Cognism has stood head and shoulders above other sales intel tools we've used in terms of contact data accuracy. When we adopted it, the contact data quality and connections with our leads (email and especially over the phone) increased measurably. We previously used the perceived leader in the space, but the quality of phone and email data had not been the best. For reference we are a B2B SaaS in CX.
It's not frequent, but sometimes the contact phone numbers are incorrect or outdated. When this is the case, we've seen the associated number belonging to a family member (spouse, parent or son) of the contact. Makes for some confusing but hilarious interactions. Luckily you can flag these and Cognism has been quick to refresh /remove incorrect data. It works well via LinkedIn but currently it does not integrate / work through HubSpot.

Cognism provides accurate phone numbers for proscpects in dach region that was very difficult to obtain with other tools, also the integration with Salesforce was very smooth and easy
Sometimes industry field consists of five different industires therefore it is difficult for Salesforce to map these with out existing industry pick list
DACH region got a very reliable tool to do prospecting with accurate phone numbers
The depth of data available, and the accuracy, are both impressive when compared to other solutions
You do get a lot of personal numbers, but otherthan that, nothing.

Good quality of info on companies and prospects, and I know I dont use all of the features available so im sure its even better than I know! Its much better than the other tools ive tried!
It’s very annoying how the Chrome extension is automatically opened every time you click on anyone’s LinkedIn, would be better to go back to how it used to be that you choose when to open this.

Reasonably quick and intuitive UI for easy onboarding and prospecting. It still manages to offer deeper specifications and filters without becoming overwhelming. The service also includes several integrations into other major sales platforms like Salesloft and LinkedIn SalesNavigator, which I use daily.
The price point is on the high end of the spectrum, so a cost-benefit analysis is definitely in order. I've also experienced a bounce rate of about 85% on the sourced emails, but these are personal statistics for the Norwegian market.
It's a vital part of my prospecting process. Without it, I would not have the same access to the contact information that I have today, or I would at least have to spend a lot more time getting it.
Great tool, easy to learn and use for daily sales activities, high accuracy of data as well which is the most important selling point.

I like that Cognism has mostly what I need. I especially like that it is hugely user-friendly with not too many useless features.
A few times Cognism is not fully up-to-date and gives numbers (e.g. switchboard) of company which the prospect left for years.
It is great for sourcing although I mainly use it to gather contact information.
Cognism is a handy tool with a user-friendly UI. Its database is vast and covers many markets across the globe. We also really liked the friendliness and directness of customer support, as well as the onboarding procedure.
Some technical issues occur here and there, but again, the support is satisfactory and usually provides us with a quick and easy solution. No significant issues for now. However, we are only using the platform for a month now.
It is a great tool that helps every CRM manager (especially working for a B2B company) enrich the database, generate valuable and relevant leads as well as bring the database up to date.
Ease of use - you can install the chrome extension and off you go. click and go, doesn't take long to find a contact with a number. Easy to use and i can say that.
The only dislike is that it keeps asking you to reset passwords when having done this 10 times before. I think this could be fixed if the tech team takes some time to figure out why it happens. But the support team is always happy to help in case you have a problem login in. go on their page, open the chat and they are with you in less than 2mins to help sort out the issue.
Updating our own database using Cognism, finding leads, and getting conversions. making things faster easier and cleaner. Performance-wise i would say its great. Using cognism made it easier to find not just leads but also update company information on the go. Dont have the switchboard for a company? Seach for the domain and off you go. cognism will find it for you.
Cognism is very easy to use with an intuitive interface. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. The customer support is swift and very helpfull and Cognism's data quality is very good for Europe.
We have only been using the system for a short time so nothing at this point.

I can find out with LinkedIn work emails and phone numbers of people. Search function with all the options.
Sometimes it takes a long time to create a list and I need to log out to be able to see the list.
I get more leads easier and Cognism saves my time tremendously. I am looking forward to reviewing the Intent data as well. Support is world-class and Shani is awesome.
Better quality data than I've seen before on these kinds of tools platforms made deliverability and follow-up effective. The ability to set up automated sequences and build in manual steps was intuitive and fit right into our sales process. And whenever we got stuck, the customer success team was readily available to help us.
Setting the timing of campaigns was less intuitive and took some getting used to. That said, we worked with their team to get this right and once we'd done it a couple of times we were able to manage this ourselves. Possibly an area for UI/UX improvement.
As a small commercial team, Cognism has allowed us to engage our target audience at scale and ensure that the valuable 1-2-1 follow-ups and prospect development are better qualified by the time we pick up the phone to them.
The platform is intuitive with great data. Our CSM Issac is fantastic and always on hand to support with multiple queries as well as best practise sharing.
Sequence functionality is limited but also not that useful as we have extra tools for this.
Gathering quality, relevant data is always tricky. Helps us massively boost the pipeline. Our Cognism CSM Issac has also massively helped with internal process knowledge sharing – incredibly useful for early-stage comapnies.
