As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

This is a great communication tool, real time, for multiple users. We are using it as a way to communicate during times of disaster. It is a way for us to be able to share information in one place with many people.
It is really easy for someone to delete discussion boards. During our last use of this someone was able to delete an entire board. To keep this from happening, you must pay and its expensive.
It was a great way for us to communicate during Hurricane Dorian. We were able to share information, real time. It was a great message board, where information on several topics could be neatly categorized and stored. It kept our email from getting junked up with messages. Nice tool. Too bad the really great features are so expensive.
I love this program, easy to use, and it can be used to work with teams, build a website, and it has a beautiful app that can be used to work with your teams remotely, and sync all your information on the app, you always know what is goin on, also I haven't explored all the features but I believe that, the rest of the other features can do great things to my organization.
I haven't seen any flaws so far, I have explore the software in my organization even further I also want to say that trello should have more features, with more addons
in teams is is great, also making websites, is a fantastic application. Helpful tool, wonderful design, love it
I love how visual Trello is and the ability to move the cards from board to board as the project progresses. This gives me a helpful visual on exactly where I am on a project.
I don't find Trello to be as good for collaboration. I much prefer to use it for my own projects and use Asana for when I am collaborating with someone else.
I use Trello for my business planning and also keeping track of projects I am working on. I have separate boards created for projects that are current and projects that are inactive at the moment, and projects I have archived because I consider them to be complete. I find that using the due date function on each card really helps me to prioritize my time and make sure I see everything that is coming up.
There are a lot of creative ways you can use this tool, but used as intended it's an excellent way to break down the steps necessary to complete a project.
There is nothing I explicitly dislike - I would appreciate some additional project management features.
Our team tracks all of our projects with Trello and it helps our project managers
Trello allows me to organize my thoughts and projects using Kanban style boards. Atlassian provides great customer community and support. There are seemingly endless possibilities for using Trello.
Trello takes time to organize, but it is well worth the effort.
Trello is important to me for collections and personal journaling. Project planning and management is much easier. I have added boards to a Team for sharing easily with co-workers and family (plus I got 3 months of Gold access for each referral).
My life was really all over the place before I had Trello. And now, I can see the different compartments of my life all in one app across so many devices, I absolutely love it!
It did take some getting used to for how it really works. I did commit to making it work for me. Also, some paid features should really be included in the normal free version. Also, there could be a view of all cards from all boards due on the same board.
I work full time with a business and trying to live the glamours life all at the same time. I can set my boards up into different areas of my life and keep track of what needs to be done when I click on a specific board.
I love to use Trello to manage my personal space as well as my work space.
There are a few bugs that need developers attention. Rest everything is great.
I use Trello to manage things for my personal work as well as mange my team's work.
Trello is a team management and collaboration tool that enables job tasks and duties to be divided into different sections. its a great workforce management tool that i used in my past career to great effect.
The interface is designed in landscape mode which took a little bit of getting used too. the interface is hard to understand on mobile devices and there was the potential for missing important information if you didn't scroll far enough.
Trello is a great management tool that i love using to keep track of my tasks and workloads
Trello allows me to stay on task and keep track of my ideas and thoughts. It allows me to receive and delicate tasks amongst co-workers.
I do not dislike anything about trello. It is amazing.
How to dish out tasks and allow myself to stay on my tasks as well. It is easy to see you plans visually.
I like how the free plan gives me everything I need to track, hire, and onboard all of my candidates and agents. I can add documents, pictures, comments, to each card, and all the activity is tracked so I can easily keep track of each agent's process and status.
I don't have anything that I dislike so far.
Making the hiring/onboarding process easy and organized!
Trello is SIMPLE. And because it's so simple, it's easy to onboard and offboard people, expediting the project completion and team growth processes.
You will only hate Trello is you use it incorrectly. Workflow principles must be made clear to all team members.
I've used Trello for: > Drafting and approving social media content > Project management > Dynamic SOPs
Love using trello because I can see the progress I have on tasks I am working on and it's easy to progress those tasks through and keep me on top of it.
Wish I could customize the text but nothing realy major
I'm able to accomplish more and I'm able to get stuff done a lot better
I like the integration capabilities that are offered!
There is not much about Trello that we dislike.
We are solving the issue of project tracking and bug tracking.
Very simplie UI and easy of access. Editing and updating is a breeze. Lots of time saved with this platform that keeps me fully organized with complex projects with tight deadlines.
Would love to see more templates across various uses.
Organizations of multi-step projects with tight deadlines.
i like how you can upload all the document for one lead in one card all together. And you can just drop it. Everyone working on the same project can update the progress under the same card so it's very easy to track
i think overall this board is very user friendly
easy and clean layout. progress tracking. user friendly
Our team loves using Trello to track our projects through their different phases and different teams. Digital Producers input the projects manually or we use the Trello API to create cards automatically when projects are created in our custom platform. Easy to assign team members and follow the project through the entire build and testing phase.
I have yet to find an issue as the software seems to fit our needs pretty seamlessly.
Trello provides a great way for our team to understand where all of our projects are at a glance. Saves time checking with Producers and Dev team members and just getting the info needed right away.
Lo usamos mucho para tareas de programación asignando tareas en tableros donde múltiples usuarios ingresan
Bueno debe mejorar en el aspecto gráfico hay algunas cosas que no son chéveres visualmente
Asignación de tareas a varios usuarios
I love Trello since its variety and features of its interface is easy to use, it has everything I need to plan and organize projects, we can track all the activities that are being carried out and you can visualize the progress, who is working in which project, It is ideal for the satisfactory work of what you have planned to finish successfully, This tool allows us to move tasks quickly and easily, assigning with priority, we can also upload documents and backup files.
I don't have much to complain about, it really bothers me that I can't upload files that weigh more than 10MB in the free version, another thing that bothers me is that I can't access the application because I don't have Internet on my device.
I find it easy to see the progress of the projects I am doing, it helps me organize the status of application development projects. on the other hand it is easy for me to see the status of the project and that the notes are visible to my colleagues, and it makes it easy for someone to know when it is necessary to work in a certain face.
1. I like The Boards( Dashboards). 2. Easy to track, assign and manage tasks. 3. Free option available to try out all basic needed features for small companies and other business organization. 4. Fast page load time speed of website and all the boards, its functions to post and upload things load faster than other tools I have used. I have no doubt to give Trello 11/10 in Page speed and page load time. 5. Automation and Notification options. Butler automatically recommends buttons for the actions you perform most often. It do automation to move cards ups and downs based on their priority or due dates. 6. Easy to integrate and connect with small to a big team. 7. Non Technical person and also manage it with ease.
The too much options make me difficult to use it on mobile devices. I am not sure if the problem is with Samsung Galaxy phones or its same on other too. But moreover it seems like a common issue on all mobiles. As most of websites loads similar on all devices.
I am managing Website development projects with freelancers on Trello.
I love Trello’s ease of use. Everything is very intuitive and adaptable to my preferences.
I’d prefer a one-step process for deleting a note instead of the more cumbersome three-step process.
Trello has become my go-to for case management for my law firm. I can manage my tasks, deadlines, and workflow all in one place.
