What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM is great tool for managing sales business and it features of this tool are very stable for work. We can automate are business via this tool and we can get customer easily for deals. It enables us to create a strong relation with customer which is good for our business. It integrates well with other applications and accelerate our sales process. We can track customer easily and via emails and communicate with customer at any time.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

As Insightly CRM is an online tool so it also has some limitation which makes our work bit tough. Reports and dashboards are not proper in this application and small bugs occur during work. I have to do so many clicks for set this tool up for work which is time consuming. All of its features are bit complex for use so new user need more training to grip on this tool. This tool is bit pricey for purchase and customer service need more improvements.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly CRM is very effective tool for business automation and it let us present our product in front of online people. We used this tool for Lead Management and for product automation, it integration with social media application let us organize our product. Customer tracking feature is awesome and keep us connected with clients. Also available for Android and for other smart devices.

Insightly is a powerful, easy to use CRM software with the native integration to Gmail, Mailchimp and the other popular softwares. Insightly provide the great opportunity to manage at the every stage of the sales process, link customers relationships, deliver projects, built quotes and much more. Through this software it is so easy of marketing and the sales process. Insightly software allows our companies to manage sales, contacts, projects, opportunities and the clients fulfillments in a very clean, efficient and users friendly way. Insightly has more powerful sales pipelines management, strong task management and integrated CRM and projects in a more efficient way.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

We often face issues with the mail forwarding as we have to do it manually every time. Dashboard is also very much complex and we have to go through a lot of difficult procedures to learn it. They are also not offering any kind of mobile support.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly is a more powerful and easy to use CRM software. Insightly provide the great opportunity to manage the every stage of the sales process, link customer relationships and the deliver projects. Insightly is best CRM tool of market and it work as an automation option for our business. Insightly CRM is an customize application, so it let us customize product regularly and convert product feature as requirements of customer. It let us track customer easily and communicate with them for further information about deal. Its integration with other applications very well and makes our work easier. Customer support service work effectively and guide us regularly about problems are we facing during work with this tool.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM is an online application, so it also has some drawbacks which create difficulties for our work. Reports and Dashboard features are still lacking and not well organized as well as organized in Zoho or in HubSpot. Many of CRM tool are trending in market so Insightly is not popular and technical issues need more updates because small errors occur during work. My experience with this tool is for a short term so I found this tool little bit expensive.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly CRM is good option for sales business and it perform very well for marketing business. We use this tool for Contact Management, Lead management and for account management. It’s easy to install and work very well for our company. Insightly is also compatible with smart devices which let us work from anywhere or from any other device. As my experience this tool is bit expensive but on other hand, it works well for Customer relation management.

Insightly CRM is specific tool which gives us many reliable features for run sales business easily. It let us update our product regularly and allows us to convert product features as requirements. It integration well with other social media application and also with Mail which keep us connected with customer. It enables us to create a strong relation with customer and let us communicate with customer at any time for further information about deals. We mostly used this tool for Lead management and for Contact management.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Insightly CRM is a server host application so it requires high speed internet connection for work perfectly and while using this tool on mobile phone it does not work well on cellular data connection. Mobile version doesn’t have all the basic features as PC version have. Dashboards and repot features not well organized and need more improvements for better work. Price of premium version id bit expensive to buy.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightly is good CRM tool for manage business of sales and it works very well for us. Overall design and feature of this tool are easy to use and it install easily on our devices. It works very fast for Lead Management Contact Management and for Task Management. Customer tracking feature and integration with other applications work effectively for our business and allow us to automate our business. My experience with this tool is for short time but it works great.

Insightly CRM is an online application so it required strong internet connection for work and sometimes work very slowly while using this tool on any smart device. Free version doesn't have all the features as well as paid version have. As for small businesses this tool is very effective but this tool is bit pricey rather than other alternatives. Customer support service and technical pints need more improvements for better performance.

Insightly CRM works efficiently for us and we mostly use this tool for Contact management and for Lead management. It allows us to create a strong relation with customer and stay in touch with them. Customer tracking is one of the best option of this tool because it enables me to communicate with customer for further information and for further steps of deal. My experience with this tool is great and i recommend my other friends to experience this specific tool.

Reports and fields are not well organized in this applications and customer support service need more improvements. All of its features are relatively complex for new user and we need more time grip on this tool completely. Mobile version not work well and doesn’t not have all features as PC version have.

Insightly is a CRM application and it has many efficient features for business of sales, we can easily manage our product via this tool and get customer for deals. Technical support team works great and answer my question instantly.

It does not integrate well with third party applications such as with Outlook. Mobile version does not perform well and doesn’t have all the features as well as Pc version have. Price of purchasing license for premium version is bit expensive rather than other CRM tools of market.

According to me, the best CRM solution for businesses at the moment is Insightly CRM. I sincerely like to use Insightly CRM because it has amazing capabilities. It is also one of the simplest softwares to manage. We use it to manage customers, conversations and relationships.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

What I like best about the Insightly CRM is honestly the pricing. It allows you to open up an account for free with limited storage of course but still is very affordable if you upgrade to the Plus Plan. You can also upgrade to Professional and Enterprise.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

What I dislike about the Insightly CRM would have to be that it has the lead or clients name and phone number in two separate categories. Which at first was not an issue but when you have calls coming in and are doing 5 things at once, it soon became irritating.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

With using the Insightly CRM the main business problem we are solving is time. The CRM is so easy to learn, understand, and use that we are able to complete tasks ahead of schedule.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

This software is amazing, with its tools it offers a unique help for growing companies, with its features you can make your business advance as a unique company and with services where the client is always in the first place. Insightly CRM has a lot to offer you, its capacities are beyond the common ones, with different managements and analysis of documents in which the software becomes another aid for making calls and sending emails.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

There is nothing that disgusts me, its interface is impeccable, wide and of great operation. If you have a failure, your support team solves it quickly.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the manager of marketing supervision at Linio Group, my main function is to keep each client happy, what Insightly with its CRM system allows me to do easily and a small company that promotes good growth is what everyone is looking for. It allows me to take notes easily and thus not miss anything.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I love Insightly!!! Super easy to use, even for a beginner! My assistant found it to be very user friendly. She had never used a CRM before. The learning curve for her was very short. Their new design on their site is FANTASTIC! They also have Slack integration!!

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

It doesn't have all the integrations I would like to see. I would like to see a more social aspect from Insightly. Incorporating social listening would be great!

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer Relationships are much easier using Insightly. I can handle relationships with my customers effectively.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

We use insightly every day it helps us to be more organized and to keep track of our progress. Insightly is a great tool to communicate and share files with project managers and office managers. Its a great way to view progress on current projects. The open calendar was another great way to keep track of the projects progress. It is user friendly and intuitive tools so it’s easy to invite new users, customize features, and secure data. Insightly also features an integrated project management at every stage of engagement with the customer. They can view recent activities and track project performance and progress against your preset timeline. create project milestones, pipelines and tasks; set automated email alerts; and track email correspondence. Overall I give Insightly 10/10 Powerful CRM tool for small sized business with great features.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Hard to say what I dislike because it is one of the best CRMs out there. But one thing I personally disliked was the look and layout can be a bit improved. It can be some what complicated to figure out at first.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to communicate better. The projects are going more smoothly and things can be done much quicker. Great tool that keeps us organized and up to date with project managers, customers, office managers and current projects.

Insightly was such an easy program to use. It's perfect for people who haven't used a CRM before.

After using it for about a year there were features it didn't offer that other programs did.

Time management mostly. I was able to see exactly what I needed to do for the day in a matter of seconds.

This site should use email integration in order to make it easier to upload notes.

We use this site to track our projects and assign them to workers. It works really well and we noticed a huge increase in productivity and less people were working on the same projects without realizing, and we found this to be a huge benefit.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I like the fact that it keeps all the contacts as well as their details in one place. I also like how it integrates with other systems that I use. For me, it's a one-stop shop to view partners, details, and all related purchasing and pricing of materials sold as well as potential sales.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I don't like that there is no recovery for contacts that were deleted. This has caused me and my colleagues to have to do a lot of legwork if contacts are accidentally deleted. I hope that contact recovery is a feature that you will consider in the near future as it truly helps

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped me to understand where and how communication is thriving and/or lacking, depending on the situation.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I like that everyone in the office can communicate in an open forum style and we can add messages to tickets as we go along. We use all that insightly has to offer. Including pipelines. I am usually the one who learns the upgrades and relays messages on.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I would like to have some sort of spell check function in insightly. I understand that this crm is used in multiple countries which would make it difficult to have an accurate spell check. But I miss apostrophes a lot. and I think that would be helpful for me.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phone messages and walk ins are the most easily mis interpreted of all in our office. Insightly holds everyone accountable for inputting and returning calls. It also makes it easy to connect a contact or organization to the message right away.

Unsightly keeps me organized and on track. It stores everything in one place so I don't have to hunt around for what I need. I love it!!

There is a lot to learn with unsightly to be functional. Some things don't apply to me currently and it can make things a little confusing.

"No More Accidently Forgetting to Get Back to Clients"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Follow up emails, different checklists, and the iPhone app makes it easy to stay on top of your tasks. Prior to this software, it was easier to accidentally forget to contact a customer or let a lead slip away. The software helps you keep on top of the project/lead. I also like that I can stay up to date with how far I have to go to reach a goal.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The email function can get a little confusing. The other thing that maybe it is just user error, is that instead of sending me 1 notification, I get 3 notifications each time via my email. If there was a way to change that it would be great.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staying on top of tasks. Customer Relations. Monitoring Goals. Inputting Customer Contact Information. Follow up emails.
