transparency of their panel. Enjoy the simplicity and independence that Tidio gives me to organize my service.

I believe every front-end developer can embed tidio within 10 minutes. The UI design is quite impressive, you can also change the color, welcome words, logo and many others. In addition, the customer support is quite friendly. You can always get help from them within minutes.
Currently, not really. I have not tried their robot quite much yet. But it will be better if I can update the "customer supporting logo" to be smaller from tidio rather than CSS by myself.
Customer Supporting! There are many similar platforms but I think tidio provides the best price among them. Tidio provides modern chatting UI by minutes, which makes the "contact us" job easily.
