This is the best and simplified tool for email marketing i have ever used. Best for small businesses who wants to achieve best result in less time, less technical knowledge, and yes with less investment.

Love the integration with Zoho CRM and the daily sync of custom fields from CRM to Zoho Campaigns. A close second is the power of creating workflows.
I would like to be able to do a manual sync of CRM to Campaigns. After doing a clean-up in CRM and before doing an email campaign, I'd like to be able to easily push those changes over. Also, with using Zapier it would be nice if I could still force double opt-in; Zapier adds people straight to the list, bypassing the double opt-in.
I'm able to target specific segments of my list for specific promotions. It's enabled me to send highly targeted promotions which means higher response rates and ROI.
How simple it is to use and how it covers all aspects of tools required to crush digital Mk and CRM.

Not everyone learns a program's features the same way. The visual graphics paired with step-by-step instructions were helpful to share internally.
Sometimes the amount of options can be overwhelming. Overall, there isn't much to dislike with the Zoho platform.
Each department will have a footprint of where each department is with on a client. Facilitating sales and client history will help us for growth.
The best part of the zoho-campaigns are the predefined designs and the scheduling of the campaign.
Nothing to be disliked far as the desktop version is concerned , but the zoho campaign mobile app could have the same feature as the desktop to enable us in designing and sending the campaigns.
The mail challenge I had is that when I send an email campaign , we knew people have opened it but don't know the identity. But zoho campaign is turly fantastic on the reports and giving follow ups for the opened or unopened participants.

Building mailing lists is a very long process, which despite being able to cope with getting enough experience within zoho campaigns, ends up being a waste of time for newcomers to the platform.
The zoho professional suite includes all kinds of tools. In the case of zoho campaigns, it seems to us that it was a necessary tool to get the necessary control over the marketing that we carry out on our projects, and that it is useful in not forcing us to use software from another company, since it is a good way of doing that our sales are driven by better integrating into platforms of the same software family, and thanks to that there are far fewer limits. Growing our sales through zoho campaigns was the easy part, as the real effort is in building customer bases, which is also entirely possible after getting used to the platform.
I like the fact that I can integrate it with many other platform and can keep traceability of the campaigns and the feedback of the results,
I think it should have more tutorials when you are a beginner and need to start sending emails and creating lists.
So far I have not seem the benefits, however, it is helping me with reaching all my customers and leads with information and promotions about my business.

I dislike...well not dislike..would like. If they had more options in the template gallery
It makes it easier to keep in contact with my customer. I get to see the ones that are responding and not responding through the analytics.
The pricing structure on Zoho campaigns is straightforward and allowed me to start small but grow as I needed. I could get premium features without paying an arm and a leg from day one. I can do simple email campaigns and have auto responders, which are the main things I need, for only $5 a month to start with a small list.
I haven’t found anything yet that I don’t like. I’ve used a handful of other mail campaign services and they all have mostly the same hurdles...it just takes time to set them up.
I was trying to figure out a way to send people a link to a digital download if they signed up for my mailing list. I needed an auto responder for this and that is a premium feature that usually costs a lot with other providers.
The possibility of using workflows is a must.
Syncing with Zoho CRM is a bit tricky but can be done.
I can connect with my clients and potential clients easily.
