The ease of typing in the contact / company and having eveyrthing infront of me with accurate contact details
nothing!I cant fault it , has everything i need.

I like how it just works, you look at a profile and bam a few seconds later you have all the contact details of the person that you would need to reach out and grab hold of their attention.
Very little, sometimes the contact details are not always correct - but that is a small price to pay.
For me, who uses cognism to get the contact details of targetted individuals within a given industry, Cognism is a game changer, I have never used a tool as efficient and intuative. I confess that I have never used it to source large banks of contacts but I know you can.

getting in touch with key decision makers is sometimes difficult - cognism makes that much easier and more frequent.
It's very easy to use and highly customizable. I can create and export leads, fast, and I can export them to different file types. We have used Zoominfo with similar features but Cognism gives up the ability to fine-tune our target list.
Someone times the contact information is out of date. I don't know how often databases are updated. Verifying information sources before adding it to the database.
More accurate contact information. Better filter options and exporting capabilities. Being able to identify our ICP and the right POC leads to better conversation starters and a better demo schedule.

Sometimes the data is not accurate or numbers don't exist.
Finding data to cold call and email is difficult and Cognism takes away that difficult fact finding mission.
We like Cognism because it has been signed off by our legal team as GDPR complaint. Cognism gives us great data and helps us build outbound marketing campaigns with additional mobile contact details, which is gold dust for us.
Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for and the alternatives are nowhere near as good.
Cognism is supporting us with data to grow our business in certain regions and sectors. By giving us mobile contact details, which are legally obtained, it allows us to go directly to the best contacts without any problems.
What I liked about Cogism is the possibility of generating many qualified contacts with their email address and phone number. Thanks to the filters we can do efficient searches for our commercial prospection and mappings account
There’s really nothing I didn’t like. The tool is intuitive and powerful

The best feature for me is the ability to search for individuals with a selection job roles across multiple organisations simultaneously. Furthermore, the quality of contact information is outstanding.
Can be a little glitchy and laggy. I sometime got #403 errors when I was using Cognism, requiring me to contact Cognism support. This lead to time being wasted and delays. Cognism is also slow to load and run.
The #403 errors that I mentioned above, was always dealt with within 24hours of raising the ticket. Errors are not occuring as often with Cognism however it would be good to see Cognism run faster and smoother
I like the fact that mobile phone numbers are often listed in profiles as these are usually impossible to obtain.
Some of the data is out of date or can be incorrect, i.e. telephone number no longer in use, etc.
Gaining access to senior management and C-suite directors at companies
The ease of use. The layout and search tools are extremely easy to navigate and search for a plethora of contacts, as a discovery tool it is the best on the market. Email accuracy is also outstanding!
I struggle to think of any dislikes with Cognism, the system is so good that when 1 company out of 100 does not have email addresses I get frustrated. Other than that 10/10
Having used other similar tools in the past, I was consistently frustrated with inaccurate emails, Cognism has reduced this significantly and occurs very little.

We used to find getting B2B mobile numbers and/or email addresses of clients and prospects time-consuming and difficult to find. With Cognism we can simply enter our Ideal Client Persona and within seconds Cognism has pulled up a list of companies and contacts we can target to potentially win new business! It’s so easy to use and the team love it. It’s become part of our daily workflow – the LinkedIn connector in particular is amazing!

Maybe the only thing I could dislike is that you can only select 25 per 25 contacts, or page by page.
We were facing poor data when prospecting which is a waste of time in the efficiency of our BDR team. With correct data, we get the right people faster.

I like that once a cognism campaign is set up, it will automatically do all the heavy lifting for you during the prospecting stage whilst you can focus on closing or meeting other demands of your business.
It can take some time to understand how to make the most use out of cognism especially as there are no online help tutorials (eg creating a list or creating a campaign) .
Cognism is making the prospecting stage a lot easier by automating the mundane task of sending out engagement emails to prospects. This is a very important part of a sales journey, but often the hardest and cognise makes it easier by automating the process.
