Integration with Google and QuickBooks is a big plus.

Insightly is helping us keep our database current and active across multiple departments. We can also watch projects flow between users.

One thing I love the most about Insightly CRM is how the projects are structured and how easy it is to find the information we need. We use Insightly for project management, timelines, and to track the status of any project.
What I do not like very much is the limited fields to have on a project page - even though it is easy to create "custom objects" that use pointers to point an info - I think that more fields would be amazing.
Before moving to Insightly CRM, as a smaller company, we used another CRM that created more chaos & confusion. After switching to Insightly, everything is organized, and the information we want can be found easily. We use it for project management, and having all project steps in one page is excellent.

How well sorted our projects are within the program. It is very easy to navigate and deal with. The program updates very fast and almost instantly; you see the different task completed.
In order to go back to a report you have to exit out from whatever page you are and pretty much start over to be able to pull same report again. this is also for any other report assigned to me.
Helping with organizing our projects and executing them in a timely manner. Has all proper tabs for each individual dept to look at and take off if any issues arise.
We use Insightly CRM for managing orders. It makes it extremely easy to organize the orders coming in and get them out the door as fast as possible. My work would not be as organized without Insightly CRM. The reports are especially helpful to use in conjunction with Excel.
I personally haven't found any downsides.
Isnightly helps us easily recognize when a order that comes in is missing doctor information, that is necessary for processing the order with insurance.
I like that I can find any information super quickly. As an employee at a small business, to have Insightly as our hub for all information, files, contacts, and data is super helpful.
There isn't much I dislike about Insightly. I'd say my only dislike is when I download files, the files download with underscores in the titles. Other than that, there's not much to dislike.
Insightly CRM solves disorganization issues that come with working in a small business on a large number of projects. It's all-in-one ability benefits our company.
WE've got so many uses for it, it is so helpful and great in many ways!
I wish that the integration with quickbooks was free it is kind of a bummer that its not!

The best part is that it is very powerful yet streamlined. Unlike systems like Salesforce which require professionals to config and manage, Insightly can be run by normal business users.
When you have a use case that needs more flexibility, you're dead in the water. If your use case is well defined up front, it's perfect. If you're more fluid and iterating to find what you need - you may realize too late that you need to port.
Organizing our data. It was the first move from a spreadsheet - so we saw immediate value. It also helped us standardize our processes which meant we were much more efficient.
It is robust and integrates well with other software tools.
Navigation between pages is slow to load and a bit clunky
Insightly has become the one stop shop for all employees to view project pages as the source-of-truth. It certainly increases productivity.
I like the fact that we can keep track of all of our projects in 1 place.
Sometimes there are issues with sorting the queries.
Insightly has many useful functions. I like that we can track any emails we send to clients or possible clients. All information is in 1 program.
Being able to filter everything has been a great benefit. Whenever we need to customize something we have a work instructions that shows how to filter something down to what exactly you need. And it works!
The only downside of insightly is when we are trying to export data it is a little difficult. I have moved a few things to google sheets to make it readily available.
Insightly is helping us manage our data base and pass projects and opportunities from department to department without the project falling through the cracks. You can also see where someone is with your lead which is great!

Only thing that could be worked on is the speed at which data on the CRM updates. Also could work smoother with Marketing.

The most valuable part of the CRM for me was the project management and pipelines and clear visibility of where I am at any time.
The least helpful are the dashboards currently; I haven't found a set-up I like. As a single business owner, not all cards are relevant, so I need to improve at customising this.

The latest upgrade, which allows you to integrate Insightly with a Chrome extension so that all contacts and templates can be accessed through Gmail's sidebar, is the finest.
I suggest using a button rather than a drop-down menu to make customizing or filtering chores easier.
With the most recent upgrade, we are no longer locked out of accounts while attempting to log in. I can assist the account manager by sending and responding to emails without logging in as the user and instead using the sidebar.
it has been very helpfull because before Insightly we didnt use any other CRM, and it has help us organize every contact, candidate and have all the information in the same place
sometimes the feature for creating a new opportunity doesnt work 100% well and you have to refresh the page several times in order to add a new opportunity correctly
now that we use insightly all the information is in the same place, every employee has access to the information and the latest updates of each and every candidate so there´s no more redoing the job
