"A beautiful task management program"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

The lengths and depths that you can use in this program, is simply astounding. Although a few companies i've worked for, have not used it to the full capacity, i have luckily been exposed to the various layers that atlassian has to offer.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

This application is satisfying. I would like to highlight its customer support response that matters for its name building. Customer support is quick, skilled and completely professional that brings complain solutions in seconds and makes the software user satisfy.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly CRM is probably the most user friendly management app i've tried so far! It has a really small learning curve, unlike some other more complex tools. It's really easy to keep track of your work, of your team mate's work, and overall progress through the timeline. There's a feeling of satisfaction when you close items of your list and see that progress bar grow - it makes me want to close more tasks! And all of this is done on a beautifully designed app.

Insightly CRM is a smart tool for sales business management and it has all the basic features which let us easily manage our all task of sales. Social media integration is great and lets me introduce the product in front of the world.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Not so far, but Dashboards and Reports features are not well established in this tool so need more updates for better experience.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I really like the flexibility to create any type of workflow you need for any type of team. It's been extremely helpful to customize flows for our marketing team so they can look at a todo list as well as by calendar day.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Support is slow and the product development seems even slower. The premium features are not flexible and the price gets inflated very quickly. The mobile app often has problems syncing and sending notifications. The support is slow, even for premium members.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Insightly for Project management and team's productivity improvement. This has help us keep track of who is doing what and avoid communication gaps.

"Powerful CRM, just what you need for your business"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

This is a very good tool, where you get everything you are looking for in one place, I trust my work in this good application, through this you can achieve better advantages compared to other programs. It can be easily adapted to the requirements of the user of the moment, it is quite simple to be able to keep track of existing sales and customers and new ones within the company. I find it easy to use so I have not had problems as with other programs that are quite cumbersome to handle.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

When I started using it I found it quite attractive, and very professional. It costs a little to maintain the integration or integrate it with other tools, I wish they had better and more constant updates.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to capture a large number of new clients, attract many interested parties, renew contracts and interests with existing clients within the company. I believe and I attest that this program is totally different from the others, its good appearance, its excellent functioning make it distinguish between so many programs that promise thousands of things and these are not fulfilled, apart from its price I like and it seems quite fair due This works correctly for me and in general for all the people I know and also use this program. just make several clicks to discover the wonderful world of Insightly.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM is easy to use and setup, in fact, that it can install in a few minutes and it offers us all features to business management that helps us to manage business product information. Its cost is not high, it is reliable as compared to other CRM and we can easily purchase it. It has fully integrated project management solutions without any advanced cost and if your work is complete you can mail product information quickly. It offers us the detail of customer for our business process. Lead management, Marketing automation, Customer relationship management, and Pipeline management are its reliable features. It is a great CRM which is specially designed for business management work.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The free version does not offer as many features as compared to the purchased version and it still needs more updates to serve large business networks. Sometimes, it does not provide us a clean result, it's Reporting and Dashboards capabilities are great but not completely organized as compare to HubSpot or Zoho.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's well designed and well-suited service and helps me to manage my company product and customer information. One of the best features is that it has the ability to a blind copy of the email, customer relationship management, and customer tracking are the best features I like most in this tool. In my experience, I want to say that Insightly CRM is best for small business management but need more improvement for large network management.

Insightly CRM is an online tool for customer relation management but technical issues need more improvements for better performance. It does not work perfectly on mobile phone because it doesn't have all the features as well as PC version have. Sometime small bugs occur during work and sometimes it works slowly while using it with cellular data connection. Reports and Dashboards are not proper organized in this application.

It is very simple and easy to use, and we also understand it's all features easily. By using this software, I was able to upload my data from another system and I was able to use all its features almost immediately. It is easily to track my costumers and update my progress with them quickly and efficiently. It has good collection and great organization of data. It has great ability to search capability and provide the best data. This software helps to me reach out and build the report quickly. It is a cloud base which makes it easily accessible. It is also a friendly user and its cost is very effective. This is very helpful and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The one of the most important problem is that software, its flexibility is very limited. The drag and drop functionality seem a little more difficult than say other similar drag and drop functions but this isn't the best reporting tool. The organization of different categories leaves me disjointed at times. This software would be automatically sync up with social profiles. The basic version does not allow much in the way of customization. It did not fit in our budget at this same time. This software is expensive so most of the companies use another software. Sometimes it's all features are very difficult, and we cannot easily understand it's all the features.

It is a best tracker for business and provide the best opportunities to grow my business. It’s all features are outstanding and useful for us. Insightly CRM is an online tool and while working on smart device it works little bit slower. Reports and Dashboards are not proper organize in this tool. Feature of this tool are little bit tough for new user and we have to spend more time to grip on this tool. Another big difficulty I face while working with this tool is that while purchasing premium version this tool is little bit expensive.
