Gosto da forma como o runrun proporciona o controle das filas de tarefas, controle de data desejadas, relatórios de esforços e custos.

Não tenho queixas do sistema. Me agrade muito e todos usam.

Consigo ter o controle do custo do cliente para a empresa através do relatórios, controle de custo por pessoas em horas de acordo com cada tarefa, gestão de prioridades de jobs e controle das filas. Me mantenho mais organizada, sei onde está cada coisa, com quem está, quando vai sair e o custo que aquilo gerou para a empresa.

Realmente uma ferramenta que faz o que se propõe e nos auxilia bastante no rastreamento e gestão de atividades e controle de tempo da equipe. Com uma ótima experiência de uso do usuário e um design avançado o runrun.it vem conquistando nosso gosto e nos ajudado bastante a gerir nossa equipe.

Sentimos falta de um relatório mais pronto com informações de percentual de conclusão de atividades e o agrupamento por artefatos de entregas.

A ferramenta em sí é excelente. Aqui onde trabalho, conseguimos agilizar processos e mensurar, de forma ágil e eficaz, situações que antes eram um pouco intangíveis manualmente falando. É muito bom poder utilizar e melhor ainda é poder trazer um resultado positivo, e evolutivo também, de grande parte das nossas tarefas e projetos.

Acredito que uma das principais causas de "nos perdermos" é quanto às notificações que hora estão ali, hora não. Hoje usamos a ferramenta para nos comunicarmos internamente e isso acaba deixando o e-mail de lado (ou seja as notificações de e-mail são ignoradas). Seria interessante se tivesse algum histórico de notificações, que pudéssemos confirmar se fomos marcados, inseridos em novas tarefas...

Gestão de tempo, otimização de foco e atividades em geral.

O controle no sistema é fácil e intuitivo. Além de gerar relatórios macro e específicos de clientes, tarefas ou usuários, posso fazer um controle do andamento da tarefa e salvar infos importantes para a mesma.

Minhas únicas reclamações sobre o sistema são a falta de possibilidade de incluir imagens nos comentários da tarefa e não ter a possibilidade de criar múltiplas sharepages em uma única tarefa.

With the Runrun.it manage all projects of continuous improvements of Brazil, a web tool that allows you to plan and monitor the execution of troubleshooting processes, people or tools increasing the productivity of the organization.

I really like that the system keeps the original report that if anyone edit it, it won't be any problem to my file, it helps cause every stakeholder has the access to see it, so, you don't need to keep sending everytime they need it by e-mail and it's really easy to use it. Another great thing is that all the hours that we take to work on the report and the hour everyone uploaded anything from the system, it's informed there.

I believe that I receive too much e-mails from RunRun.it, it should come only when someone deliver it or if they gave it back for us.

I believe the security of the information is the biggest issue that we solved with it. Anyone can edit it because the original report is there. We don't need to keep passwords to open the file or edit the file.

A ferramenta nos ajuda muito a manter em dia a entrega dos trabalhos para nossos clientes.

Não gosto apenas da ferramenta porque ela não tem a opção de Gerar as PI para enviarmos as rádios e em para gráficas se incluírem isso ela ficara uma ferramenta completa

Resolvemos a questão de entrega dos trabalhos e não estamos mais com atraso na entrega dos trabalhos para nossos Clientes.

O Runrun é um excelente programa para quem precisa se organizar quanto às tarefas realizadas no dia a dia, seja como home office ou dentro de uma empresa. O sistema é bastante intuitivo, tornando seu uso bastante prático e fácil. Além disso, ele oferece dentro da própria plataforma, cursos para que você possa aprender a mexer em todas as ferramentas que o programa oferece, com uma maior eficiência.

Como em todos os programas semelhantes, no Runrun ainda existem pequenas coisas a serem arrumadas, algumas funções que ainda não existem mas que com o passar do tempo conseguimos perceber a necessidade, mas com certeza esse é o programa mais completo que conheço!

Na empresa onde trabalho, ele é utilizado como ferramenta principal de gestão de tempo e tarefas, com ele conseguimos nos organizar, parar de perder prazos, - pois ele manda lembretes das tarefas - e trabalahar com a gestão de tempo da equipe de maneira organizada e justa.

É uma ferramenta prática de usar. Usamos para organizar as tarefas da agência em que trabalho e sempre foi muito fácil e simples.

Acho que pra ficar ainda mais prático, poderia ter menos opções de datas. Esse negócio de data desejada e data de entrega as vezes fica meio confuso.

Fazemos tudo com o Runrun.it. Fica muito mais fácil organizar as tarefas em todas as áreas, já que todos tem acesso à ferramenta e às tarefas de seu interesse. A forma como é possível trabalhar, pausar, organizar e priorizar as tarefas são muito práticas e úteis no dia-a-dia.

The team accompaniment is incredible! After runrun.it I could see when my team was having problems and solved that. Now the perfomance has grow! Very sattisfied.
