The only thing I would improve a bit is the UI/menu options. I found Buffer's UI more intuitive and clear, but Zoho's brand management and scheduling options won out over Buffer

I have multiple brands and need somewhere to manage and schedule all of my social media posts for each brand. I also want to track the performance of each brand separately, as well as be able to interact with the comments that my posts get.

We use Zoho applications to manage our business: Customer relations, sales and social media. They are all easy to learn and easy to use and not expensive. Zoho Social is a great tool to manage our Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin pages.

At the moment we are happy. It would be great if we could post to not only to Facebook pages, but to personal profiles too. It would be great development if we could edit image size within the program. We tried to use Bulk Schedule, and it does not work. But we did not ask Zoho support yet, which is great and they always help. So may be this is our fault.

We post simultanously to our different social media pages, so we make this activity more economical, and our traffic increased. We get in contact with our leads. We can cooperate easier with my colleagues

I love how easy it is to schedule my social media posts across the various platforms. I can also answer my social media questions and queries via the interface as well. Also, being able to have different permissions on my accounts on Zoho Social is great for team members.

The only thing that I am finding somewhat annoying is not being able to link Youtube to Zoho Social. If that was fixed it would be amazing.

I struggle from a time perspective to keep up with everything going on across all the various social media platforms. This way I can keep an eye on everything from one central spot.

Zoho Social has been the best social media scheduler by far for managing a multiple brands perfect for Multibrands, it’s pretty easy to use filled with numerous features all worth the price!

Zoho Social is one of the best app for organizing social media accounts with a perfect analysis of a particular post & that feature schedule post that make my work more easy.

Everything it has is perfect, but sometimes it stops working like app crashes; that's the only problem I have faced.

The monthly price is cost effective and the notifications when a scheduled post doesn't post. I love that.

I love that everything for our social media is connected through Zoho Social! My favorite thing is that I can schedule posts from any of our platforms from one place.

I dislike that the dashboard on the home page is a 30-day view. I know I can see any view I would like in reports, but that's just one by one. I'd like to see any (days) view I choose but am able to see all platforms.

I am able to track our social media in one place. I can get most of the data we need to succeed by using the reports feature. We are able to log into every one of our platforms and schedule posts to go out. We get to see the performance and top posts so we know what's working and what's not as well.

Zoho Social is an amazing platform to automate your daily advertisement tasks and much more from that. the best option in an ads automation system is daily reports which can help you to analyze your growth. I would love to use it on a permanent basis and will definitely explore new options in this.

Zoho gives a very clear overview of what is currently happening with your socials and all that you have scheduled. It's also absurdly easy to schedule future posts across platforms simultaneously.

Not much, really. Zoho has been the best of its kind I've worked with in a long time. Carrousel scheduling for Instagram remains an issue with free or lower plans but that is not an issue exclusive to Zoho.

With so much to schedule and to stay on top of, I can not only schedule posts but also account for all analytics in one place for a great overview of all that is happening.
