We primarily considered ProofHub to solve task-related problems. But what we found instead is an all-round solution. We have genuinely loved working with ProofHub. It offers a set of robust features that let us manage every aspect of work easily and collaboratively. Custom Roles, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, Calendar, Multiple Timers, Chats, Discussions, Files, Notes, Timesheets, Reports, and ProofIng are some of the most likable features of ProofHub. Additionally, it offers easy-to-use interface, multi-device compatibility and pricing packages that added value to our experience.

I am not a big fan of investing in too many tools. Although ProofHub currently offers easy access to many popular third-party apps such as Freshbooks, Google Calendar, iCal, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive—I wish it soon offers integartions for apps like Zapier, Zendesk, Pocket, etc.

ProofHub helps us overcome almost every challenge that we meet while a project is in motion. Whether its unrealistic deadlines, resource deprivation, scope changes, poor engagement, or lack of communication, ProofHub helps us ensure that nothing gets in the way of delivering the project successfully.

Our objective with ProofHub was cooperation and following. There are a ton of tasks going on at some random time, once in a while extends inside activities. Our usage of ProofHub has enabled us to work continuously , just as confirm that the essential work is completing. This was urgent in our basic leadership for joining with ProofHub and we are glad we did.

Not a lot to despise by any means, however we didn't feel it was superior to other venture the executives programming out there either. Nothing awful about it however.

Once, our team signed up for the $149 account, our work life changed drastically. With all the useful features in one tool, we don’t have to sign up for several tools, and then waste time in syncing them all together.

Rather than considering it as something, we would treat it as a suggestion. Our work revolves a lot around designs and files. And, with a lot I actually mean a lot. As daily, hundreds of designs are made, edited, changed and finalized for each client. So we would want to organize all our files in a much better way, in the files section. Something like folders would work best probably.

Proofhub is a go-to project management and collaboration tool, that helps people worldwide stay connected to work from anywhere and at anytime. There is nothing overly complex or technical that makes people wonder how to get hold of the tool in the first place. Each and every person in our team completely loves it and recommends it to everybody they come across. Only with one more enhancement in place, it will become better than ever for us.

The best thing about Proofhub is that if you consider the features that you get in Proofhub and the price of the various packages available, you’ll get to know that nowhere in the market would you get such a great deal.

There is nothing I dislike. The tool looks good, is simple to use and can be used from anywhere, anytime and from any device. What else would anyone look for in one great project management and collaboration software.

The foremost I would say is that, it helps to keep everybody on the same page. With teams scattered all around the globe, it helps us collaborate easily with each other in real-time basis. No one has to search for files scattered around places, there just one central place now to find everything and get things done. Then, we can easily track project progress and employee productivity with an inbuilt Gantt chart and make amendments before any discrepancies arise. Our business relations with our clients have been strengthened as we can add them to their projects, so that they can directly give their feedback or suggestions on the files itself and it also assures them that things are on track. All in all, it has lead to better planning, organizing and delivery of all projects running simultaneously.

It provide the tool to manage the task and share the files with the team members. It provide the Gantt chart for project planing and to track the progress.

The customization features it provide is limited and complex.

I was navigating like a pro within minutes, and my team had no trouble getting on board either. No complex tutorials or steep learning curves, just simple and intuitive design. What I love most about ProofHub is that it's an all-in-one solution. I don't have anything specific, but I would like an easier way to manage email notifications.

Before ProofHub, we relied on emails and various free apps to share task updates with clients. But ever since we started using ProofHub, everything has become much simpler. Its user-friendly dashboard enables us to check the progress of our tasks quickly. It has streamlined our workflow, fostering smooth collaboration and instant feedback, saving us significant time.

I was quite impressed with how efficiently ProofHub allows project managers to organize and manage all tasks within a project from a single location. Its amazing task management capabilities apart, I cannot think of any other tool that offers such a strong suite of project management and team collaboration features. The tool is an “all-in-one” solution that helps you cover all essential aspects of your daily project management without having to switch between various tools. As a result, my team across different departments have saved a lot of time, effort and money as I don’t need to invest in different tools.

While ProofHub is a powerful tool, there are a couple of areas that I think it needs to improve at. It does not create an invoice for logged time, and it is possible only through integrations with Freshbooks and Quickbooks. And there’s a lack of advanced notification systems, which can overwhelm some users.

My team leads of different departments were struggling with task allocation and management. Team members were missing deadlines, there was confusion surrounding job roles and responsibilities, and even after dedicating adequate time, they were not consistent in project deliveries. This is where using ProofHub’s task management tool proved to be a game-changer as it completely changed the way our teams manage tasks. The tool helps managers and leads to create task lists for separate projects and allocate them after identifying available resources with the help of Bird’s eye view. To make tasks more detailed, you can add labels, start-end dates, task assignees, and other instructions in the comments section to give clarity to my team. Also, users can create subtasks in tasks if there’s a need to break it down. ProofHub has encouraged and improved transparency and job accountability within the team, which has produced amazing results for the team as well as organization.

As per my knowledge and experience it has been a great project management tool which helps team to complete task faster. And it is very easy to use and it helps to achieve target and provide accuracy and better outcome without investing a lot of time and effort.

There is nothing I dislike about this tool as it is also cost efficient tool as compared to other similar tools. This tool is really helping people and I don't have any negative thing so far which I have experienced.

It is helping people to focus on their goals by making the tasks easier and it is also very economically for those who do not want to invest much. It has all in one package we can access at any time with ease.

No problem with this ProofHub Application

The best thing about ProofHub is the tools you can use.

The only thing we would say is there should be an option to segregate files into proper folders. As without that, a person has to scroll through all files to find the relevant one. So, sub-folders for files would be icing on the cake.

The fact that we can directly drag n drop files from Google Drive or Dropbox to our Proofhub works great. Also, with so much going on at the same time, the simplicity of this tool really helps us in spending less time managing work and more time doing it.

The best thing about proofhub is it helps you to connect all your project team members under one roof. It helps us to get the announcements and reports in a simple way, which helped me to get informed.

Sometimes it takes time to get load. Its loading time is high for me. I have to wait to get it to load completely before I can check my status otherwise it gets hung.

I have solved the task and project status tracking. It also helped me to connect with my other colleagues with that help I can easily check the project status. It's project status management is very helpful and has been beneficial to me.

Through ProofHub I was able to manage both my internal team and my client's team on the same platform. My favorite feature was the ability to create task board (Kanban board) and assign tasks to different people. I could also allow for some of those tasks to only be viewed by my team, while others could be viewed by the client.

They had just implented the calendar feature when I started using ProofHub. I think that it needs a good bit more work for it to flow more easily. There was difficulty trying to add everything to the calendar as well as keep up with it. Definitely a learning curve.

The problem of client and internal team separation in projects, as well as keeping up with general product management. ProofHub has allowed us to better keep up with projects and allow for full transparency among team members.

The best part is the tool's diverse features for remote communication. We have multiple teams that work remotely and it has become easier to manage internal communication, tasks and updates using the software. Earlier, we were using Skype and emails for communicating with remote members but it often was hard to manage. With Proofhub, we can onboard members to a single account and get them collaborating faster. We also liked the workflow feature and the fact that each task list can have a separate workflow.

Not much to mention here but we feel that there should be an option to control notifications. Something like snoozing the notifications for 1 hour or allowing notifications for a given time of the day.

The major problems were centred around remote work. We, as cross-functional teams- were finding it hard to work on project tasks without being in the same office. With ProofHub's collaboration and in-built chat features, it's a lot easier to collaborate and work in tandem without information overload. Teams are able to track tasks, share files, make work announcements - most of what remote work requires from ProofHub itself. It's a definite upgrade over email that we earlier were using.

Like I mentioned before, there is nothing major that I dislike about ProofHub.
