Nifty is a tool that offers all the functionality I look for in a project management solution. And even more :)
Fortunately, there has been no big disappointment so far. I wish I could chat with guests though.
Nifty is a project management tool that offers all the views you know and like.
It's easy to use than most project management systems
I think there could be more visual design and color customization
All in one goal setting and task management
We like the ability to review all of the project's timelines. It is nice to be able to see everything via Gantt charts as well as see all of our team tasks. We also like that the price point and the custom roles and permissions. It made sense for us to move to this project management software.
So far, we haven't had many issues with the application. It would be good for their team to be able to view personal calendar events and Team events on the same calendar.
Nifty is another option for companies to pick for their project management software. The ability to collaborate in real-time is something that every company is looking for and Nifty brings everything together seamlessly
The best part about Nifty is that you can build it up however you like! Whatever views make you work better, this is what you can get in Nifty. And it's so intuitive!
The least helpful in Nifty is the ability to have everything. It might make you freeze in the beginning when choosing between all the options: from Gantt charts to simple to-do-list views.
Nifty helps my whole team to be on the same page without needing us to put extra time or effort into managing our daily tasks, but also, our lengthy projects. We are faster than ever!
Most helpful is the tracking. The breakdown is helpful.
Too many moving parts. It could be simplified.
Nifty is a very good overall tracking database.
I love that there's tracking features for VAs and other staff
Nothing so far, perhaps a better structuring of the notifications menu.
I switched from Asana and Nifty has been a game changer, I love how it keeps us structured and organized to hit our KPIs
It's very customizable. I love that I can use some features for unexpected stuff, such as using Story Points for hours, because my colleagues don't like using the time tracking.
I will say that I dislike the fact that recurring tasks will always assign the same people to same tasks and subtasks. I can always remove them, sure, but I would prefer it to be an option.
Nobody in my team knew what others were doing. Handling my own tasks was never a problem, but knowing what others are working on and seeing the steps changes everything.
All in one team and project management app with asana + slack + WhatsApp + google docs features all in one app
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with so many options. Sometimes I feel there is a lag
Having voice recordings and in app meetings instead of using slack
Very clean and simple to use, great features and fast support.
Nothing so far, it took me a while to narrow down to this software and the fact that I got it on a deal was icing on the cake.!
Online collaboration and organization. The fact that it has an app is great too.
The organization of the sections, modules of the tool. In addition, the best user experience and interface of any project management software on the market.
Nothing I have disliked about it for the past two years of my usage.
Organizing my team and getting them to use a tool they like! Nifty solved that and not only it gets work done, everyone enjoys using it.
One of my favorite features is the integration of chat within the CRM. Chat has been implemented in other project management CRM's but the way it is done in Nifty is very 'Slack-ish'. Awesome! One of my favorite non-features is the interface. The interface is intuitive and team members are able to update me on all of their projects and tasks - all automated. As tasks are moved between statuses, there is the option to provide notifications or additional automations. Think Trello, but better. The intuitive interface allows for easy onboarding.
Nifty is better than many project management applications that I have used in the past. One thing that I would like to see is the ability to change colors for the dashboard. Currently there is only options for classic, light, and dark.
Nifty has replaced Asana, Trello, and Slack for us..so far. This is key since previously we would jump between applications. While the platform isn't fully customizable, it can be supplemented. Don't let some of the non-customizability deter you. Nifty understands project management in a way that I haven't seen with other applications (even full custom CRM's that employ a full time local development team - and sometimes even then the mark is missed...) Now that everything is in one spot, we make heavy use of templates. Now, when we onboard, it is one login, and only have to delete one login when offboarding.
My favorite thing is the functionality. You can import directly from platforms like trello and asana and use them in Nifty. You can also switch views to what is most efficient for your project. The ability to create secondary tasks, have milestones, just the way the whole thing is set up. I can't say enough about it. You can also easily switch organizations within it without having to log in and out which makes life so much easier!
It is still a newer platform so there is the occasional glitch, the biggest one I've experienced is having to reconnect zoom multiple times. (Yes, it integrates with zoom and you can directly go into a meeting with someone you're in a chat with!)
It has created a whole new level of clarity with project management in terms of streamlining. I LOVE the milestones and ability to put multiple working parts into each milestone with different deadlines, different people assigned to, the ability to use the Nifty docs, etc. It's also helping to see exactly where time is being spent with the time tracking feature.
The overview lets me clearing see that all our projects are on time. This is the feature missing from every other project management solution we've tried.
The interface is beautiful but seems to be a bit buggy on same browsers like Safari.
I run a digital marketing agency with a mix on monthly retainers and one-off projects. After trying most of the big players out there I stumbled on NiftyPM. It allows us to create workflows specific based on the project needs to in our retainers we can use reoccurring tasks combined with the milestone(gantt) layout to make sure we're delivering on time.
Easy to navigate and really helps us to manage and organize our tasks. Everyone can easily share this with co-workers.
There's nothing, in particular, to dislike Nifty so far.
We can easily track projects and can assign tasks easily
Tasks can be easily added, sorted by category, group, client, projects, reminders for regular and recurring activities, comments, mobile app functions.
Even though that I mark the task as complete, it will show up again as overdue. Don't know why this is happening, but takes additional time for removing.
Task overload, keeping myself and the team accountable, responsive.
I love the User Interface in its entirety. The best views are Gantt diagram and Kanban view.
Honestly, there's nothing I don't like of Nifty. I've tried every app of this type, and for my day by day organisation, I think it's the best option.
I can organise my day by day and my own projects. I love the reminders!
I like the ease of sharing documents, updates and files to the entire group at once
The list of documents is long running. It would be nice to create categories for file and doc storage
This is a great way to quickly exchange information and troubleshoot hurdles towards achieving the completed project.
Great preview on Milestones, team collaboration on the tasks.
There is nothing to dislike in this product, everything works for us!
From better customer experience to bringing your company on a high level via providing synergy between our teams.
Super responsive support. Ability to customize and to create templates. Ability to implement, build out, and roll out the system stepwise.
Some difficulties with technical glitches that make making templates, automations, recurring tasks, etc. difficult or unreliable.
Increased transparency, effectiveness, communication, and efficiency between and within departments.
Nifty is a great easy to use project management tool that has a communication tool included as well.
It can be a bit overwhelmed at the beginning
Project management and ownership
