We have been able to set up a strong workflow for our design needs using ProofHub. We were struggling to align our writers, designers, and publishers as they operate from disparate locations. We use ProofHub as a platform for stakeholders to easily communicate regarding daily design deliverables. The strategists can talk to the editors for planning, and allot work tasks to the designers, who then attach deliverables on the assigned task itself. This was being done over emails earlier and it was difficult to have clear conversations. With ProofHub, it's easy to search previously published items, plan upcoming ones and track all the activities centrally. So, the best part according to us is the centralization of work tools. It amalgamates communication and work planning together into a neat interface which has been reliable for us. Also, we like that we can upload all our JPG/PNG files into ProofHub's Files section. It integrates directly with Google Drive.

The only thing we believe can be improved is the Table View on the ProofHub mobile app. It currently doesn't support Table View in the app, which could be really helpful for us. We actively use it in the web app.

We are solving our long-standing problem of managing our highly complex design workflow. We use ProofHub's Kanban Boards and Table View to create a manageable design process. Easier task management, a much more organized team, and a centralized file system are the key benefits we have realized using ProofHub. It's a huge upgrade over emails that are hard to keep a track of. We now spend less time struggling and more time being productive.

The UI could be more easy to work with, but after some practice, it is fine.

I like how customizable ProofHub is and how I can organize my tasks in Gantt charts, which is my preferred method of working. It's perfect to get started with a project or even brainstorming as it allows me to plan everything from scratch 'til the finished and polished result, and I think that it's really good at helping me keep track of my team and how well they are performing. Its a professional and reliable tool to organize my work better.

ProofHub has improved their integrations over the years as it was something they were lacking on, but I still think the focus should be on more tools for planning more difficult, long-term projects and adding more automated features.

It's easy to use and inexpensive, my team got used to it really quick and we were amazed at the amount of tools that were offered for its price. We then tried it and realized that this was *the one* software that would allow us to be more organized and work together as a team without any inconveniences.

The ease with which you can use ProofHub to plan your tasks is the biggest plus of this software. I also love the fact that I can set a start and end date for the tasks while assigning so that everyone in the team has a clear understanding of their deadlines. Whether you talk about the Gantt chart or the online proofing tool, ProofHub brings together all the elements you need to plan and manage your work together, and that’s what I really like about it.

Limited app integration is something that these guys need to work upon to make the software even more impressive.

The biggest problem ProofHub has helped us in solving is time management. Right from setting a start and end date for tasks to using an automatic timer for tracking our time spent, ProofHub has been just amazing. The first thing you notice when you start using ProofHub is that it has got a very neat interface that does not require too much time getting used to. Add to it the flexibility that ProofHub provides with its simple to-do lists and beautiful kanban boards, and you understand why it is such a useful tool for task management. I really love using the online discussions feature, as it allows my entire team to come together and brainstorm. On top of all this, ProofHub integrates with Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box, which allows you to easily access all the data from a central place, which is simply awesome.

Nothing specific, but I would really love to see more integrations in the app in the future.

Although a solid application for business purposes but its application is very unique and sensitive if there is anything wrong with uploading then the whole application can’t be honest enough to get the benefit. So it is important to understand its feature first by availing its free trial, then install it into the scheme.

I don’t know about technologies much, but in this event, I must say a very easygoing and flexible software to interpret. Its mobile version as good as desktop version bot is very helpful and easy to establish. My line of work is increasing as I’m using its unparalleled features like graphics, email customization, analyzing the latest movements in the marketplace. My half work is executed by this software and I couldn’t grateful enough by accepting such a multipurpose application.

ProofHub is a program that is not only entirely interactive but also is complete. Every single feature that it offers is valuable and does its job well. I especially like the way it lets me organize the tasks and the Gantt charts, by putting in different templates to choose from. I think that this is a software that is an all rounder, because of its simplicity and because it offers forms to work on various projects while discussing easily with clients and my team. The synchronization with Google Calendar is pretty much robust and I can work on creating projects that fit mine and my team’s schedule.

While implementing Proofhub into our team, we found that it was very difficult to move things from our previous software to the new one. The guides that Proofhub offers are not very helpful and it took our time to finally be able to set up everything and start working on our projects.

When working on projects, my team and I like to put our best effort in communicating each step with one another, conduct different researches, divide/sort tasks, and track our time for the best result in our work. I think Proofhub has nailed every single one of our requests so far, and it has been an incredible software that does what it promises. It has helped us improve our communication and the way we do our work.

Our goal with ProofHub was collaboration and tracking. There are a lot of projects going on at any given time, sometimes projects within projects. Our utilization of ProofHub has allowed us to work in real time , as well as verify that the necessary work is getting done. This was crucial in our decision making for signing up with ProofHub and we are very happy we did.

The only issue that I have is I really wish there was an app for my iMac. It would simplify my life and I would always have it running instead of having it lost in my many open tabs.

No requirement to pay per user, but pay for one package with unlimited users. It's straightforward to use and has nearly all the functionalities required for a project management tool.

There are still improvements required for scheduling time to work on tasks, calendar view needs improvements. Ideally it should be able to set time to work on a project based on date + time.

We're working with 6 different departments over several markets and a couple dozen of brands. Within ProofHub we managed to track and list down all the projects and tasks we're working on.

It has a feature that lets me take write notes, which I can share with multiple collaborators online while working from home.

The downside includes; there is no way to set preference for the notifications to receive. Also, there's no way to manage groups into projects.

Proofhub has enhanced our productivity by simplifying our collaboration challenges to a great extent. Now, we don't require to switch between different solutions for project management.

ProofHub is all in all a reliable tool for our team. It has proven to be robust and it’s safe to say my team will be using it for the years to come. I like that the interface is very easy to get used to. It is also a preferred platform because it allows you to communicate in multiple ways with chat features and team discussion portals and all.

Since we were using a lot of tools before we got ProofHub, I feel that it has taken over most of our functions. However, I still find it a bit inconvenient that it has limited integrations with other software platforms.

ProofHub conveniently solves our project management issues, it helps our team to manage all issues together in one platform, It helps us a great deal in time planning. Since we started using ProofHub our Project Management workflow got more streamlined. ProofHub gives us insights as to which agent is working on what task and the current progress of the task.

It is perfect for teams who want to collaborate with teams and clients at one place. Also, its pricing is decent and the best part is that is it doesn’t charge per user fee no matter how many users you have and has simple fixed price plans.

ProofHub doesn’t integrate with many third-party apps, it integrates with only 8 apps: Freshbooks, Google Calendar, iCal, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and Outlook.

Teams using ProofHub always stay on the top of their productivity. Team collaboration, project management, and on-time project delivery are what ProofHub promises to its users.

We researched several PM softwares primarily for project task and time management, and have loved using ProofHub. It’s easy to navigate, easy to organize and assign, and you can see all of your tasks from different projects with their respective due dates simultaneously.

I wish the main dashboard looked a little different or were more customizable, but it’s a minor complaint I’m the larger spectrum.

Task management! As a designer and marketer on our Development team, I’m balancing several deadlines and projects simultaneously, while also managing requests from the rest of the organization.
